Yes,there’s nothing like an online safety course to ensure a person will comply with all laws and regulations.
This should be extended to more than just boaters, bicyclists should have to take an online safety course,as well as inline roller bladers,skateboarders,sports fishermen and anyone else who would benefit from these online safety courses.
I mean, how many people lose an eye every year due to badly cast flies!!!
I’d suggest hunters should take an online safety course,too, but some government bureaucrat somewhere might take me seriously.
