WE Realty

Brian Lilley;

Another oddity in the Kielburger/WE real estate world is how often properties trade hands among family members and insiders. The home at 212 Carlton was sold by Mingze Li to Yutain Qi, another WE employee, and again it sold more than $250,000 below the assessed value.

The family has traded some pieces of real estate multiple times before transferring them to a numbered company for what is recorded as a $0 transaction.

One accountant, who was asked to review documents related to these and other sales, said questions do arise out of what is public but added more background documents would be required to know if these transactions were more than simply strange.

Roxanne Joyal, CEO of ME to WE and also wife to Marc Kielburger, owned 1792 Lakeshore Blvd E., which overlooks Woodbine Beach, for seven years, starting in 2007.

She sold it to Victor Li and his wife in 2014 for $1.56 million. Li sold it to Fred and Theresa Kielburger in 2016 for $1.62 million.

In November 2018, the Kielburgers transferred the property to a numbered company owned by Kelly Hall-Holland, Craig Kielburger’s mother-in-law, for $0. The home is assessed at more than $1.7 million.

  1. I guess the old saying it’s all for me not for thee has to be changed. It’s all for WE and none for thee.

  2. When I say the liberal party is a criminal organization, I am not saying it in jest.

    Same with the Democrat party in the USA, they are a criminal organization.

    About half of those people should be in jail.

    And the media who help those criminals hide their crimes, some of those journalists should be in jail.

    1. I agree. It’s like Canada is being run by the Corleone family. Except instead of Michael we are stuck with Fredo.

  3. L-The Trudeau regime, including the Laurentian elite(appeasement to C.C.P./Huawei) appear to prefer to run Canada, as a sort of oligarchy, along the current Russian model under Putin.

    Ironically, the ideological possessed (Cult. Marxism) narrative is the medium producing a population so anxiety ridden with Victimology and/or guilt complex. It follows the U.S.S.R./Maoist model closely, including the suppression of free speech/free press(30 pieces of silver buyout), take over of educational institutions, to a T.

    People laughed when Justin Trudeau said the country that he admired most was (Communist) China, because of how quickly they could turn things around(command obedience). Now after a few months under the Chinese Communist Party virus, the 1st major use of biological warfare in the 21st Century. No one is laughing now, except the most power hungry/tyrannically minded. They are laughing all the way to the bank !

    WE WE We said this little piggy, all the way to the piggy bank. Where they buy herd immunity.

  4. Even CNN is questioning whether Blackie can survive this scandal. This shows how stupid CNN is, because everyone knows that Trudeau could be caught smuggling tons of cocaine and under age prostitutes on his government jet from the Aga Khan’s island, and the media along with Canadians would still support him.

  5. Relax folks.
    If you have nice socks the media tell us that it’s okay to steal from children.
    How many billions will the pimped out Canadian media be able to parlay this scandal into?
    How much of our money will the pimped out media receive from Blackie to shut up about his family stealing from a children’s charity?
    And will we ever know how much he pays them to move on from this story?
    Why would the pimped media even report on that?
    Sort of a non-disclosure agreement that benefit’s both corrupt parties.
    Are the Canadian media going to be accessories in this theft from children by wiping it off the front page as quickly as possible? CBC is already making excuses and running interference.

  6. I am sure Bill Morneau will have his cousin, the RCMP commissioner, get on this right away.

    In all seriousness, it will probably take a team of skilled forensic auditors to unravel this. On the surface, it definitely looks like a money laundering scheme. Certainly designed to make these folks a lot of money.

  7. Charities are rackets. They always have been. Those who are genuinely interested in healing the world know how to go about it—sell all they have of value, give the proceeds to the truly needy, and devote their energies henceforth to spreading the Good News to anybody who will listen.

    The rest is commentary.

    1. I’d like to know how one transfers property to another entity for “$0”? Asking for a friend.

  8. This looks a lot like a scam and having the prime minister’s mother and brother taking money from a supposed charity is something else IMO. In the first place what value comes from either of them speaking on anything? I wouldn’t know his brother from a tree stump, he’s just a Trudeau and is never seen. Margaret does offer a bit of drama as we’ve seen in some of her previous appearances.

    Charity is charity, it’s about giving, be it time or money, not taking thousands of dollars to show up and shill for people to donate. I will think long and hard about donating to charity, if at all.

    If the people of Canada vote for Trudeau again we will be headed into banana republic territory.

    1. Liz J I stopped giving to charities years ago when I found out how much money the Untied Way actually uses for charity. Now I only donate food to the Food Banks and give to the SallyAnn during their Christmas drive. Also I have bought quite a few homeless people a meal if I see them rummaging through garbage cans looking for something to eat. I never give them money though.

      1. I do the same. If I see a cold and hungry fellow human being on the street I take them to the nearest food place and buy them lunch on the spot. Not for everyone but I enjoy meeting these people and learning about their problems. I give them friendly advice only if asked and do not judge them. For there but for the Grace of God go I. I must say that they show me much more gratitude than any buddies I have ever bought lunch for.

      2. My wife does the same, buys a meal-only for the obviously downtrodden she spots on the streets. I support that.

    2. Some cities in Canada are already there like Toronto. They wouldn’t notice the change at all.

  9. The branches of this seem far reaching.
    Sole sourced government contracts to an organization well connected to the Trudeau family.
    Trading in real estate between the charity and family.
    And why does Victor Li’s name seem so familiar?

  10. I suspect WE is going to have difficulty persuading schoolkids to donate to keep Mad Maggie in the lifestyle to which she has become accustomed. I suspect WE, in badly in need of a heart transplant, might already be dead. The Kielburgers can always find work with the Rizzuto family.

    1. Teachers’ Unions will continue with making sure donations keep right on coming.

  11. to donate to keep Mad Maggie in the lifestyle to which she has become accustomed.
    Hey booze and drugs aint cheap you know.

  12. I doubt money laundering would be involved unless through an honest mistake. Liberals and their friends make a lot of honest mistakes for which they apologize and all is forgiven.

    1. Almost certainly IS money laundering
      To oversimplify (they have something way more complicated going on): Say I have a $1million property and an ability to launder money. You have $1million in “dirty” money you give to me for dispersal. I give/”sell” you the property for $0, you sell for $1million, laundered
      WE/ME would also have huge potential to have their “volunteers” “volunteer” to do renovations, meanwhile being paid cash, helping with laundering and cheaply increasing the property value

  13. The crocodile lurking in the lily pond in this scandal is the amount of real estate purchased by non-Canadians. Canadians are the biggest patsies in the world. Our governments donate foreign aid to countries that have bigger military budgets than we do. We allow foreign students into universities to the detriment of our own population. We allow foreigners to purchase companies, land, and natural resources because we have allowed the mantra emanating from our intelligentsia that hard work and personal industry is beneath us, “We are educated therefore we don’t have to work getting our hands dirty.” Someone coined the phrase “Shirtsleeves to shirtsleeves in three generations.” This does not only happen in families it happens within countries and we are seeing it occur at the moment. The Liberals in their quest for total domination of power in Canada are killing the golden goose, and the WE scandal is nothing but a pimple on the elephant’s backside. With any luck at all it will fester and abscess to the point that amputative surgery will be required, and we will be rid of the socialist ideas that Canada can save the world if we are all taxed just a little bit more.

  14. Well, tellin’ y’all, so you know:

    1. The anger out there is palpable;

    2. The first thing that is going to defeat the Liberals is the face-mask thing;

    3. The second thing that is going to defeat the Liberals is the $343 billion dollar deficit;

    4. The third thing that is going to defeat the Liberals is the WE scandal;

    and

    5. The fourth thing is taking a “Personal Day”.

    1. L-When you are ruling royalty, having inherited your title. Everyday is a personal day.

    2. Well, the knob had a personal day today,he didn’t show up in Parliament. He’s lost for answers so he’s going to avoid the media and Opposition as much as possible.

  15. WE would be a good thing to shout over and over again at PM DIckhead.
    He’s so stupid he would probably think you were saying Oui and nod his head like a twerp.
    Of course Sophie was shouting Oui over and over again when Idris gave her the Covid BBC.

  16. These guys are so transparently criminal frauds you would need to be a sub 50 IQ retard, or a liberal, or a Trudeau, or 98% of all journalists to have not seen it long ago. Sorry for the multiple redundancies.

  17. Liz:

    To be honest, although most won’t say it, pretty much everybody thinks he should not be prime minister. We can go from there, and you will not like the Liberal alternatives any better, I can assure you.

    Technically, if you don’t mind me saying, I feel that the country should prepare for the future, rather than the past.

    I happen to live in Stratford ON, in an ancestral home, where there is no room for either Mr. Trudeau’s antics, or for his colleagues in the community.

  18. Sorry folks, nothing will come of this. Only a Conservative who spent more than allowed for his campaign using his own money would get carted off to jail in handcuffs and ankle chains with media at the ready to spread it far and wide. I believe his name was Dean Del Mastro.

    1. so liz, will andy scheep now quit paying Kensalla to bad mouthMad Max, and have him go after the turd, or is andy still sceert of Mad Max

    2. Trudeau2 will be the last PM that comes from Quebec that this country will ever have.

      In fact, western Canada can make sure of that in western Canada by simply voting for western independence.

      Gee, I hope somebody finds another Trudeau2 scandal soon. LOL

  19. SO, flipping houses back and forth among family members’ numbered companies, at lower and lower prices, until it finally reaches the “right” family-owned numbered company at zero dollars, with the losses on the previous sales possibly miraculously ending up one of the charities. And a side benefit of selling below the assessed value of the property is that you save some money on the Ontario and Toronto land transfer taxes,which are based on the sales price. Smells like major tax evasion here, besides the funky fragrance of fraud.
