Police said the suspect’s name was “not being released at this time.” Well who is Ahmed N. Alotaibi, just a local muslim or the usual suspect?
Great reporting by the law enforcers. If the name was Smith or Jones it wouldn’t cause such pain to utter.

Documenting the percentage committing crime and expressed by a percentage of the population there would be of interest.
Ottawa is the city where immigration policy is made. That they live with the result of that there is relevant to a much needed policy debate.
