A Most Delightful Interview with Dr. Tim Ball

Dr. Tim Ball, a Victoria based climatologist, has been endlessly persecuted because he is on the “wrong” side of the Climate Change issue. James Delingpole interviews him here.
More on the lawsuit against him by Michael Mann can be learned here.

  1. Interesting discussion, especially the background about Maurice Strong. However, ascribing Canada’s socialist streak to “Acadians, who were originally ‘Cayjuns’ from Louisiana, and who left the state to avoid the American revolution” is a bit much. Cheers, Eric

  2. I forgive him but the Cajuns were mostly deported from Nova Scotia in the mid 1700s and are still whining about it. It was not the reverse. The French love government – the more the merrier. The Loyalists were very tolerant of government. I do however suspect our socialist heritage comes from all those annoying English and Scottish accents we used to hear.

  3. Dr. Ball’s off the cuff remark on Penn State’s Mann belonging more in the state penn wasn’t any big deal if freedom of speech really exists. After all look at all the much more vicious attacks Trump had to withstand and is still withstanding with no plethora of lawsuits. A big hat’s off to someone who’s last name clearly advertises the big’uns he’s carrying. His ultra thin skinned opponents are in for a real beat down.

  4. The political intrigue that Dr. Tim Ball explains is profound.
The number of Canadians involved is more than just Maurice Strong, extending into the McGinty/Wynne Liberal’s destruction of the Ontario economy.
The replacement of Christian morality with pagan morality explains how the left claims moral superiority.
Fortunately for India, P.M. Modi has rejected it for the goal of bringing electricity to 1/3 of a billion people who don’t have it.
And a number of other things are touched on. Including SLAP lawsuits.
Canada must be one of the last nations needing to be liberated from the climate jihadis. Who have set up forward operation bases in Parliament Hill, Queens Park, and the legislature in Edmonton.
We’re awaiting a reformation, an age of reason, an age of science and an enlightenment…gee, haven’t we been down this road before?

  6. Make sure to listen to the full 56 minutes. I had to click on Delingpole’s site to get the full broadcast.
Canada is more amenable to socialism than the US for many reasons. One reason is our founding fathers came from Loyalist Stock who were more willing to live under the diktats of a higher authority. The founding fathers of the US said piss on that and simply dumped the tea into the Boston Harbor.
