On a positive note, at least the H-1B illegal immigrants are not the dregs of society in their home country….. file that under “it could be worse” or “always look for the bright side and keep your sunny side up”.
Speaking personally, my nephew in San Jose (that’s Silicon Valley, CA for the geographically challenged) has just lost his tech job because of the H-1B program. And yes, he WAS forced to train his replacement. This has awakened me to look closer at the program. And I’m not seeing much to like.

The difference between Farcebook and the two weasels that got busted is primarily campaign contributions. CEO of Farcebook spends a great deal of time at the White House. Otherwise, I’m sure some regulations would prevent him from doing business as well.
