Going apostate can be difficult. Some religions, like Islam, it is official policy to simply kill you. Some religions, while not seeking to outright kill you, will actively harass you until your dying days.
Pretty sure the Church of Woke falls into, at the very least, “harass them till they kill themselves” category. As I have said many time, when my wife and I came out supporting Trump many of our family members disowned me. All of them regularly had self generated life crises that required I loan them money which was naturally was never returned. It has really hurt. However I have saved a fortune since then. Weird thing is the family members who are also Trumpers have never asked for money. I have offered to help a few of the young people out for things like getting their first house and they always insisted on paying me back every cent, usually ahead of time.

This actually happened to my wife and I, three times during our life and two liberal family members were involved, and one liberal “friend”. I loaned my son the down payment for his house, he paid me back every dime. It took him longer than he expected but their family grew faster than planned. Civil war is on the horizon. The US dollar is getting shaky, as each bubble pops a new one grows bigger and pops. The Fed pumps in more billions of hastily printed non gold backed paper money, and the dollar value deflates a little more. Eventually they won’t be able to “quantative ease” any further and the whole thing will collapse in on itself, and then the giant reset. There will be continuing increasing poverty and homelessness, wheelbarrows of paper to buy bread, then someone steals the wheelbarrow, more despair, until it looks like a nuclear wasteland, and the west will be officially done. And if you ever played basketball, you’d know you don’t use “upper body strength” to give impetus to the ball. You use your legs. You only use the hands to guide the ball. And you are only allowed to dribble the ball. And have you seen the dive artists in the NBA?
I hate dives in any sport. But they have started to penalize dives in soccer. They haven’t yet in basketball.
And if you think top level soccer is an emasculating, non contact, feminised (sic) sport, obviously you have never watched it.
