  1. We need more guns, more booze and more drugs. They claim if the gov caters to everyone’s wants and desires, they in turn will become pacifist. And I’d like a new Chevrolet to go with all that.

  2. Corrected:
We need more guns, more free sex, more booze and more drugs. They claim if the gov caters to everyone’s wants and desires, they (citizens) in turn will become pacifists. And I’d like a new Chevrolet to go with all that.

  3. Yes, anon. When one considers that BLM is a movement based on the gang mentality and political culture, it seems inevitable crime would rise.

  4. from the link: “slanted media coverage”
ah. that stuff they talk about on the TV show ‘America fact or fiction’ or some such, how ‘reporters’ in the wild west would embellish up the wazoo until their version became ‘common knowledge’.
leading the the opportunity for the producers 150 yrs later to debunk the MYTHS propageted by the msm of the day.
the ‘day’ being pretty much any ‘day’ or era.

  5. Now look you damned rednecks, if we attack the root causes of crime vigorously, soon we won’t need cops except to direct traffic when there’s a self driving car accident, which will probably be never. If you can’t trust a computer…………
Our own beloved PM said the root causes are what’s important, and I bet other intellectual such as David Suzuki,Keith Olberman, and Barack Obama agree.

  6. Seems pretty simple to me. Police should operate where police are wanted. If the neighbourhood feels it’s ‘racist’ for police to do their jobs, the police can be re-deployed to areas that value peace order and good government. The worst thing that can happen is the gangbangers kill each other and the rest of the area demands more policing in the end.

  7. ‘We maybe have to give up a little bit of our privacy,’ says ex-NYC police head after Vegas shooting
Americans may need to give up some of their freedoms to protect against attacks such as Sunday night’s Las Vegas concert massacre, said Howard Safir, former New York City police commissioner.
“Let me preface what I’m about to say, so the civil libertarians understand what I’m saying, I believe the No. 1 civil right is to be free from harm. And in order to do that in a civilized society … we maybe have to give up a little bit of our privacy,” Safir told CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street” on Monday.

Say what? NSA already records every email, phone conversation, text message and BBM. What’s left? Monitoring your thoughts?

  9. “…and the rest of the area demands more policing in the end.”
Yeah, but let ’em sweat a little beforehand. O.K. let ’em sweat a LOT.
    O.K., O.K., I give in…let ’em BEG.

  10. And as I recently wrote here … NOBODY CARES that black people are slaughtering black people. Not the whites. Not the blacks. Not the right. Not the left. Nobody cares. Let the slaughter proceed. Stand back and just watch. Same with Sunni -vs- Shiite … go for it! KILL each other for “mis-interpreting” the words of your child-f()kker god. Who cares? Nobody. Murder each other … because you cannot agree on what the meaning of is … is.

  11. It’s called Poetic Justice, Kenji
Serves the BLM community well. They don’t like cops, okay alrighty then. No cops for you! Black on black murder is acceptable in the hypocritical illogic of the left

  12. “Looking at the areas with steep increases in murder rates in this light, the dots pretty much connect themselves. It starts with the crime spikes in St. Louis, Baltimore and Chicago. Who is associated with those cities? Michael Brown, Freddie Gray and Laquan McDonald. ”
Correlation =/= causation. The crime rates across America are still far lower than two decades ago, and all the recent crime increases in these places started before people started protesting about police abuse. The except to that is Baltimore, where the increase came after. It is thought this may have to do with drugs taken from pharmacies during riots.
The reiterate: the Ferguson Effect is a lie. A fiction, every bit as much as ‘the patriarchy’ that feminists talk about.

  13. Thus sayith the cop-hating idiot that spews more hate for the rule of law.
I’m sure that’s in the Ten Comannments somewhere, but somehow I missed it.
