Chinada

Fellow travelers;

Two Canadian MPs are taking part in a campaign to release Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou that cites “deteriorating relations with China and the rise of Sinophobia in Canada”.

The New Democratic Party’s Niki Ashton and the Green Party’s Paul Manly are both listed as speakers at the “Zoom to Free Meng Wanzhou” online panel discussion on Tuesday evening.

Manly’s participation is in line with the policy of the Greens, who have three MPs and in July called on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s federal government to ask the US to drop its charges against Meng and its request to have her extradited.

  1. We don’t have any major manufacturing anymore. Just import from cheaper countries and how is this a sustainable economic model. Our government has decimated our small businesses and only one who have special privileges and government backing are what will be left.
This roaring back that Trudeau touts is another government failure.

  2. That it has taken this long to play out all the legal games proves that our justice system is as useless as that of the US. As YKnott says release her and then ban all Chinese state owned activity in Canada including Huawei.

  3. And True North reports that Blackie’s Globe and Mail received over a hundred thousand dollars to print Chinese propaganda.

    1. Well they gotta’ get their money somewhere, their subscription numbers are in the gutter. Wonder how much of that $600 million they got, how much disappeared into pockets, and how much they got left and how long it’ll last them before they go back for more?

  4. NDP MP Niki Ashton, fan of communist mass murderer Castro, is working with Chinese communists and Green colleague Paul Manly to get Meng Wanzhou released.

She also sponsors a petition to free Meng and allow Huawei in our 5G.

Aren’t these people what we call a fifth column?

The above is from Maxime Bernier

  5. Canada is a shit show right now.
    What a disgraceful spectacle.
On behalf of all 31 brothers in arms who were killed in action in Kandahar province while I was there in 2007 & 2011 I damn Canada for all eternity.

      1. I have not called myself a Canadian in a long time. A number of times when returning to Canada from abroad the Passport official will ask, “Are you Canadian?”. And I always say “No Sir. I’m from Alberta.”

It always generates a smile but I am serious.

More of us need to start doing that.

  6. Niki Ashton is a commie POS who has no business being an MP. Despicable doesn’t begin to describe her. But the real idiots are the people who voted for her.

    1. Yeah, she’s just one of dozens of commies/globalists working in various Parliaments and legislatures across the country making a six figure salary and soon to collect an obscene “parliamentary” pension all courtesy of the taxpayer that she and others of her kind despise. This place is a god damn mess. Its shameful what these shitbags have done to this country.
Canada is allied with China and Iran for crying out loud… WTAF ?

  7. Here’s another stat from earlier in the year: 85% of Canadians are in favor of ratting out their neighbor because they had dinner guests or farted in their general direction.
    Most Canadians want authoritarian rule.
When they get it I hope its as hard and cold as January Canadian shield.

  8. Paul Manley is, embarrassingly, my MP. His old man, Jim Manley was also an MP and very pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel.

Poisoned fruit from a poisonous tree.
