  1. Gay marriage is the law of the land

    Sanctuary policy is legal

    Abortions are still accessible

None of this will change when her seat is filled.

    1. But we won’t be forced to participate.

That is what the left wants. To force all of us to participate.

    2. Not that day, no. But it will.

The era when globalist lawyers got to overrule the will of the American people is drawing to a close.

          1. Roe v Wade certainly has many references to the constitution and its amendments. The justification is correct.

Lawrence v. Texas struck down anti-sodomy laws by invoking the constitution and its amendments. The justification is correct. The government has zero business regulating the sexual preferences of two consenting adults.

United states v. Windsor struck down “defense of marriage” laws legalizing gay marriage. The case invoked the due process clause in and the 5th amendment. The justification is correct.

Trump v. California was not heard by the SCOTUS, upholding the lower courts decision that the “California Values Act” was legal under the 10th amendment. Therefore justifying the legality of sanctuary policy. The justification is correct, and I called it long before the case even ramped up.

          2. @ Alan S. The government has zero business paying for the healthcare of those who choose to murder the unborn and or live high risk life styles with my tax dollars!

  2. Trolling trolling Trolling,rawhide.
Well serious butt hurt for the Demons at least.
The stars sure do line up for Master Showman Trump.
What timing, almost like he knew cyborg Ruth was going to fail.
Law and Order Man strolls his way toward the election cheating scandal which will put the final nail in the Demons Cult.

    1. Much like pilots with a failed engine checklist, the Trump team has been sitting on the RBG-runs-out-of-gas playbook.

It’s why Trump and McConnell responded so quickly and will continue to respond so quickly.

Likewise the democrats have seen the Republicans shortlist, so they are well prepared to rip the proposed candidates apart. (and lavishly apply lies and trot out fake victims).

  3. The good news is that whether or not Trump successfully appoints a conservative justice, the court will be tilted to Trump in Bader’s absence.

So ….. the supreme court that may well be having to decide who won the election after all the democrats submitted fraudulent mail in votes ….. At least it will likely be fair. If he gets his nominee, it’s a slam dunk.

Further to so …. It’s looking more like the Dems will utlimately lose again and they will go nuts and Trump will use the military to put down the rioters.

Life then, will take a turn for the better for everyone on the planet except the Chinese and the globalists.

I think I’m going to go and buy a car with a V8 engine with Turbo. Yeah … why not …. I think Nick Sandmann should go buy himself a Ferrari with a CNN bumper sticker ….

    1. When I heard that her family had gathered and were all present at her death … that signaled clearly to me that she went by assisted suicide. It is quite common throughout America. Don’t ask, don’t tell … but I assure you … from personal experience … that every hospice nurse is equipped to assist the family in such decisions.

      1. She been dead for months, they just kept hoping they could avoid announcing it until after the election.

  4. My guess is that Trump will nominate a very Conservative woman who is very pro-life. He will not expect her to be appointed, or, passed through the Congress. It will be an election wedge issue for his base and will also highlight the hypocrisy of the left for 50 plus years.

  5. RBG should have retired 2 years ago. She has been collecting her salary for a job she hasn’t been doing just to deny President Trump
the opportunity to appoint a new SC Judge.
This seat on the Supreme Court belongs to the American people., not to RBG or the Democratic Party.

  6. Does her mail-in vote still count?
What about her other two? (for the humor challenged, just joking)

  7. Remember when the Chief Justice Roberts, rebuked President Trump by claiming there were no such thing as “Obama Judges”? Well … I am certain he will be as full throated in claiming there will be no such thing as “Trump Judges” … and will heartily endorse the RAPID replacement of RBG. Right?

Romney, Murkowsky, and Collins will Join Chief Justice Roberts attitude by voting to approve President Trump’s THIRD … a-political Justice … Right? That … ALL of the Senate will approve President Trump’s choice for SCOTUS. The vote will be 100-0 to confirm … right? Because there’s no such thing as an “Obama Judge” … or a “Trump Judge”.

The mere fact that a Chief Justice of the SCOTUS could make speak such a blatant untruth … disqualifies him from serving. He’s mentally unfit to serve. Perhaps Roberts should step down as well? Or be 25th Amendment-ed OUT of his critically important office. FOUR “Trump Judges”, err … non-political Trump appointees sounds about right

    1. Ted Cruz gave them all the peg to hang their hat on. 9 are needed because of a high risk election. The risk to the country is too great if they don’t fill the seat. Love it!

  8. Putting forward a conservative female nominee before the Senate will most certainly put Dems in a bind and they know it.
Their SOP of ripping apart male nominees ie. Justice Kavanaugh swung more than just a few Democrat voters, mostly women too I might add who were sickened and disgusted by the spectacle.
They’d better tread lightly. Doing a full on assault against someone because they’re against murdering babies in the third trimester will make Dems look like psychopaths.
Never a good look in an election year.

    1. The Dems will say that a woman who spawned 7-children … then left them all to be a Circuit Judge … is not the kind of mother we should admire. Right? They’ll come up with some asinine thing to throw at Trump’s appointee. Even if it argues against THEIR version of Feminism.

  9. I’d love to see Trump pull a rabbit out of the hat here. Imagine a Black Female Judge appointed before the election, just for the sake of exposing the Left for the hypocrites that they are. It would trigger a full and complete utter meltdown across America. He wouldn’t even have to appoint a woman judge just throw a name out there and watch the rabid pack destroy themselves as they all try to sit on the fence.

    1. I think that Condalisa Rice would be an excellent choice, she has the credentials and is a very wise woman who would be a great addition the the Supreme Court.

  10. Vice President Joe Biden: “They completely ignore the fact that at the time, I was speaking about the dangers of nominating an extreme candidate without proper Senate consultation. They completely neglected to quote my unequivocal bottom line. So let me set the record straight as they say, I said and I quote ‘if the President consults and cooperates with the Senate or moderates his selections, then his nominees may enjoy my support as did Justice Kennedy and Justice Souter.’ I made it absolutely clear that I would go forward with the confirmation process as chairman even a few months before a presidential election if the nominee were chosen with the advice and not merely the consent of the Senate just as the constitution requires.” (Joe Biden, Remarks at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. 3/24/16)

The American Bar Association Journal in 2016 on the Garland nomination, including explaining Joe’s support for appointing a Justice during an election year (even by a second-term president).

  11. Trump will nominate Sen Lee (Utah) and that will cement the Republican Senators….Those that play the Bribe-Me game need to be defeated….Maine & Alaska will have new Democrat Senators if the twits burp…

BTW: Chief Justice Roberts has always came down on the side of STATE RIGHTS….That is the KEY.. If you are an ideolog (L or R) you may want to Stack the Court in your favor.. bad idea….
The Obama TAX judgement had two parts, the second part prevented Obama from taking over STATE Health Responsibility (Medic-AID Program) That spelled certain failure for funding and Obama had to steal Medicare Funds ( $1 T) to pay for the development of his Program….Nancy is still stealing Medicare Funds & the Republicans (RINOs) are letting her get away….Thieves the lot…..

  12. 2016 President Obama on nominating Justices during an election year (of a second-term president at that!)

“When there is a vacancy on the SCOTUS, the President is to nominate someone, the Senate is to consider that nomination… There’s no unwritten law that says that it can only be done on off-years. That’s not in the Constitution text.”

  13. The next SCOTUS justice must be as completely unlike Joan Ruth Bader as possible.

    He must be a man.

He must be a Christian who fears the God of Israel, the only Judge whose rulings are truly beyond appeal.

He must have had a distinguished career outside the lawyers’ cabal.

These will insure that his rulings are guided not by a woman’s envy for man’s achievements or contempt for biblical law or morality but a true veneration of the rule of law, and a willingness to finallybring the rule of lawyers to a close in the United States.

  14. I’m looking forward to seeing the left’s heads collectively explode over Trumps nomination next week. Chuck and Nancy, (that sounds like a movie title) will be pulling out hair and gnashing their teeth. Epic. I predict that Nancy will attempt suicide by slamming her head into a large tub of ice cream, and Chuck’s head will be spinning 360 revolutions at high speed…again, EPIC!

  15. This is when you nominate an extreme right male candidate. We are winning, it’s not even close.
Now is not the time to go soft and put forward a minority female with no backbone

  16. Amy Coney Barrett. Kenji did not name her but who else has 7 children and is a Circuit Court Judge.
Please also keep in mind that Senator Kamalla Harris will need to be in confirmation hearings and will have less time to campaign. That will also apply to VP Pence but methinks the Dems will be hurt more than the GOP because these two will be somewhat sidelined.

  17. Minority opinion, but I think Trump has a massive opportunity here. The supreme court (both in USA and here in Canada) is not as left-right polarized as a casual observer might think–that is the product of a LAZY media who are inclined to want to simply pigeon-hole someone as left or right-wing rather than having to do all that pesky work of actually looking at their record on various complex issues.

Gorsuch has an interesting written opinion that shows him not to be an idealogue, and Kennedy actually voted in favour of the “Dreamers” legislation as I recall, so not a hard line conservative there either. So Mr. Trump has a chance to choose yet another moderate, and continue to move the court away from ideological polarisation (if it is even really there) towards acting in the best interests of the law and the nation.

    1. Damn right you have a minority opinion.
Why the hell do Republican presidents have to nominate “moderates”, and Democratic presidents get to nominate idiologues like RBG, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan? Have those four ever, just one tiny teeny time, voted anything but far left? Kagan literally wants to throw away the Constitution in favor of judicial fiat as practiced in the EU. We gave you Souter, and at least half of a Roberts, and that is a damned sight too much already.
The only Democratic nominees I recall who veered to the right were Hugo Black, very late in his career, and Byron White, and those were a long time ago. Republican turncoats are too numerous to mention, starting with Earl Warren (that is, starting from when I became politically conscious.)
The only nominations a Republican president should make are for strict constructionists, because that is the function of the USSC, to protect the Constitution, as it was ratified in 1788, and constitutionally amended thereafter. If you think of that as being hard right conservative, and ideological polarization, so be it. The U.S. is exceptional because of the Constitution, which is rare in its defense of personal liberty and freedom, what are now under almost daily attack by the ideological polarized, ahem, left.
