1. Not being a lawyer, I’ll just ask a regular schmuck’s question.

   Knowing what this says, what does it take to arrest Barry O and the gang?

   Somebody owes Richard Nixon an apology.

   1. Richard Nixon had no clue any crime took place. Obama ordered the FBI to spy on the Republican presidential campaign. Congress, if it is appropriately coloured, should pass an apology. Nixon’s only crime was not ratting out his friends once he knew what happened, not a crime at all.

   1. The big problem is that if Joe “Who” is elected in November past democratic actions will all be forgotten and the change over to a Stasi” culture will be successful and complete.

7. You will however notice that none of the FBI agent’s who “had reservations “ about the “investigation” ever came forward to say anything.

8. I’m not a lawyer but does buying “professional liability insurance” allow any defendants to make the claim “well I was just following orders”?

12. Does anyone know if ‘professional liability insurance’ covers illegal acts by lawyers? Serious question. I understand liability insurance covering a mistake or error in judgement but these guys knew what they were doing was wrong. I would hope the insurance company denies their claim should there ever be one.

    1. I also understand their premiums were covered by the taxpayers, so must now be recovered for the taxpayers (and citizens).
