               Section 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

               Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

               Think back to what happened with Agnew, Ford, Nixon, and Rockefeller. Those were fun times!

The Democratic Party may have lost a few seats because of overconfidence, but because mail-in ballots are here to stay, that will never happen again. That is why it’s so important that Republicans not give up the legal fight to preserve oversight in elections.

            2. Chris, your last line appears to disagree with your penultimate line. If massive fraud is proven in this election (which has not yet been certified), and that fraud is directly related to mail-in ballots, then mail-in ballots are not here to stay.

    What kind of political horse trading would go on if the republicans decided to table articles of impeachment over Biden’s actions in Ukraine?
    Would the democrats vote against it to keep their guy in the White House, or would someone with their eye on the big chair convince at least one dem representative to vote in favour?
