There Goes The Narrative

The body cam footage backs up the original police report, though I doubt few have read it. Indeed, I looked for that report to link the document for this post, and cannot pull up a search result. And the autopsy file https://www.hennepin.us/-/media/hennepinus/residents/public-safety/documents/Autopsy_2020-3700_Floyd.pdf seems to have been scrubbed from the County Medical Examiner’s Office website. I wonder why that may be? (There’s a copy here.)

    1. Nah, a nasty bit of work with a “small man with a badge” ego problem. A history of marginal behaviour, 18 complaints on his record.
Involuntary manslaughter will get him, as it should, anyone dumb enough to kneel on someone’s neck for 8 minutes deserves 15 years on general principle for stupidity / arrogance alone.

        1. Ellison knew that perhaps Floyd died of fentynal. So this whole Floyd/BurnLootMurder, aftermath is on him. I hope they hang him.

        2. Irrelevant to the actual manslaughter of good ‘ol druggy crim George , I’m afraid.

      1. “… 18 complaints on his record .. ”

Then the guy must have only arrested 36 minorities in his entire career… because nowadays about half of them automatically file complaints as defense strategies.

      2. Not just 18 complains but involved in four deaths, although one seems to be clearly justified. A thug with a badge nothing more.

      3. They’ve trumped up tax charges as well.
Apparently the Hmong tramp who dumped him the minute things got tough never bothered paying taxes on a business she was running out of their home. Only fools and white people pay taxes in Minnesota.

Now Derek is getting the blame.

  1. Wow, kind of like finding out about globull warming or Y2K or the ice age or climate change or murder hornets or killer bees or the newest, dum dum dum dum! “COVID”! Yea the so called truth tellers in the media in Calgary had the blast, today, in Beirut, they attributed that blast, to an illegal firecracker factory all day long. Yea right. If the media tells you theres a cat up a tree, with rescue people on site, in some part of where ever, driver over and check if you’re interested, because it is likely BS, especially if its it TheeBThee, Globull, TheeTV, Globe, RED Star etc reporting.

    1. And because he will be acquitted of a charge too far, black neighbourhoods and inner cities will burn again.

      1. This has been a gigantic fraud since the outset, deliberately designed to create a pretext and provoke a second wave of rioting.

    2. Apparently his Hmong wife had not bothered to pay taxes for years on a business she was running out of their house, and lied to him about it so she could screw him out of the extra cash.

She married him for his money, and turned on him the minute it dried up.

In a sane world she would be the one sitting in jail awaiting deportation to Laos. As it is, she’ll walk in exchange for helping send her husband upstate until well into the second Kalama Harris administration.

  2. Anybody with at least half a brain knew full well that he didn’t die from the knee on the neck. He repeatedly said “I can’t breath!” But if you can’t breath, you can’t talk. This whole shebang, all the protests and rioting, the demands to defund the police is based entirely on a lie, there was no racism involved. Race baiting at its worst.

    1. Dirtman, they are political theater promoted and enabled by the dems/soreA$$, they are trying to take Trump down. Oh, and the same shitshow played out in the Rodney King fiasco, LA time clipped the front off that video , so as to vilify the cops.

  3. Curious. Was the knee on neck for 8 min a unique occurrance? Was it the first time chauvin ever used this move to incapacitate an individual?

Wouldn’t be surprised to hear that this was his MO. Did it all the time. Never had an issue until he did it to a guy who was ODing on fentanyl.

    1. Or was it the knee on the back and the neck a standard method that was approved by the MPD? Just wait until the lawyers for the other three officers bring that up during their trials.

    2. I read somewhere that knee on the neck is standard police procedure for keeping someone subdued. That certainly explains the others not stopping it.

      1. I watched 4 cops try to subdue a 5 foot young lady that I had stopped from entering a music festival. High on something other than life. When your actually trying to not hurt someone subduing them can be tough. From the video clips I have seen this guy was handled with kids gloves. And once down, you don’t want a big guy like that to get back up.
I am sure the knee technique is SOP and will be defended easily. But this cops future isnt so bright either way. Its so easy to throw em under the bus when they do the job you want them to.

  4. Although I would not go as far as far as say this was staged,
there is something strange/suspicious about the whole thing.

In the first few seconds Floyd tells the cops repeatedly ; ” please don’t shoot me”
when all they did is knock on his car window to talk to him

why would he say don t shoot me so early ? that is very odd.

then as he is sitting on the back seat of the police car for a very short time
    he is already saying ; ” I CAN T BREATH I CAN T BREATH”

no one is sitting on his neck, no one is even touching him, he is sitting on the rear seat with both car doors opened, why is he saying he cannot breath?

yes he does mention he is clostrophobic, but he can t breath because he is sitting in a police car with both doors opened???

and since he kept saying he could not breath when he could clearly breath – since he was simply sitting on a car seat with both doors open – they probably did not take him seriously later on when he said he could not breath ( when the knee was on his neck )

Anyway Floyd is a criminal who was in jail before and who once pointed a gun at a pregnant woman

I am not saying he deserved to die BUT

he does not deserve to be honored and he is certainly not a good reason to riot and loot and cause Billions of dollars of damage and murder people in the streets

    1. He also was not claustrophobic when he was sitting in his own vehicle. He came across as a big baby. And he was a big man. Four officers were struggling to control him and place him under arrest as he was definitely refusing all and any cooperation to comply with lawful requests from the arresting officers. Perhaps under the circumstances they should have called EMTs. It will depend on their training. I’ve thought all along that, other than Chauvin perhaps, they were likely over charged and might get off. That should be interesting.

      1. Thomas, that was the point I was going to make, he was a shitbag, acting like a shitbag, and died because of it!

    2. On GOC, it was suggested Floyd was playing the “ghetto lottery”. Resist enough to get roughed up. Then file a police brutality lawsuit. Minneapolis is known for coughing up $1 to $2 million to settle without arguing.

Watching the video footage suggests that was what Floyd was actually attempting.

  5. This is a bad case of stupid on all sides. There is no winner. There are only losers.
Eh, there is one group tha wins, its the bottom feeders.

This reflects what people think of the inner cities of the US.
Its how large part of urban america exists.
Or is it a media cartel propaganda?

A perfect swamp for the legal snakes to make a lot of money.

  6. More interesting info here – 25 page transcript of the body cam recording of one of the police officers. http://www.mncourts.gov/mncourtsgov/media/High-Profile-Cases/27-CR-20-12951-TKL/Exhibit207072020.pdf

No racial comments by anyone. When the cops ask George Floyd why he’s got foam around his mouth (Page 7) he says he “was just hooping earlier” (According to the Urban Dictionary, “hooping” refers to smuggling/transporting something that is inserted in one’s rectum.) I could have lived the rest of my life without that little tidbit of info.

Also, George Floyd repeatedly asked to lay on the ground (starting on Page 12).

  7. Wasn’t Ben Shapiro one of the first to start saying “the murder of George Floyd”?
Clearly many here who still want a lynching, regardless of evidence.

I wonder, why are people still tying their nooses for Chauvin? Why are all the stories still talking about irrelevant details in the death, like “died after having gotten up that morning”, “died after tying his shoes at some point in the last decade”, “died after the officers arrested him”, “died after having been born decades ago”.

Becoming pretty clear, that it was simply a fentanyl overdose, and he was going to die whether a dog barked at him, or not, that day. He may have technically been dead (don’t know how fast ODs need medical intervention) before the police even arrived on the scene.

What may have actually saved his life, is if he had simply told the truth. When they asked him “are you on something, did you take anything”, if he had actually told them fentanyl, and maybe an OD, he might still be alive today. Instead, he lied about being claustrophobic, said “no, I didn’t take anything”, all that.

  8. Let’s got back to the beginning. Since the media is full of well known liars, let’s question every one of their claims.

Was Chauvin’s knee actually in contact with Floyd’s neck, or simply in the proximity?

It is not just the CBC and the Winnipeg Free Press that team up to libel/slander police officers, ….

It all started, with the claim that Chauvin was “kneeling on the neck” of Floyd. If this was simply a lie from the beginning, then you can all put your nooses away.

    1. From what I saw Chauvin was kneeling on the back of Floyd’s neck. The autopsy said his throat was undamaged. The three words someone who cannot breath cannot say is “I can’t breath” and the cops knew it. How well trained are cops in diagnosing heart failure brought on by fentanyl? The Canadian charge of criminal negligence causing death with maybe 6 months in jail sounds appropriate but they charged Chauvin with murder. No one wished or anticipated a death to occur. Minneapolis is going to look worse than the port in Beirut after they are found not guilty.

  9. Surprise surprise, another Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, and right here in Canada that poor guy who was getting life together and was just looking for help with a flat tire, Colten Boushie. Poor innocents who died for no reason but hate by White people. (eyes rolling so far back I can see last Christmas) and there will be a good excuse to riot and burn and carry on again when the officers are cleared.

  10. Oh if these officers are cleared, they’ll just do a double jeopardy on them like they did to Stacey Koon and re-try them on some BS Federal “civil rights” charge.

  11. “A lie is halfway around the world before the truth even gets its boots on.”.
Now its ” A lie is fully embellished and has its very own narrative for half a year before the truth starts to filter through the Bull.”
By the time the media is refusing to report on this Fake Newz Story, the “policemen” involved will all have successfully sued for defamation and damages, which the taxpayer will pay and all the liars will slither away with full media cover.
The constant insistence that Democrat Minions(D.Ms) are police is a fake newz narrative.
These are not police as we knew them, these are the carefully winnowed minions of decades of democrat rule.
Selected for their selective thuggery and compliance to situational ethics these veterans of Democrat Enclaves are the best minions a Demon Rat can have.
Now these D.Ms know they will be thrown to the mob, when it serves their masters narrative.
In these conditions a true journalist could scoop some real interesting stories.
And a real Justice Department could finally solve some long standing criminal offences.
For the D.M has one certain feature, loyalty to no one except their own skin.

Now the Demon Rats have proudly demonstrated their true colours, their minions know that they will be the first thrown to the wolves(mob) when the people tire of abuse, lies and corruption.
Interesting days indeed as all kinds of past corruption will be exposed, with the D.Ms trying to find a liferaft.
Of course you will not read of this in the MSM as such truths do not fit the narrative.

  12. Just look at the list of “heroes” the black power structure put up to have riots:
Trayvon Martin (shot while bashing the “white latino’s” face into the ground repeatedly)
Michael Brown (a hulking monster of a man shot while trying to wrest the gun from the cop)
Freddie Gray (died alone while transported in a police vehicle. One cop was acquitted, other charges dropped. It is well to note that at the time, every civic official in Baltimore was black.)
George Floyd (had three different banned drugs in his body. Died of OD. Coroner’s report disappeared.)
All of them have rap sheets a mile long. (Maybe not so much Trayvon, but he was younger.) But for Trayvon, the media never showed a picture of him above age 12. The media coined the heretofore non-existent nickname “Gentle Giant” for Brown, who was caught on camera taking a cellphone away from an elderly black.
Yes, if I were a policeman, I would feel like going into enemy territory in a patrol car. And whose fault is that? In the over half a century since the “Great Society” put pregnant teenage black girls in their own apartment, black areas have continuously deteriorated while black politicians have continuously grown richer. (Prime example, Mad Max.) They have torn their masks away, and declared it’s futile to attempt to educate young blacks. Grammar, math, and punctuality have all been declared racist, and unfit for blacks. That’s the most racist thing I have ever heard, but there you are. What do you expect when instead of trying to improve the next generation, they say it’s futile to educate them, and coddle the criminals (as they are still doing in Seattle and Portland OR).
“I can’t breathe” now joins “hands up don’t shoot” as false but accurate declarations signifying “police brutality”.

    1. Good post Old Bruin. Especially the part about education, if it’s racist to expect blacks to get an education, what do they expect when those same blacks will not be fit for anything like lawful employment, or having a future. So it’s real obvious why there is so much crime, plus when they start making babies, there is no way those babies will grow up to get educated either. It’s a revolving door of stupidity for all their futures. Unless someone is brave enough to convince them the truth of such an existence, it will not end well, for them, their families, their communities or the US itself. Life is tough enough for people that are educated, it’ll be a lot tougher for those that are not. Really the only avenue open for them is criminal activity, and that affects everybody.

    2. It amazes me that our dominant legacy media outlets pretend they don’t know anything about the FACTS just written by OB. In fact, they continue to aid and abet the FAKE reporting of partial and biased accounts of “crimes” … the template for which was fashioned by the DA who charged the Duke Lacrosse Team of “rape” and various “racist” behavior. The template is simple … withhold all exculpatory evidence in a case you wish to use to make “an example” of some “systemic” crimes committed by … fill in the blank _ _ _ _ … White people … police … frat boys …

PS … OB, I recall during the Rodney King RIOTS … when Korean shop owners were posting armed guards to protect their businesses from arson and looting … that the media broadcast a narrative about how these Asians had been “exploiting” the black community by “owning all the stores in black neighborhoods” and “charging too much” … and “calling the police too much” … blah, blah, blah … as IF … their very existence justified the crimes committed against them

      1. Whites should have rioted. The four officers had been acquitted in a jury trial. The black thugs rioted. So they rigged up a federal charge and found them guilty in a kangaroo court. This violated a pillar of American jurisprudence, that of double jeopardy.
        Some background information:
When we came to the U.S., my parents’ best friends were Chinese grocers in momma and poppa stores in black areas. They came from the same township as my mother, and shared her last name. I called them uncles and aunts. One of them was especially nice to me. He talked about issues with me as an adult, even though I was just a teenager. He was killed by robbers.
These friends taught my father how to butcher a side of beef, and my parents on how to run a store. We actually managed to buy a store in a poor white neighborhood. Yes, we charged more than the supermarkets, and I never understood why anyone would shop there … until I went to the store and saw the customers chatting with my mother around the cash register like old friends. We charged more not just because of lack of volume. We had to let customers buy on credit, that was another reason why they shopped there. A certain percentage just ran out on them. And there were a small percentage of theft you can’t prevent. So we had to charge more to make up for it. Even so, we made less on the margin.
When the killing became more and more common, eventually the Chinese abandoned the grocery stores in black areas, and they just stood vacant for a long time. No more exploitation of blacks who used to be able to walk to the store. Now they were exploited by blacks with cars who charged them exorbitant fees for taking them to the supermarket miles away. None of your whitey patriarchal free lift for a neighbor to maintain dominance.
The stores were eventually taken over by new Korean immigrants, many of whom installed iron cages. Some of them were well financed, and built stores to rival the supermarkets. But the basic problem was the same. But let me tell you, the Koreans were much nastier. They didn’t take any shit. They called the cops on shoplifters. They went after people trying to run out on their credit. And they probably spoke even worse English than the Chinese. And they had guns. There were cases where robbers were actually shot by storekeepers, gasp, instead of just the other way around. That made it racist.
I saw the original videotape on Channel 5, not just the edited version. I saw where the cops hit King with the baton. It was the back of the thigh, as they are told. That was the best place to subdue someone, with causing permanent harm. But they cut that footage out in all subsequent videos shown. So all you saw from a different angle was the baton going up and down, but not where it landed. It made for very bad optics. The reason they had to go through all that to subdue King was he was high on PCP. None of the national news mentioned that.

  13. I was going to put in tips that when I was looking for an email published by Wikileaks regarding Democrats rigging media polling in Florida in 2016, Google kept striking Wikileaks as a search term, along with Orlando, for some reason, even after adding ‘+’ to them, and I had to go to DuckDuckGo, who should have picked a better name, to find the story.
