For years she passed herself off as the conservative voice at the Times and claimed she and her husband left California because of oppressive taxation which is especially curious because once in NY there was never a tax cut she liked or a tax hike she didn’t like. She’s a lot like Ana Navarro in some respects, bullshitting anyone who will listen about how somehow they’re the moderate voices of the Republican party when in fact they’re just bald faced liars.

  12. Breaking: The President’s jailers at Walter Reid have finally acquiesced to letting him go back to the White House.

    They must have finally been asked to explain to the satisfaction of a normal person who values the safety of the President of the United States why he still needs to be in a hospital when he’s obviously much better.

    He’s going home at 6:30pm tonight, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

    Henceforth he will be seen by the quacks at his convenience, not theirs.

    1. There’s a Presidential suite at Walter Reed, with bedrooms, office with full communications equipment needed by a President, dining room, secret service area, and an intensive care medical unit. Not exactly like “being in the hospital” that we normally think of.

    Fun fact: Walter Reed (formerly known as Bethesda Naval Medical Center) remarkably has something called a helicopter landing pad.

    Oh, and often the helo gets used for short trips in order for local traffic to not be disrupted and the local police departments don’t need to be called upon to use officers to block roads in order for the motorcade to go through unimpeded. In this case it would have required the DC Police and the Montgomery County PD for certain and possibly the US Park Police depending on the route taken. This is not uncommon knowledge. Obviously they can’t leave the helicopter and the decoys parked at Walter Reed 24/7, so thus the motorcade is there on standby.

    Honestly, I don’t think Rubin cares if she contradicts herself on social media. She has posed herself as a former conservative who hates the Republican Party as it exists today and hates Trump. She gets paid to do it, and obviously gets enough notice for her employer, the Washington Post, to keep paying her.

      Seriously, lady, if POTUS is in DC and unless it’s dire like when Reagan was shot and the SS agent who shoved him in the car realized he needed an ER ASAP and he was taken to the closest one (which happened to be a level 1 trauma center), POTUS goes to Walter Reed.

Trump on a power trip flying back…..Trump jacked up on drugs and may start a nuclear war.
