@CAGWSkeptic As reported on the @CBCNews the Franklin ship was found due to thicker than normal ice forcing the searchers further south. lol

Also reported by CBC …. the searchers consulted with traditional Innuit historians to find out where to search. The Innui BTW have been telling the same story for 158 years.
Specifically that the ship found was seen trapped in ice at exactly the spot (oh surprise)where it was recently found.
Canada should be proud of Mr. Harper, this is another chess move that looks mighty good for arctic soverignity when litlle pig man Putin is flexing his minibreasts over stealing land and murdering innocents. According to CBC and the other followers that glowball warming has amazing properties we all know now, warmer temps=thicker ice, deeper snow=warmer temps colder winters=warmer winters, colder summers=warmer summers as has been reported by the presstitutes over the last 15 years. As the crops that havn’t been swathed flatten with snow here in southern Alberta on the 10th of Sept. one has to wonder how the memoryless presstitutes will spin this one into globall warming and what gullible politician like Obongo can spew some Goreista propaganda.
This is a great find for Canada’s history.
But, read some of the comments to this CBC article on the Franklin discovery. It surprises me once again that there are so many filthy scum people living in this country, but actually should not surprise me after the years of communist brainwashing they have received in our schools.

(Ignore the malice photo on the right.)
“[S]ome of the comments to this CBC article on the Franklin discovery.”
Some? Most, I’d say.
And what a dingy gang of vituperative, negative gits they are!
If their small, shrivelled worldview represents the future, Canada is in real trouble.
I don’t see any comments from my phone browser. Are they just the usual anti-Harper stuff?
It is curious why a major archaeological find has to be turned into a Harper hate-fest but not surprising.
I thought the story was covered pretty well but the impression was left that if it wasn’t for the Inuit the ship wouldn’t have been found at all. Um no, modern searching techniques resulted in finding the ship.
Regarding the cbc comments section; Really,,,you must all understand that there’s an election coming up, an election with a set date. Expect to see bombardment like this, negative of PMSH, in more and more comment sections.
This is TIDES money at work. All the different associations, committees and interest groups that receive money will from now to election be over loading the comment sections of web sites and news papers to push their influence on to voters, especially young voters. They’ll be working hard at campuses across the country, on twitter, fb, papers and what ever magazines are left.
Most likely the majority of posters aren’t even from Canada. Paid Obamanots out to influence the election results to take down any and all conservatives. This is a paying job for them, all they know is “diss Harper”.
How many 20 year olds would be on cbc reading and posting about an old lost ship in the artic? Only activists!
How deep is it? I estimate maybe 50 foot at the bottom.
The unreported by CBC fact that minimum Arctic sea ice extent is about 50% higher than the 2012 satellite era lows led to the discovery.
It also shows that there was as little ice around in Franklin’s era as there is now – and those cuddly polly bears survive!
So Franklin sailed into the middle of the Arctic Archipelago 170 years ago just like they do today. Not sure what’s changed.
Photos of nuclear subs at the North Pole about 60 years ago show open water. How about that?
Yeah well, most ignore the probably less ice cover then…remember these were strictly sailing ships….big ones at that….unable to reverse or a lot of other maneuvers we now take for granted.
‘remember these were strictly sailing ships….big ones at that….unable to reverse or a lot of other maneuvers we now take for granted’
If you want to challenge the Northwest Passage in a sail boat make sure it has a powerful enough engine to get you out of any jackpot that may quickly develop.
So it was found due to the increased ice created by global climate change forcing them south?
Will that be the official position?
“increased ice created by global climate change forcing them south?”
Are we talking CO2?…never mind :/
