  1. Treason is the only crime considered more serious that First Degree Murder.
The United Nations is COMPLETELY communist, and, in fact, it’s constitution is almost identical to the old USSR’s constitution.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by THEIR CREATOR with certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS; that among these are Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness…” — United States Declaration of Independence.
    versus,
“The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize that, in the enjoyment of THOSE RIGHTS PROVIDED BY THE STATE… the STATE may subject such rights only to such limitations as are determined by law.” — Article Four of the United Nations’ Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

Didn’t this prick also sign an agreement with the USA that in the event of another 9/11, the US Military is allowed to cross the Canadian border to “protect the continent” – until the “threat” has passed? (Ummmm… has the War on Terror threat passed yet?) Great, you chump. Surrender to another country because THEY got attacked.
    Are we poof-tarts?
Didn’t we have the third strongest military force in the world after WWII – with only a mere 11,000,000 populace? Who had the real industrial war machine in the West?
Disgusting. I want to go punch a leftist in the nose for desicrating our proud heritage.
Where is the provision in the constitution that allows a politician to surrender national sovereignty to ANYONE? There isn’t, because such a thing is blatant treason.
It’s time for the West to separate.
We can become like Rome was to crumbling Greece.
Adopt the best principles of the floundering American Empire, reassert rights protecting life and liberty, practices Western Civilization Patriotism, open our borders to like minded people from the USA, UK, Oz & New Zealand who are also freaking out about this crap happening… and that will cure us of our death spiral 1.5/couple birthrate which will crush capitalism completely…
Let’s just start fresh without battling for 40-80years to undo the mess of government intervention the drug induced baby boomers forced on us as they fought the “establishment.”
We can separate peacefully… thanks Quebec. I guess you were good for something after all…
Then we can tell the Communsist UN to kiss our ass. What are they gonna do? Place economic sanctions on us like they did to Nicaragua when their 80% Catholic populations wanted make abortion illegal?
Screw the UN – we produce enough of everything here. What don’t we have? What do we need? We are smart enough to make EVERYTHING we need and survive quite nicely without the rest of the world’s help. Sanction us then, for not joing the corrupt UN.
How many people from other Western nations are starting to panic over the One World Government crap – it’s not tinfoil hat anymore, people. Global Warming, Economic Crisis – no matter what it is, our mighty leaders keep chanting the treasonous slogan… give up sovereignty… Give up Sovereignty … GIVE UP SOVEREIGNTY!
How many millions of people from other English speaking Western nations would gladly immigrate here and contribute to a society that protected their freedom and property, and gave them hope for the future? We could easily make Western Canada to have a population of 20/30/40,000,000 people with a unified cultural hegemony.
It would work. We could become the same as Rome was to Greece.
Western Canada is where it’s at! We could become the last stand… transferring into the new light of Western Civilization. Lol! And even God would be on our side!
I wish Harper would have gotten turfed by the coalition of traitors, just to get the Western Separatists riled up again – we need them!
“Those who desire to give up freedom in order to gain security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one” ~Benjamin Franklin
    The Republic of Western Canada:
    http://www.republicofwesterncanada.com/index2.html
(I say we just call it the Republic of Canada, and tell the Rest of Quebec that they can go by that name – Quebec. The West is where the real Canadians are anyway.)
    Grrrr.
    Rant over.

  2. “Africa can starve.
    China can kiss my ass.
India can blow itself, and Pakistan into oblivion.
Europe can don diapers, and screech ’til they’re blue in the face.
We have food, energy, and a stable government system. We don’t need to support a world full of losers. We didn’t just stumble upon this wealth like so many new immigrants are suggesting. We worked, fought, and died for it. They aren’t going to steal it without taking some casualties.”

Damnit, I’ve been saying that for years!
I tried to explain the concept once to a Dutch guy I met on a bus in Colombia (or was it Ecuador?). We in Canada have food, water, oil and other resources and could simply stop dealing with the rest of the world. He simply couldn’t wrap his mind around it and started blathering on about “economics” and how such a policy would cause currency to do weird stuff etc.
Um, no dummy! What I mean is a much simpler concept: If I have food and you don’t, I will eat and you will go hungry! If I have oil and you don’t, I will be warm and you will freeze! I don’t care about some nonsense consisting of numbers on a piece of paper! We are talking about survival here!

  3. In this era, millions can see the Flake on YouTube – the real perspective. For free.
Before, we would have had no alternative but to watch Mansbridge put his spin on it.
blah blah former popular Prime Minister of all of Canada the Right Honorable Paul Martin speaks to a packed house at the prestigious University of Ottawa.
The crowd listened tentatively as Mr Martin explained how Canada’s best and only hope of prosperity is in welcoming another great Canadian, Maurice Strong, to manage ours and our countries affairs blah blah.
    In the past we we’re all so brainwashed no one would have thought of uttering;
“In short, Paul Martin is full of it”, DrD

  4. I had almost forgotten what an incompetent pompous asshole Martin was (is). Thanks for reminding me about the real man.

  5. Rod I agree somewhat. Western separation is the cure.
I envision a union between western Canadians and western First Nations. Bury the hatchet once and for all and move forward. I preach western separation every chance I get, surprisingly(not really) I estimate that at least 8 of 10 people I speak to agree or at least see merit, even the liberal types. Once they understand that separation is not a left vs. right issue, it’s quite easy to get them on board, just tell them “think about the money”.
There is my solution, just like AGW, get all of the political parties on board. Once there is consensus the ball gets moving.
BTW imagine the glorious high road we’d travel if we could bury the hatchet with First Nations and form a Republic. We could offer up the ROC some of their own medicine as we hold our noses high and gossip about how much more progressive we are in the United Nations of Western Canada.

  6. When you spot the little lies you know the bigger picture is a lie as well. The Bretton Woods Agreement on currency; fixing international currency exchange rates, keeping the world on a gold standard with the wrinkle that the USA would hold the gold (in Ft Knox) and use the greenback as the settlement currency did not last “forty to fifty years” (ie to 1985 or 1995) as Mr Dithers claimed in this piece. It fell apart in twenty-five years (1970) when the Nixon Administration was forced by US federal spending on The Great Society Programs and the cost of the Vietnam war to float the US dollar and unfix the price of gold.
Bretton Woods was under strain for most of the previous decade with the Johnson Administration pulling sleight of hand tricks (eg “privatize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac” to remove their liabilities from the US federal debt) to keep it going. By 1970 the jig was up and Nixon had to bite the bullet. The basic problem with Bretton Woods is it did not provide a non-political mechanism to adjust exchange rates for relative productivity changes. As the UK’s and USA’s economic productivity slipped relative to West Germany and Japan, the exchange rates between the currencies did not change and, for example, high quality German automobiles became incredibly cheap in the USA when the DM was pegged at 4 DM to the US$.
Mr Dither’s global economic regulator will suffer the same fate as no politician will have the courage to call another nation’s banking system a pile of crap: things like that can lead to war!

  7. if MoStrung ever returns to Canada he’ll be forced to endure constant gobbing on his person.
mo, polly and the rest of those internationalists are Malthusian imbeciles unable to comprehend anything else, add in the $ and they’re cooked thru&thru. Only a tremor/shock like an Abomb could shake them out of it, if that.

  8. When I was a very small child, we had neighbours who had too many kids, and not enough ambition. We had a milk cow, and my dad used to give them a gallon of milk every couple of days. It bothered me, even when I was 8 years old. They had a car, and we didn’t. One day, my older sister caught the mother of the family, in the pasture, milking our cow. Two days later, the kids were back, with an empty jug, and their hands out.

You have just given the most accurate description of what it is like living next to Quebec I have ever read.

  9. “I think” … “I think” …
I don’t think Mr. Martin does think. So, he’s speaking at the University of Ottawa where Alan Rock is now President … well, whoopee.
How come he doesn’t give this speech in the House of Commons? Isn’t he still an MP, one that is very seldom in his seat in our Parliament?
Then, what does he mean when he says, ” … that day is over [when democratic countries enjoy sovereignty] thanks to Alan Rock”????
How so “thanks to Alan Rock”?
WHAT THE HELL IS HE TALKING ABOUT?

  10. Global government a la European Union … where the elite know what’s bewst for teh amsses and do what they want with no fear of expense accounts being investigated.

  11. That explains the absence of the Canadian flag on Canadian Steamship Lines.
    Doesn’t excuse it tho.
Where did we see the algorhythm with all the ‘connections’?
Bobby Rae, and his ‘Uncle Mo’, the rest of the Liberanos, and China?
New World order is inevitable folks. And it will be easy for them.
Otherwise where is the outrage from the adoring group that gave him applause and no challenge?

  12. Speaking of the New World Order… google on the Trilateral Commission (thought by more than a few to be one of those “secret organizations” behind this New World Order thingy). Scroll down about ten items to an entry showing 2008 membership (some 325 people).
Some interesting names appear under the North American Group – like Peter Loughheed, Raymond Cretien, and James Moore, MP. Not long ago Rona Ambrose was on a list about two down from Madeline Albright but neither of these appear on the 2008 list.
What does this mean? At this point, I have no idea but this New World Order thing bears a serious look.

  13. Recall “No Canada” from the Green Party?
He is a self-confessed “green internationalist.”.
Now you know why he is “No Canada”.
    …-
“Erik has also lived and worked abroad and these experiences in Indonesia and in the Republic of the Maldives have shaped his worldview to that of a Erik has also lived and worked abroad and these experiences in Indonesia and in the Republic of the Maldives have shaped his worldview to that of a “green internationalist.” No other political party in Canada compares to the Green Party, which exists in over one hundred countries, on every continent and Greens are in positions in government in a number of countries. We need political vision which can transcend traditional nationalistic boundaries; only the Green Party is positioned to offer this type of long term political leadership in a complex and interdependent world.” No other political party in Canada compares to the Green Party, which exists in over one hundred countries, on every continent and Greens are in positions in government in a number of countries. 14. Quebec can’t even get along with Canada – how will they ever get along with the rest of the world.
Martin start preaching in your own back yard – wouldn’t that be a good place to start.

  15. Big Mo had a piece in the Post a couple of weeks back suggesting GM be sold to the Chinese. Wonder what might be in it for him? All of this crap comes directly from our friends at Power Corp. Strong, Bob Rea, Martin, the criminal Cretien and Iggy. If they had their way all the resources in Canada would be sold to China. They of course would broker every deal. Each one is an enemy of Canada.

  16. When we submit to the UN World Order, are we also submitting to Islam? Isn’t the UN telling us we must never criticize Islam?
Some great republican rants are on this thread. The time is coming when we will have to walk this talk.

  17. So is this thinking that’s exemplifies the thought process of ‘international law’ that the leftists want?
    Disturbing.
    Heh.
    How’s “Revolution” sound?
(channeling Lori’s comment on open thread.)

  18. The thanks extended by Paul Martin to Alan Rock was perhaps for the gun registry, which A.R. and “Landslide” (or better still “Screechin'”) Annie brought into being when A.R. was justice minister.
Rock was also Ambassador to the UN and is currently the aforementioned President of the U of Ottawa. But personally, I don’t think he’s thanking Rock for the pulpit. Rather the former (the mechanism to disarm a nation’s citizenry).

  19. You know, as much as I detested this old fool when he was PM, with his moronic promise to ban handguns (the last gasp of a dying politician), in retrospect, I think I’m almost at the point of showing a little pity for him.
Think about it: the guy was best known (pre-2003) as Canada’s “financial steward” who did a boffo job of balancing the books & getting rid of the deficit. That he did that by radically increasing income taxes and provincial downloading is usually lost to adoring liberals, and there’s no point in debating it, so let them have their delusions. Then he backstabbed his master, and eventually became PM… and did nothing whatever in the role. It was the position he coveted all his life, and when he finally got there… he had no clue what he wanted with it.
He had an extrememly short minority stint as PM, of which nothing was accomplished, and tried to bolster his ebbing popularity with thinly-veiled anti-americanism. That didn’t work. Even bono stopped returning his calls. He lost the election, and has faded into such a background role in parliament, he may be the only MP to make Andrew Thompson’s senate attendance record look good by comparison.
Now he’s trying to recapture past glory by advocating on behalf of global nationalist and communist maurice strong, and his irrelevancy becomes more pathetic each time he speaks.
    How the mighty have fallen!
Nahh… on second thought, on the guy who torched canada’s middle class with confiscatory taxes (but dodged his own by flying his ships under a foreign flag), this loss of relevance and dignity fits quite well. Good job, paulie: you’ve earned your reward.

  20. Old Mo must be grinning back home in China. His butt puppet is shilling one world power. Hmm I wonder who would be sitting in the King’s court of this one world order? Would’nt be anyone, and I mean anyone with a conservative bone in their body. As for the idea of a western Republic, i’m in. Sask, Alberta and north central B.C. are still mostly conservative thinking people’s. We better not wait to long though. Why even our CPC federal party are musing about bringing gay Iranians here to protect them from harm in their own country. Which does not seem very Con like to me. God help us… and for what he can’t do we will have to finish.

  21. Yeah, and all of the above…
Hasn’t Dithers been hanging out a lot in China with thieving Mo and Chretien? Come to think of it, they’re all robbers … robber barons? ‘Nothing new under the sun.
And then there’s BoBo Rae and his brother, John, a VP over at Power Corp along with the Desmarais boys and France Chretien, Jean’s daugther, who’s married to Andre Desmarais, Paul’s son.
Isn’t this all sounding a bit incestuous? And isn’t that the whole rotten schtick with LPC politics — a corrupt mould Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the CPC seem to be breaking? “You scratch my Librano back and I’ll scratch yours and to Hell with the Canadian plebs who we’ll humour and throw just enough crumbs to in order to make sure they keep voting us into power: ‘all the better, my dears, to rob you blind … hee, hee, hee.'” Since 2006, they’ve been foiled in their evil plans.
No wonder these guys hate Stephen Harper who stands in the way of a continued Librano oligarchy. No wonder they hate Christians. Committed Christians are fighting this melting down of our individuality, of our humanity, which One World Government proponents want so that the rest of us can be better used to forward the agenda of these elitists. No wonder these guys think that China’s great; there, the vast masses have already been brainwashed and subjugated by their Commie Masters.
Now’s the time to stand up and be counted or forever hold your peace when you’re in a Mao Tse DUNG suit on a forced march. No one will be able to say they weren’t warned or didn’t know. And we have, for one, Kate and SDA to thank for that.

  22. As a coincidence I watched “BlackHawk Down” the other night. It is a good reminder of how “effective” the UN can be. Just try getting these smaller third world countries on board. Warlords and their ilk will be using the UN system for their on ends.

  23. mhb…perhaps your pity for him is premature. I see him as relishing the freedom he has now to further the agenda in the areas of public discussion, free from accountability and opposition that he would (hopefully) be up against as Prime Minister.
Certainly no media or academic has publicly challenged him on these statement.
These lemmings as liberals are so open-minded their brains have fallen out.
    He’s on a roll now.

  24. Norm Matthew: my compliments on a very nice assessment of the Bretton Woods agreement.
It shouldn’t come as any surprize that a lot of our politicians are regurgitating this old World Federalist crap. They have been at it for years. Heavens to Betsy, even Preston Manning was reported at a Bilderberger meeting back in the 1990’s.
I got a bit teary on hearing the names of Harry Dexter White and Maynard Keynes; a pair of old socialist rats they were.

  25. “Certainly no media or academic has publicly challenged him on these statement”

Yep, that’s true. It’s because he’s become such an unimportant non-entity; he was approaching irrelevancy as PM in the final stages, and now he’s like a fly that buzzes around the room occasionally, only to be ignored.
He is almost putting himself in the “Beyond Contempt” category. Time to sit back and think about the memoirs, pathetic reading as they may be.

  26. I feel and hold NO pity whatsoever for an idiot puppet ( you could see his strings being pulled by Power Corp and the UN Thuggery) moronically mouthing the platitudes that we just ‘give up a little of our soverignty’ for the good of all.
This World Order BS as relentless in their opposition to George Bush because he saw them and knew them for what they were and are and what they intend. The markets didn’t take a dive on their own, they had help from the likes of dithers buddies at the UN and the IMF and the World Bank. They needed to get Obama elected and they managed that and I think they feel they have hit a home run in their effort to destroy the United States ( the ONE entity capable of removing any Global Governance threats that exist. As it stands now, they are really very close to achieving their goals. Several things stand in their way: The PEOPLE of the United States, Canada, Israel and all freedom loving people across the globe. Now THAT is global for ya.
Mr. Dithers was, is and always will be an idiot. At least now we know who he, Obama and all their ilk work for and what they intend.
