Art Of The Deal

Give the stable genius his due.

An NFT collection featuring the former president dressed as a superhero, cowboy, and astronaut that could be purchased for $99 was subsequently discovered to be the “big news” that Trump teased.

Despite this, according to some reports, the whole 45,000 NFTs of Trump have been sold out in less than 12 hours, with almost 14,000 customers buying one or more of the digital tokens.

The entire value of the Trump NFT collection as of early Friday morning is around 460 Ethereum, or $570,000.

We’ll Unload Your Ships

Florida to shipping companies:

“Florida is where your success comes in, and our seaports are the solution to ensure the cargo shipping logjam doesn’t become the Grinch that stole Christmas,” said Michael Rubin, President and CEO of the Florida Ports Council. “Why pay to moor off the coast of California, when Florida shipping lanes are open and serving as the gateway for getting goods to America’s market,” Rubin said in a press release.

Details on the contracts governments sign with Pfizer and others.

“Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pfizer, BioNTech, [and] each of their affiliates … from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses … caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the vaccine,” reads the contract.

Apparently this is nothing new anymore.

Indemnity from compensation claims has been common in contracts between many countries and big pharma companies since the late 1980s.

and…

The Bureau of Investigative Journalism reported in February that Pfizer had demanded Brazil and Argentina put up sovereign assets as collateral to guarantee indemnity, as well as create a guarantee fund with money deposited in a foreign bank account. Pfizer said it had not interfered “with any country’s diplomatic, military, or culturally significant assets”.

He Admires Their Basic Dictatorship

The COVID-19 Government Response Tracker (OxCGRT) from the Oxford University suggests that the stringency of lockdown measures in Canada ranks nearly as high as those of communist China and Cuba.

Canada has kept on strict lockdown measures as many industrialized countries are in the midst of reopening their economy. Canada’s poor position today is largely explained by the failed vaccine rollout.

The Trudeau government wasted “a lot of time” by trying to secure doses from an unreliable pharmaceutical company linked to the Chinese Communist Party, CanSino Biologics. The CanSino vaccine later turned out to be a dud, and Canada never received a single dose.

Examiner;

“If you look up the definition of an impossible objective in the dictionary, people say Middle East peace. It’s almost a metaphor for impossibility,” he told Secrets.

Their ideas were mocked by former administration peace negotiators who failed. But the Trump team pushed forward.

“We created something that will grow for generations and will change the dynamics of the region. Hopefully, it leads to less conflict. The more economic connectivity we can create between countries, the greater the impact on the average citizen. So I do think the Abraham Accords have fundamentally changed the course of the region and the world, and I’m very, very proud of the role that we’ve been able to play,”

The Biden administration will soon put a stop to that.

Another Middle East Trump Triumph for the Media to Ignore

This is how utterly despicable the journalist class has become. What President Trump has accomplished diplomatically this year should be celebrated by all Americans. It takes a special kind of emotional stunting to not be able to admit that. The MSM is so riddled with Trump Derangement Syndrome that it can’t praise an accomplishment of his even when they think that they’re about to kick him out of the door.

They will now spend the Biden years re-writing all of the good that Trump did and giving Gropey Joe the credit.

Who-Whom

Michael Doran;

The Middle East experts got the region consistently wrong, egregiously wrong, and Trump got it right. How could this be? After all, Trump has no hidden personal reserves of learning and expertise on which to draw. By all accounts, and there is no reason to disbelieve them, he has no patience for long intelligence briefings or for detailed policy discussions, either. And yet his judgments on the region have been far better than those of impeccably credentialed experts with decades of experience at the highest levels of American statecraft. What does Trump know that they don’t?

Hold My Barr

US Dept Of Justice;

The U.S. Department of Justice today identified the following three jurisdictions that have permitted violence and destruction of property to persist and have refused to undertake reasonable measures to counteract criminal activities: New York City; Portland, Oregon; and Seattle, Washington. The Department of Justice is continuing to work to identify jurisdictions that meet the criteria set out in the President’s Memorandum and will periodically update the list of selected jurisdictions as required therein.

The list was published on DOJ’s website today in response to President Trump’s memorandum of September 2, 2020, entitled “Memorandum on Reviewing Funding to State and Local Government Recipients That Are Permitting Anarchy, Violence, and Destruction in American Cities.”

“When state and local leaders impede their own law enforcement officers and agencies from doing their jobs, it endangers innocent citizens who deserve to be protected, including those who are trying to peacefully assemble and protest,” said Attorney General William P. Barr. “We cannot allow federal tax dollars to be wasted when the safety of the citizenry hangs in the balance. It is my hope that the cities identified by the Department of Justice today will reverse course and become serious about performing the basic function of government and start protecting their own citizens.”
