I’m grateful for the things that I learn here, for the fact that the people who correct me do so in a kind manner, and, I guess, just for the camaraderie.       I am celebrating alongside you and have for many years. Growing up, dad would hurry home from work so the two of us could catch as much of the Dallas Cowboys game together. It’s too bad he didn’t live to see the addition of a third football game; he would have loved it!

  3. Some civil servants have been tirelessly working to provide COVID relief to… umm… themselves……

    According to documents filed with the Ontario Superior Court, “some or all of” Sanjay Madan, Shalini Madan, their sons Chinmaya Madan and Ujjawal Madan, and their associate Vidhan Singh, allegedly perpetrated “a massive fraud” by funneling millions of dollars in pandemic payments to a slew of bank accounts.”

    We’ll be lining up like a character out of a Charles Dickens novel begging for the vaccine.

    I guess it was to be expected. Early in the days of covid Canada couldn’t supply PPE’s to frontline medical workers.

    The guy is amazing in his ability to continually find fault with Mr Harper whose been out of office since 2015.

    The vaccine issue is on the Bong. Canadians will not like seeing 3rd world citizens getting inoculated ahead of them.

    1. As far as I am concerned everyone in the world should get it at least one year before Canadians are subjected to an unproven vaccine. By the way, masks and lockdowns didn’t work in March why would they work now.

    3. As far as I am concerned, this vaccine has not been properly tested. The technique of altering genes is also untested in human subjects. Forced vaccines is totally unacceptable. The vaccine industry is not transparent. Damage ftom vaccines is covered up. I will not be lining up.

        The issue of public health is a top of mind government issue. The government is responsible 100% for the health of the nation.

  15. Blackie’s CBC is excited that China’s WHO has ordered us to exercise more. Meanwhile Tearful Adolf has ordered his loyal media to distract from his vaccine scandal. CBC has “secret” recordings that Jason Kenney is putting the economy ahead of public health. And all of Tearful Adolf’s loyal media are trashing Conservative premiers. Justin and the media remind us again that its all Harper’s fault.

  17. Tearful Adolf’s CBC website gives us some hints on his new global warming scams. To reduce carbon output federal civil servants will be encouraged to sit at home. 80 % of all federal vehicles must be electric or hybrid electric. This includes the RCMP and the military. Although the CBC does state that fighter jets and tanks will be exempt. Its to be hoped that if Adolf gets us involved in another of his military adventures overseas, that there are recharging stations available.

    They showed footage of the Arrow, but made no comment about it. No mention of the jobs lost to the US.

    2. We, as Canadians, have to get over this Avro Arrow fetish. It was hugely expensive, arguably outdated by the arrival of superior missile technology, and by 1958 lacked the range and altitude of cheaper alternatives from Britain, United States, France and Sweden. Let’s get over this myth. And throw out Pearson’s Nobel Prize as another overblown Canadian myth (peacekeeping was invented by Americans and the English, but needed a salesman from country not involved in the Suez Crisis).

        There is a lot about the Arrow that has never been made public. As far as I know, the performance data for the prototypes have never been released, so this has never been clearly established.
