  1. What is most shocking—if you last as far as the latter third of the video—these are ALL committed leftists. They equally decry “Nationalism” and “racism” all in the name of “science!”

This sounds very much like a response, not based upon models or science, but rather “Oops, we didn’t see that one coming” and “We better get out in front of the charge before we get left behind”. Otherwise, they would have been on this point 6 months ago if the science and morality had really been foremost in their minds. So no, I don’t trust them – that ship sailed quite a while ago. Cui bono?

    1. These very eminent epidemiologists have been (individually) espousing this approach for quite some time now. What has changed is that they are now standing together to rally other health professionals, scientists and citizens to take a stand. Many have been fearful to go against the current lockdown dogma.

      I don’t care about their politics. What matters is that they are absolutely correct about this issue. We need to protect the vulnerable as much as we are able, and get on with living our lives normally. I signed the declaration a week ago.

  3. My Doctor is getting incentives to make me sick. They get paid to do it.
    This is why the push for more and more testing and changes to medications that didn’t have to change.
    Flu shots, have to have them! Have them at my office.
    My wife doesn’t question it even though they have overdosed her a couple times.
    Logic…
    Should you shoot a nuisance Bear, they take it away as they don’t want to give incentives to go after them for that reason.
    So why is my doctor being given incentives to make me sick?

  4. Double the signatures from the last time I checked it. Even the WHO is now saying the lockdowns were a mistake. I doubt this will stop the insanity from the government though. They are enjoying the power too much. The latest out of that Whitmore dictator is bars can open but only serve drinks to those who are sitting down six feet apart. No drinks to those standing up.

    “Keeping these measures (Lockdowns) in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed.”

    My key point though was that epidemiologist Michael Osterholm told Joe Rogan about this “other way” a way back on March 9.

  6. I think this is an excellent initiative and that the Dr.s promoting this are very knowledgable and well intentioned. Their proposal makes infinite sense. Now, if the lock downs are really about the virus, governments will pay attention. My concern is that like ” global warming” there is a control agenda and the issue is being used to undermine human rights and further global control of the population. Conspiracy theory? You bet. The excessive, misleading propaganda around climate change should turn everyone into a conspiracy theorist.

  7. There were a number of people on this blog that have said the same or something in the same sense.

    I call it ‘herd knowledge’ (TM), many, perhaps most, have the sense of perspective on things. Shutting down the world must have been done by design. No normal person would do that. Those that went to school for a long time learning the lingo gymnastics and nothing else have to eat too, hence the severely screwed up world.
    Now wait how these same people are going to spin things and blame those other ones to have caused the collapse of world’s economy.
    And of course it brought out all the dicktators (sic) who seized the moment and are doing their best to impose total control over the plebeians.
    If you oppose, don’t go along, you are ….. racist, misogynist, anti everything and for everything, See how that works? They will get you one way or another, little bit by little bit by little bit, you won’t even notice, until too late.

    Its interesting that Trump who does not subscribe to the hysteria and not going along is blamed for doing, not doing, just being there.
    What is also interesting, is, that so far there was nobody of the wise guys pointing out the fact that Trump, he said so, was taking chloroquine could possibly have the effect that he got over the Wuhan virus so fast.

    Here’s the problem: as naive academics they think the PTB are actually, seriously and sincerely focused on the best outcomes for society at large. This is simply not the case. There is a dark and sinister agenda at play here: climate change hoax, redux. WEF, the great reset, pharma, China/Who, Gates, Davos.

    As I pointed out here a few times, after years of reading much of the literature of the Austrian School of Economics it hit me in, the middle of a second reading of von Mises’s magisterial work Human Action , that the great man was deluded in thinking that, if we could show the politicians that the methods they are using will not bring about the desired outcomes, all would be well and good.

    Wham! A 2×4 upside my head. ‘But Ludwig, the PTB are not seeking these desired outcomes’. And that my friends ENDED my multi-decade hobby.

It is also obvious from the current lockdown that many petty bureaucrats are quite prepared to turn into tyrants given a little taste of power. It certainly does make it more clear how Nazi Germany could have happened. Are there any wise and moral leaders anywhere?

          Thanks for these links. I have been well aware of the Soros Schwab and Davos set for some time, and was well aware of their intentions and plans. However, I had not read this Off-Gaurdian piece that succinctly lays out the globalist agenda in a way that is relatable to the sheeple and naysayers. Although a three coffee read, I was unable to stop even for a washroom break. This is literally something a person can shove under their noses and perhaps wake them up from their self induced slumber of ignorance. I have bookmarked this for what I expect to be numerous references. I might even be able to get my now adult children off of the cool aid. I am beginning to feel like piggy in the middle, with the Davos bunch and the CCP on either side. If we don’t stand up, put ourselves back to back to resist, and fight back at these blood sucking globalists and Chinese world domination plans, we’ll instead find ourselves in a circular firing squad. Which will suit them perfectly. As I’ve said before, I’ll refuse to go quietly into that particularly cold night!

  11. The “powers that be” are using the Wuhan Flu to accelerate that which they were trying to do with climate change. I’m really disheartened to be constantly reminded of the number of people completely deceived by all of this.
    Sadden me to see the destruction of Alberta and Canada.
