This is unbelievably asinine. I know a lot of guys in high school who would have declared themselves “transgendered” so they could shower with the high school cheerleaders. Presumably if the inevitable adolescent sign of arousal appeared they could also claim to be lesbian.
I think I’ll use this next time I go through airport security theater. Had all of the statist security robots descending on me at one airport after I insisted on getting a patdown from the attractive female robot. Now all I have to do is declare myself “temporarily psychically transgendered” to get the female patdown. Presumably if they refuse to honor my request I can sue them under the new laws.
