I forgive him but the Cajuns were mostly deported from Nova Scotia in the mid 1700s and are still whining about it. It was not the reverse. The French love government – the more the merrier. Canada is more amenable to socialism than the US for many reasons. One reason is our founding fathers came from Loyalist Stock who were more willing to live under the diktats of a higher authority. The founding fathers of the US said piss on that and simply dumped the tea into the Boston Harbor.
