The federal “Conservatives” are busy Tweeting about housing prices and asking the PM in a mean voice when the mandates will end. When Convoy spokesman BJ Dichter told me never to underestimate the Conservatives ability to score on their own net, he wasn’t kidding.
In the meantime, there are some things Canadians and non-Canadians can do if they wish. These suggestions come from the truckers themselves. Trudeau has to bring this to Parliament within 7 days of the declaration and get a majority to pass it. Remember, he has a minority government. The NDP says they are going along with him but perhaps they are also reading the room (I know the chances of that are slim). When you call, make sure you get a person on the line. I know it seems like they are all ignoring everyone, but calls and e-mails are tabulated and even if they don’t admit it, and even if they send you some dogsqueeze hooey form reply, your efforts are noted and go into their tabulations and calculations on public opinion (i.e how they can stay in power).

Plus: the petulant Blackface Wearing Boy King has lost the New York Times.
Canadians can e-mail and call their Member of Parliament and non-Canadians call call and/or e-mail their local Canadian Embassy or consulate to register their displeasure.
