    1. I found that clip to be orgasmic.

That is what I call ‘pushing back’. Those Antifa/BLM clowns might have
killed or maimed that kid. Good thing he was armed.

  1. The best camera angle that.
4 against 1, already knocked to the ground by them, quote “we’ll f***ing kill you”.
Open and shut self defence as long as he’s got cc permit.
His choice was being kicked into brain damage on the ground, where you spend the rest of your life staring out a window dribbling or not…..
Note the highly effective firearm defence, they didn’t return to finish the job.

    1. And, like the Atlanta cop, once incapacitated, at the mercy of thugs who can take his gun and kill him with it.
Lethal force proportional to the threat. If you resist arrest and/or try to beat down people for ideology, expect to get shot.

The far left in the USA, which now includes the fascist Democrat party, thinks cops should accept being tased or Trump supporters beat to death. They are, once again, on the wrong side of Americans and common sense itself, now a superpower.

No justification is now possible for a white cop dealing with a black criminal resisting arrest in the Cowardly New World of double standards; or some guy daring to wear a MAGA or OAN hat. Swarming people is how fascists “defend” themselves.

This will not end well for Dems or the nation; the continued survival of either is mutually exclusive of the other’s.

      1. Atlanta is a bit more “problematic”.
Cops aren’t USAF engineering test pilots, their performance under pressure is predictably variable and often weak. You can’t blame them, it’s the nature of the recruitment pool.
An outstanding operator would have immediately realised the Taser once fired for no effect cannot be fired again, it’s a one shot device. The possibility of incapacitation was past once the Taser was fired with no effect. It clearly wasn’t a firearm, the Taser was bright yellow.

To expect all cops to perform in the top group of cognition and action is entirely unreasonable and should not be expected.

          1. Thanks. I await the details.
I don’t regard Tasers as a statistically significant deadly threat or the cops wouldn’t be using them within the law.

          2. Doesn’t matter, at the time he was shot, he was running away. He wasn’t a threat to anyone.

          3. SDH if it was multi-shot taser, he had already fired once while fleeing, and could have done so again. That means he was still a threat. Yes, sadly, shooting a man in the back can still be self-defense.

          4. SDH “Doesn’t matter, at the time he was shot, he was running away. He wasn’t a threat to anyone.”

Another name for retreat is regrouping. I don’t remember when in army training I was told to quit shooting when they ran away because they were no further threat..

        1. Bill to your post below, the taser is not the problem, it’s the incapacitated cop who still has his side arm. it can be taken by the thug and used, the cop would not be able to stop him.

          1. Seems to me the cops were incapacitated from the word go. They let some hammered punk get the better of them, and use their incompetence as justification to kill. Yeah, I hold cops to higher standard, after all, I’ve been overpowered by them before, for the crime of walking away from a bar.

Captcha thought that one of those corrugated lane markers was a freaking crosswalk. That’s Goolag for ya.

        2. Pretty much everybody I have read opining on the Brooks shooting either ignores the Taser shot Brooks took, or assumes implicitly that the cop KNEW Brooks shot at him with a Taser.

The former oversight is unforgivable. I picked up the Taser shot the first time I watched the video, watched again multiple times to confirm. The second requires believing that the cop who killed Brooks knew the other officer had lost his Taser to Brooks. And/or that he was able to recognize the weapon flash in the split second as a Taser, not a gun. At night. While running.

How many cops are trained in weapon flash recognition from the MUZZLE end? I spent more than a decade in a Reserve Component Military Police unit that had members from more than a dozen different federal, state, county, and city law enforcement agencies, and never once was such training mentioned.

          1. The Taser was bright Yellow…no confusion with firearm possible even in reduced lighting, that’s why it’s yellow.
You don’t recognise Tasers by their lack of muzzle flash.
Correct, they are only cops not high quality operators, so a jury won’t expect a super competent thinker, a good defence lawyer and an average jury should see him walk.

    2. The self-defence aspect is clear regardless of whether he had a permit for the gun. If he was illegally in possession that’s a different charge, but it doesn’t change the fact that he was attacked and has the right to defend himself with what force he reasonably deemed necessary.

    3. About damn time..Loud mouth is the instigator.. “We’ll fuckin kill you!.”. “He shot him.get his license plate”..lol.. So if shateboard killer dies, can loud mouth be charged?

    4. I saw multiple skateboards wielded as weapons. Yes. This is going to escalate. ANTIFA will expand their arsenal. The month of October will be one continual, violent “surprise” … and after PDJT is re-elected … the real Revolution begins in earnest.

That is my sad prediction. In 2016 … These LOSERS in our society threw eggs at Trump Rally attendees … this year, it will be concrete milkshakes, bricks, and frozen water bottles. Then, BLUE State Governors will BAN Trump Rallies.

      1. They’ll TRY to ban Trump rallies. That will end very badly for the Blue state governors.

      2. I think that the real antifa hardcore protesters are biding their time, {or should that be Biden their time}, and are planning to keep up the momentum with the media cartels help until the Republican Convention in Jacksonville this August. I think the plan is to make the “68 Democratic Convention look like a block party gone wrong. They will also continue their looting and rioting agenda in order to minimize any chance of a Trump/Biden debate with the assistance of their supporters in the media Politburo.

  2. Damn those cellphones, these idiot children even post proof of their victims innocence.
Next he sues the enabling cops, with false arrest and reckless, deliberate endangerment, forcing him to kill.
    So who controls that region?
    Is it another Democrat Enclave?
Questioning, are we dealing with Police?
    Or Democrat Minions?

  3. They sure backed off when their Antifa comrade dropped. – That was a good video.

    1. Yep.That was the most enjoyable video I’ve seen in a long time. ten smiley faces.

  4. “I am gonna fucking kill you”
Right as far as a direct clear threat one needs to go no further. Well done.
And like I said before, the reason Blackie is going for our guns is because he wants the fucking UnMes to kill us.

  5. Amazing display of trigger discipline there, he stopped shooting once the immediate threat was over. I don’t know that many people could pass that test, I know I wouldn’t.

  6. Follow the thread. If true it appears he has not only a skateboard but also a knife.

  7. There is a close up of one of the goons (one on the left that I think was shot) going after the guy with what looks like a knife. If that is the case, then it is an even cleaner shoot.

  8. Here’s what happens if you defund the police. Charles Bronson becomes the Commissioner of Public and Personal Safety, and he isn’t going to stand there and yell commands over and over and over at you. He’s going to light you up and stop your criminal behavior.

  9. Nice to see a real aggressor getting shot for a change. Too bad the cops are scared to go after real aggressors. They prefer to go after the wimps, the drunks and the drug-addled, who pose no real threat. A taser is a 1-shot weapon, once discharged, it is no longer any more of a threat than a small club, which is no threat in the hand of someone fleeing, but hey, fleeing sops is a capital offense, right? Shooting people in the back is justified, right?
Anyone who thinks that the cops can save society, especially in Canada, should lay off the glue.

    1. Seems that 2 and 3 shot tasers exist. If the cop that was effectively disarmed, and the perp had one of those, that does change they dynamic considerably, the perp was still able to incapacitate, or kill, if the cop had a “pre-existing condition”, which should be grounds for shooting the perp, as we all know tasers only kill those with “pre-existing conditions”, and it is physically impossible to murder with one, but involuntary manslaughter seems to be possible. At any rate, the copper may have been in fear for his life.

      1. “the copper may have been in fear for his life.”
Indeed. However he was “covered” by his partner with his firearm from close by. Any attempt by perp to retrieve a potentially incapacitated cop’s firearm and use it was therefore a tiny risk. The perp was 10 yards away from where potential incapacitation would have happened.
These people were not SAS, bad operational judgement should be expected and factored in. The cop’s life was not by any reasonable interpretation in danger, that he thought it was is acceptable.
It would be better if the shooter didn’t have 18 complaints on his record.

        1. Agreed. To be fair, the SAS doesn’t really care about a bit of collateral damage. IMHO the cop should be fired, but not charged, unlike, say the Floyd or Garner cases, which are both obvious manslaughter, with zero fear for life or limb on the part of the copper.

        2. “The cop’s life was not by any reasonable interpretation in danger”

Does it have to be? He was apprehending a dangerous felon who resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer. He was a danger to the public.

          1. “Does it have to be?”
Yeah it does, or someone else’s life has to be in danger, concocted ‘for the circumstance’ danger won’t do. Struggling with police to resist arrest and fleeing isn’t a reason for a cop or you to shoot. Happens all the time. There is no reason to believe a fleeing perp is a danger to the public unless he is armed. Merely fleeing isn’t an indication of danger to the public or all those police foot chases would be redundant….ie. just shoot him. What complicates this is the Taser, decent lawyer and he’ll eventually walk even if it takes an Appeal Court to do it.

      2. yeahwell, good that you edumukated yerself, as 2-3 shot tasers have been around for a while now, and an incapacitated cop can have his /her gun stolen, and there in lies the problem.

  10. And best of all – that video makes unmistakably clear what happened, and what was at stake. Let’s see AntiFa try to spin “Fascist White Male Supremacist Murders Peaceful Protester IN COLD BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!” that.

Trump in a landslide – and the Democrats and their Leftie minions will never, ever figure-out why.

    1. My guess is he may have had a sign that read “Shut up and mind your own business!”, a capital crime in the eyes of the left.

  11. That was satisfying to watch.
Hope it was multiple hits with a ball strike. Some people deserve to suffer. A severed spine would be an excellent result as well.

  12. Well done. And the humor here is unmistakeable- “….get his fu*#ing license plate!” . ?? Where’s his car? He’s taking a stand in the middle of the street against 4 bad guys. And he doesn’t look like he’s in a hurry to leave. It’s what panic does.

  13. were those people leftists and antifas happy to vandalize a monument?

and he was opposed to that?

i am still not clear on what that was

  14. I think at this point Americans that want to defend their country need to move to areas that leftists are in the minority and that have Sheriffs and police forces that openly uphold the constitution and protect the 2nd amendment. And join local organized miltias. Sheriffs and cops that actually are on the side of citizens (America at least have many many of these, Canada …none) need to at least keep tabs on the best local militias to join forces with if needed.

    1. The hard-core, incorrigible leftist fifth column is no more than five percent of the population. All the government would have to do is stop granting them the protection of law, and offer a cash reward for the severed scrotum or breast of each dead traitor. Free enterprise will do the rest.

Nowhere close to five percent need be polished off, of course. Once they realize that the patience of decent people is at an end, the leftists will run like rabbits—sorry, “go into exile”—never to show their faces again. They’re not especially brave when faced with an enemy that shoots back, understands the left are vermin and is willing to deal with them accordingly.

      1. Go soak your head, Santayana – that sort of murderous, “trophy-grabbing” anarchy is exactly what AntiFa is trying to promote.

      2. I think a lot have already self removed their scrots and tatas.
        Maybe ears or green hair.

  15. at the twitter link, lower in the thread someone has a snap shot of just before he got his gun out and shot ;
one of the antifas all dressed in black, has a knife in his hands.
blue t shirt guy is about to get stabbed.

then he shot in self defense.

If I was the judge I would acquit blue t shirt guy in in 15 seconds.

  16. Looking solely at the event, its justified. A mob yelling they are going to kill you

But what about the context he appears to have initiated the violent contact?

    1. Simply disagreeing with one item of their religion constitutes instigation for these vermin. He did nothing to justify a mob response with lethal weapons. Civilized disagreement is only possible among the civilized, but civilization falls if you do not stand up to the barbarians.

    2. @BFHaun,that “Context” is unmitigated bullshit.
Their reaction to any resistance is to Burn,Loot ,Murder.
And now when they get their asses shot off,It becomes”Look what you made us do”.
This is a mob, existing “initiates their violence.”
Laughing at them,is a death sentence,in their woke little worlds.

  17. When I was a kid, I got picked on by those tougher than me, and I picked on those weaker in turn. Such is the law of the schoolyard, in football, hockey, or whatever.
Only recently have the kids been turned into such snowflakes that one bully can reign supreme, in my day, even the toughest got their comeuppance at the hands of a gang of his victims. Don’t be a woman.

  18. A line was crossed there. It will be easier to pull triggers tomorrow than it was to do so yesterday.

  19. What’s actually the most surprising, is how surprised they all appear to be by someone fighting back. Also the type of surprise; like they actually believed God was protecting them or something.

Evander Holyfield was surprised when Tyson ate his ear, but he was less shocked than these people.

I mean seriously, how did they survive childhood?

    1. Cause thats not how it played out in Simm World.
They are the bravest of the brave, the most virtuous of them all.
Resistance is impossible, for we carry the true Cross.or some such..
The School of Hard Knocks can be brutal.
      So Sad Too Bad.

  20. The family of the 39 year old assailant that was shot released a statement that he “devoted his life to seeking equality and justice for all.” I guess that aligns with what I saw in the videos. I’m sure that includes joining a mob to violently attack a retreating individual who dared distract the mob from rejoicing in their vandalism and illegally destroying public property.

From the comments on twitter I think the result seems satisfying to those who watched so much lawlessness and violence by mobs in the past two weeks go almost entirely without consequences.

    1. PB -A 39 year old on a skateboard. And what are the odds he was living in his parents basement playing video games while seeking “equality and justice”.

      1. “… seeking equality and justice…”

If he’s the aggressor that shouted “I’m gonna f*ing kill you” then he got both and was shot while doing what he loved.

    2. The lawyer likely had to remind the family of his name. These lowlifes don’t care about “family” members until there is some lawsuit money to made. The script, as prepared by the shyster, always says the “victim” was just the sweetest and most loving individual you could ever find.
It’s also why a thousand dead lawyers at the bottom of the lake is really a slow start.

  21. The guts of Atlanta isn’t some cop fearing for his life.
The guts of the shooting is loss of face.
One drunk but physically more able black man got the better of two cops in a fight and they were unable to arrest him.
    Oh my.
The same black man was able to separate a cop from his Taser and carry it off. They were unable to stop him fleeing without shooting.
    Oh my.
There’s your problem, simple cop humiliation.

  22. You know, this thing bothers me on a lot of levels. Mostly that this violent statue-wrecking is because cops are getting told to stand down by their leadership.

In a sane world, the cops surround and arrest every single rioter at that site. They do it every single time they show up. They toss them in jail for 30 days and fine them the cost of their incarceration and the stuff they broke. That’s how it used to be. That course of action stops the riots, and punishes the rioters.

But now, some random mall-ninjas are defending the statue because no one else will. The blue shirt guy risked his LIFE for a fricking statue, defending it from professional rioters.

    That is -stupid-.

You do not risk your life for a frigging statue in a public place. You do not get into fist fights with professional rioters. You do not put yourself in peril like that for nothing. Because did anyone notice that the cops didn’t arrest a single rioter when they finally showed up? That’s why. Its a setup.

Blue shirt guy will probably be going to jail for nothing. That’s how they roll these days. All you cowboys saying that was a righteous shoot, just be aware that it doesn’t matter. The fix is in.

    1. Sort of.
But this isn’t defending a statue from vandalism …rather it’s the culture wars.
The statue is just a symbol of the conflict.
The marxists somehow, beyond rational understanding, have been able to criminalise speech that opposes them with the help of corporate business and municipal govt.

      1. You do not get in pointless fist fights with obvious lunatics in the street. You are fighting on THEIR ground by THEIR rules, and the cops are on THEIR side. Guaranteed loss.

We suck them into -our- ground, and make them fight by -our- rules.

Mostly all we need to do is wait. They’re crazy. They will over-reach. Let the cops do what they do, let the idiots pull down statues, and just wait. They’ll come to your ground soon enough. And then they will lose.

        1. What is that “our ground” Phantom? I agree with what you’re saying but should w wait until go to suburbs? Countryside? They are already taking hundreds of citizens as hostages in places like Seattle and none is doing anything to stop those animals?

  23. Squealing like little girls for the police they want to de-fund. LOL

Well dip-shits, the cops have always been on your side, wait until their not, and then see what happens. Some tubby ex-City Counsel member with a small pea shooter pistol will be the last of your concerns.

  24. Where’s NonMe in this thread? Recuperating from three gunshot wounds, perhaps? Most importantly, is his skateboard okay?

  25. Not sure how I feel about this. But one thing for sure, I cant get “Boys from the County Hell” by the Pogues out of my head.
The boys and me are drunk and looking for you
We’ll eat your frigging entrails and we won’t give a damn
Me daddy was a blue shirt and my mother a madam
And my brother earned his medals at My Lai in Vietnam

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2M7snEx1zs

  26. The shooter was justified as his life was clearly in danger however the state will bankrupt him as he tries to prove it. He’s already been charged. They’ll get him in front of an Obama judge and then force it all the way to the Supreme court in appeals. They are already talking about the poor victim who dedicated his life to to pursuing justice. The shooter’s just lucky the guy he shot was White. He has a chance to defend himself assuming he has hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for a good lawyer. If the victim were Black he might as well turn the gun on himself now.

    1. Oh, there will be pro bono volunteers from far and wide lining up for this guy, no need to worry about him.

As for the arrest, it seems to me this is just standard procedure. Same thing happens with a police involved shooting; shooter immediately placed on leave, there is an investigation.

Being arrested, and being charged, are two different things. They arrested him. Pretty sure he has probably already been released and there will be no charges. They have already reviewed all the same videos we have seen. No prosecutor in the world would try to touch this outside of the Moscow show trials.

And actually; police arresting him and getting him out of there, may have saved his life. Cause the mob was likely not going to stop. You know there was at least one antifa guy there thinking “I have a gun in the car…”.

    2. In the end he’ll walk as he should.
A near perfect example of legal SD.
Quite the rallying point for NRA intervention with all the funds he needs.

That US company that provides insurance for firearm SD actions will be picking up huge business from this.

  27. Not just radical, but radically stupid. You don’t hit people holding a loaded gun with a skateboard.

These entitles Antifa twits are so used to hitting people and destroying property with impunity they think it’s a superpower to be able to do so without consequence. This one paid the consequences.

I hope he fully recovers but wiser.

  28. Watched the video closely several times. Multiple attackers and he was just trying to escape. He did a great job of near instant threat assessment, does a front kick to skateboard attack and fires on the knife guy. You can see the knife on the ground where it was dropped as being shot stopped the attack.

Had he not shot, and done the kick, he most likely would be dead or mamed.

  29. Justified Yes! I also hope the guy recovers, I don’t wish death on anyone. Does anyone know if he died? As to the comments, there were some gems, but my fav was at the top. = Patriot – 1 Antifa – 0. The headline, Militia shoots “Unarmed” protester, was most thoughtful. Yet he had a knife and did threaten to kill. I wonder who thought up that headline.

I have mixed thoughts about packing heat when attending such mayhem, but again, if the rioters are passionate enough to wreak havoc on society, then there should be allowances for a thoughtful patriot to be passionate in defense of said society. If a knife was present, and the loud shout of I’m gonna effing kill you was definitely heard, plus the large group of aggressors running him down, he has the right to defend himself.
In the larger context, Patriots – 1 Antifa – 0, Pretty much sums it up. Methinks there will be some rioters now, that may think twice, if indeed they think at all! We do indeed live in interesting times!

  30. Turns out he was not with the militia, but was a former candidate for city council.
It was actually the militia members who provided first aid to the thug that got shot.
