When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

Gateway Pundit;

Former FBI Attorney Kevin Clinesmith is expected to plead guilty to altering Carter Page evidence to support the FISA warrant used to spy on the Donald Trump campaign in 2016.

However, Clinesmith, in order to save himself, implicated others on Crossfire Hurricane.

      1. Yep, it may be the crack. If the info that Clinesmith has a cooperation agreement with the government is correct, it is very plausible that he will implicate others in a tangible way. Wait and see; wait and see…

  1. Yawn.
As the final insurance the US Courts will protect the Deep Staters.
The US will be shaken to its core by the sentences coming for J Walking and being naughty charges, pled out.
    Enjoy the crumbs.

  2. These people are scum and if Trump wins in November he should disband the whole damn thing. There’s no need for a national police force. It ALWAYS turns into a political force, google “RCMP”.

  3. So we have a soldier of the left falling on his sword. The Democrat party and Hillary paid out 12 million dollars for a bogus dossier, I wonder how much they are paying out for this sacrificial lamb to take the fall. Let’s see, Obama, Biden, Hillary, Rice, Yates, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, MacCabe, Rosenstein that’s a partial list of the big fish, the middle sized fish list is too big to try and enumerate, but if I was a lawyer and facing disbarment at 38 I’d be going after a payout of somewhere in the 50 million dollar range with a guarantee of no prison time. Prison time means a repeat of Epstein and Bulger escapades. Small potatoes for the Democratic elite to keep them out of prison. Let’s see where AG Barr takes this on Monday. The big problem now is how does the Democratic party keep this out of the MSM and how does the MSM downplay this and keep it from the electorate. Interesting problem.

  4. What, we’re all supposed to get giddy over a minnow in the deep state swamp copping a guilty plea?
Pfffffftttt…please. Durham and Barr are throwing a bone to conservatives because of increased frustration over their stalling. And that’s exactly what they’re doing…stalling.
Riddle me this: You think Comey, Lisa Page and Peter Strozk et al. would be signing book deals if their lawyers thought there was even a chance they’d be indicted?
    I don’t think so.

    1. Maybe they’re signing book deals so they can pay their attorneys’ fees? Kinda like Monica Lewinski did a modelling job for Vanity Fair shortly after it was revealed she had had the affair with Bill Clinton.

    2. The book deals are only part of the money laundering scheme to give these conspirators the financial edge that Flynn didn’t have. Book deals are the easiest way to launder money “honestly” in America today. Soros offers to buy “X” number of copies from book publisher and book publisher approaches writer with an offer to buy his memoires for “Y” amount. Book publisher then pockets “Z” amount and delivers “X” to Soros who takes them out to the back forty and burns them. Everybody is happy and the American public have been screwed again. How many copies of Hilary’s book are sitting on bookshelves in American homes at the moment, same with Odumdum’s and his wife, or how about Comey’s. Yeah, all best sellers but offered up at bargain basement prices at Costco, and even then they’re not flying off the counter.

      1. I suspect you are right. What market is there for the 20th identical book blaming Trump for being a social pariah without actually being guilty of anything? Why buy a book when it is daily fare on every news channel or comedy? show other than Fox? Someone’s fibbing.

  5. I’m curious to know what this guy is doing now. Who’s paying his bills?
Bare minimum on this should be 5 yrs. (2.5 served) and disbarment.
A while back he was looking for a position in his local community councel. He and another candidate had answered a general questionnaire. The contrast was stark. Clinesmith is a fuzz head. There’s very little substantive reference from him compared to his opponent (?).
The ideals of people who have little to no experience dealing with the physical world have no tether.
