Setting The Fires Americans Won’t

Sanctuary State News;

The U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) issued a detainer request on the Sonoma County Jail for Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, who was arrested Sunday on suspicion of arson in Wine Country fires that have killed at least 40 residents.

  1. Most of those people who lost their homes voted for open borders and a sanctuary state government.
They can find great comfort in the fact that they are now equally as homeless as many tens of thousands in Mexico and Venezuela.
They deserve a “Hip Hip Hurrah” as a pat on the back for putting their money where their mouths are!

  2. On a certain website (I don’t remember which right now), I read the suggestion that the fires were set by Mexican drug cartels. Many of the areas affected had marijuana farms so burning them reduces the competition.
On the other hand, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Hildabeast blames it on Trump “deplorables” punishing people who voted for her. Maybe it’s the Russians who did it as a way of making Trump look good if he declares the region a disaster area.

  3. That might not be so far-fetched. There have been rumours that ISIS issued instructions to its sleepers in North America do do just that.

  4. “That might not be so far-fetched”
    ??
The US and Canada have had Open Borders for decades now, only a leftist (not you) could not logically comprehend that ANYONE with a beef or agenda has had decades to populate our countries with terrorists.
China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Islam, France – take your pick.

  5. As many as 90 percent of wildland fires in the United States are caused by humans. Some human-caused fires result from campfires left unattended, the burning of debris, negligently discarded cigarettes and intentional acts of arson. The remaining 10 percent are started by lightning or lava.

  6. Here … let me help my leftist friends in Sonoma and Napa “fix” the narrative:
“The devastating fires were CAUSED by Global Warming. The devastating HEAT of GLOBAL WARMING is what drove Jesus (Fabian Gonzalez) out of the (Mexican) desert … north … to find cool temperatures (and a job that Californians just wouldn’t do). But the California crops were also devastated by GLOBAL WARMING, and there were no crops to harvest. The grapes had already withered on the vine. So, the poor wretched “picker” was living under a bridge in an outdoor encampment reminiscent of the the most weepy Steinbeck novel. In an effort to keep warm (because the Trump Admin. had cut all Social Services for the Dreamers) the noble Global Warming Refugee accidentally set a fire(s) that are actually all the fault of our “Orange” President.
After all … I DID graduate from UC Berkeley … and I know JUST HOW these people “think”. Just as Andrew Breitbart knew how Holly(morning)wood thinks.

  7. Irony and predictability …

The “cause” of the Wine Country Fires (according to the CA brain trust):
    1. Too many houses, too many people.
    2. Too many trees (mostly oaks). As someone in the CA construction industry, let me tell you that “Every Oak is Sacred” (think Monty Python – The Meaning of Life). You are NOT allowed to cut, trim, or TOUCH any Oak Tree by STATUTE. Each city/county has RIGOROUS “Tree ordinances” that often require massive $$ penalties if you “accidentally” KILL an oak tree … or … you have to plant MORE oaks at the ratio of 5-new trees for each 6-inches of the dead trees caliper size. I am not kidding. That is an ACTUAL local ordinance. So really … the Zoning Codes are responsible for the shocking LACK of forest management.
    3. Too BIG properties: evidently, 5-acre parcels cause fire damage (no, it is penis envy … that the writers of this nonsense WISH they had a beautiful 5-acre estate in the Wine Country).
    4. Too many subdivisions: on the other hand … too many houses too close together ALSO are the cause of massive conflagrations where the FIRE sits, and burns, slowly, thus causing even MORE fire.
    5. And … if you read to the bottom of the article … OF COURSE … the RAGING FIRES are all caused by Global Warming. Because of BOTH “severely” WET years (as this last one) and “severely” DRY ones. They claim this past summer was “unusually” HOT following an “unusually” WET winter. Welp, yes it was a massively WET winter here … but the summer was (according to my 61year experience in the State) … NORMALLY warm. Just like every other Summer in our climate zone.
Here’s a HINT Marin Journal(so called)ists! JESUS started the FIRE… JESUS (pronounced HAY-seuss). An ILLEGAL ALIEN started the FIRE … you bloody idgiots. And of course he … accidentally … started the FIRE in the middle of a windstorm that had wind gusts up to 75mph. Yeah … accident.

  8. well, I was going to pose the Q why the occupied areas of the state lack fire breaks but kenji cleared it all up.
    dumb dumb dumb dumb.
last time I was in BC 2010, me brudder the forestry management consultant explain why I saw bunches and bunches of the left over undergrowth shoved into piles after the clear cut.
esthetics came the reply. apparently the OCD addled leftoids in charge were averse to the untidiness of stumps and pine needles and twigs and general NATURAL ORGANIC STUFF strewn about. he also explained this stuff provided shelter for the little forest critters and shade and nutrient for the next generation of trees, but all of it was instead piled up like some sort of bulldozed grave.
the stooooooopidity of some people is truly frightening.

  9. That story reminds me of a backpacking trip I took in Western BC just above the sound, where we had to hike through several stretches of “slash” … stumps, branches, and all manner of vegetative debris where logging had taken place. It was BRUTAL hiking through that stuff … and as a long-haired (I still am) punk barely out of his teens … I cursed the “corporate” lumber interests who had left all their “rubbish” behind. Only later did I learn that my temporary discomfort was actually a GOOD thing for the forest regrowth, revegetation, and erosion control.

“As many as 90 percent of wildland fires in the United States are caused by humans”
FYI – As many as 100% of Islamic terrorist attacks are caused by Muslims.
    On another note:
“Illegal Alien Crime Accounts for over 30% of Murders in Many States”
“•Between 2008 and 2014, 40% of all murder convictions in Florida were criminal aliens. In New York it was 34% and Arizona 17.8%.
•During those years, criminal aliens accounted for 38% of all murder convictions in the five states of California, Texas, Arizona, Florida and New York, while illegal aliens constitute only 5.6% of the total population in those states.
•That 38% represents 7,085 murders out of the total of 18,643.”

  11. Arabs start a lot of fires in Israel too. They are just adopting strategies that work I guess.
