    1. Let me guess: the Japanese were racists for not having black slaves, right?

      1. Chinese lives matter…I mean if we are into past grievances I’m certain Nanking (and everywhere else in Asia and Micronesia they brutalized) would qualify for a march.

    2. bow to imaginary grievances of low IQ savages?

I have two ‘black’ children. Who are also very clever, because they’re mine, of course. I wish you meant by this the actions of stupid people, and not ‘black’ people.

American African-Americans are, to put it blunt, poor, badly educated, and unemployed with a drug problem. The state of the matters – don’t act white – is nowadays kept by African-Americans themselves; the society at large does not prevent those people from improving their life. It is almost all inbuilt to their head. Now that doesn’t mean it should not be fixed. It is not about IQ (I refer to Scott Adams here), it is about what people think.

      1. “I wish you meant by this the actions of stupid people, and not ‘black’ people.”

Of course I do, I could not be more clear about it here for example (see second post): https://www.smalldeadanimals.com/index.php/2020/06/14/there-are-no-violent-protestors-in-atlanta-never/#comments

Where I disagree with you is importance of IQ. A lot of it is about IQ. High IQ people prosper, low IQ people don’t. That is true across all races. We know how IQ distribution looks like. We also know that low IQ and propensity for violent behavior are highly correlated.

        1. Low IQ people are also easily manipulated into a frenzy, see the Atlanta Wendy’s thread above.

      2. “It is not about IQ”

Actually it is. Most IQ test are about knowledge. If you want to improve IQ read some shit. To improve reasoning shills solve some problems and debate higher level things. Subcultures that denigrate education will still be whining about prejudice 1,000 years from now.

        1. “If you want to improve IQ read some shit. ”

No you can’t. Think of IQ a your potential maximum ability. You can only reach your individual maximum or you may squander it. You cannot go beyond it.

        2. Valid IQ tests are not about knowledge, they have even eliminated a lot of the number questions. A lot of them now rely upon a series of geometric shapes in a series, and determine the next shape in the sequence. Reading may increase the knowledge base you have for decision making (or hurt it if you are reading the newspaper) but it can not increase your intelligence.

Both intelligence and knowledge are important, but a low IQ person with information is not really any better off than a high IQ person with ignorance.

          1. Actually, said low IQ person may be better off if has enough awareness as to his/her limitations. There’s really not much worse than an ignorant high IQ person who is convinced he/she does indeed “know” about the subject in question.

    3. Proof that BLM is not some spontaneaous protest movement, but aa global shake-down scheme. Will Soros profit from it, I wonder.

    4. Japanese society is noted for racism. Ex Funimation is notorious for their depiction of black people in their animation.

        1. Colonista – just think about how the Japanese treated the Canadians when they overran Hong Kong in December, 1941. Also how they treated the Chinese and the Koreans when they invaded their countries. I remember an old family friend saying “…it’s not that I hate the Japanese; it’s just that I lost too many friends in Hong Kong.” (paraphrased; that conversation was many, many years ago). And Wayson Choy described in his book, “The Jade Pony”, the tensions between Japanese-Canadians and Chinese-Canadians in Vancouver.

Actually, I was surprised a BLM march was held in Japan; they’ve been very steadfast in holding to their culture. And I admire them for that. But that doesn’t absolve the horrific crimes committed in the not so distant past.

          1. OMG but BLM in Japan has nothing to do with their WWII war crimes. Horrific as those crimes were they are unrelated to BLM, completely.

      1. Wow, did not expect to see anime brought up here, so what are your thoughts on the whole KickVic scandal?
btw, Funimation is not Japanese and does not produce animation. They do English language dubs of Japanese anime in Texas, and their dubs are not always authentic to the source material.

  1. Robert,
Thanks for posting “The Light of Dawn” Documentary about
D- Day. I will take it in.

    1. HB

      Been doing that for years.
I refuse to pay for content I bought at least twice; Vinyl LP and CD.
Not happening..I bought it, I own it.

    2. Dear Robert and SDA ers–
The colorized version of “The Light of Dawn,” a documentary about D-Day brings the Second World War to us front and center. It is powerful to see in this format.

Encouraging words spoken by Ike Eisenhower, “Keep your faith staunch — together we will have victory. If any blame — it is mine alone.”

In the darkest hours after the landing, Northern France was bombed including the homes of civilians. There in the rubble, stood a sign in French, translated, it said,
      “Antoine, we’re ALIVE, we’re at your brother’s.”

In Total War there is fear, death, there is despair,
      — there is life, there is hope.

World War II Photographer for Life Magazine, Robert Capa risked his life to capture photos of D-DAY. The following video, narrated by John Morris, his editor, explains how much effort was put in by these men to bring these images to the world.

Watch “D-Day: Behind Robert Capa’s Photo Of Normandy Beach | 100 Photos | TIME”

There is info on Robert Capa online if you wish to see photos and learn more about him.

      About Photographer: Robert Capa (7:38)
      https://youtu.be/K1J0p8PGrDI

P.S. Incidently, the first iconic photo captured by Capa of the American soldier on the beach lying in the sand was the photo that inspired Producer/ Director Steven Spielberg to make his famous film.

  2. Video about the US deploying two Pacific carrier groups.

The video talks briefly about the COVID protocols onboard the boats and also mentions that the Roosevelt carrier group has left Guam and is back on patrol.

    https://youtu.be/FfNrDAS3DSo

We are so focused on the endless US election summer…

    1. The Pacific has not seen such a concentration of Carriers since 1945…
That’s some serious punch capability with I’m sure at least half a dozen Subs or more in the area as well. (Watched that vid last night..!)

  3. June 6, 1994, was with mother and aunt talking about the D-day commemorations. Asked where the men the family were.

Dad’s famly was easy: younger brother too young to join up; brother-in-law exempted for various reasons including health; Dad an instructor with the RCAF.

Switch to Mum’s side: both brothers and sister’s husband in England and in active service. However, as far as we could gather, didn’t go ashore at D-day though probably followed shortly thereafter. We’ll likely never know, as this was never discussed.

Very much the same on spouse’s side; father’s family worked for a seriously critical industry so stayed at home working for an essential industry. Mother’s side: one brother in the army but invalided out after being wounded at Ortona; other brother serving in the Merchant Marine in the engine rooms. Both survived; they have since died but – at both funerals – their WW II contributions were openly recognized and honoured.

    1. Hmm…interesting. Both parents in Holland at the time.
      All I know –
Dad in a German labour kampf since 1942.
Mom about to go living on a Dutch farm as food shortages were becoming severe.

Father in law in Italian Army..not sure of what his status was..non combatant by then.?
Mother in law living in Calabria. Both left for Argentina shortly thereafter.

      We came here in ’57…

  4. We should’ve never participated in either world war. Did nothing for us and took out thousands of men that could’ve protected us from becoming the country we are today.

    1. Last night’s RSS feed of The John Batchelor Show consisted mainly of a repeat of an interview with an author of a book about the start of WW I, as seen from the side of the Hapsburg Empire.

It would be an understatement to say that the slaughter was a tragedy of errors.

    2. WWI was clearly the second stupidest war ever fought. The stupidest was the Boer War. Pointless wars to advance an Empire with not one redeeming feature. We then got the Nazis and WWII from the idiotic way we ended WWI by carving off millions of German and Austrian citizens to former subject people who did not treat them well.

      1. Scar, that’s only the beginning. It was made far, far worse by the stupid way that the breakup of the Ottoman Empire was mishandled by Britain, Italy and France and their sidekick Greece. Many of the problems in the Middle East today can be traced back to the blundering in dealing with ending the Ottoman Empire.

  5. Watched with the sound off. Better. Some footage I had never seen before. That was a plus. My Old Man survived the war. He was color blind, red/green. Lucky him. RCAF. Never left the country.

  6. PO, I have two photos of my Dad in uniform. One was Airforce the other was Army. Never was told what that was all about but he also was never shipped overseas.

  7. Still no mention of the federal Liberal candidate being arrested for child porn in the bought and paid for media. Globe and Mail is outraged that Trump is holding campaign rallies. Buts its ok for thousands to march in Canadian cities to protest racism. Meanwhile at Blackie’s Toronto Star, whats his name the leader of the Ontario Liberal Party is outraged that Ford is starving human rights agencies. And Shree explains that racism is running rampant at York University.

  8. Great Leader Kim Sung Trudeau is back from having a wonderful time at Harrington Lake. This morning he is scheduled to make a number of phone calls to shithole nations in order to win that important UN Security Seat. But don’t worry, he still will be making an appearance before his loyal, drooling media to explain how wonderful he is, and call us racist bastards.

  9. Sometimes you just have to admit the truth.
    I’ll just say it. I’m a racist.
No, I don’t hate Blacks or Asians or Indians.

    I hate #@$%^&! White Liberals.
But since it’s Canada where you’re allowed if not encouraged to hate Whitey, I should be okay.
I’m not confident I’ll ever recover.

    1. They’re demonized for harassing and murdering people, stealing, and then covering up for colleagues who do the same.

    2. They’re a necessary evil but cops lie about everything to everyone all the time. And they lie about their lies, especially in court. They’re kind of like doctors – lots of power and they never admit to a mistake.
Bill Fucking Liar Blair is probably a good example.

  10. Autonomous zone names.
    CHAZ
    CHOP
    Chazistan
    My favorite Wokeidishu

Then there is Scott Adams Scotland (which was already taken so maybe Scottland).

    1. If the Rt. Hon. One doesn’t get his UN seat, the paid-for media will not report it, or at least bury the news down deep. “Move along”, everyone will say.

    2. But what if he loses and vows to try harder to make us better global citizens?!

  11. “If the bill is approved, it will be the AER that will have the final say in new oil sands project approvals and the government will not need to approve them too. This move is expected to cut around 10 months off the regulatory process for new oil projects.”

    https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/Alberta-To-Cut-Red-Tape-For-New-Oil-Projects.html

This is good stuff but too slow and should be more. I still don’t see why the AER should even exist. Kenney is chopping with garden shears he should be using a sword.

    1. Reading your last couple of posts on regulation I have to agree.

Carve away, don’t just peck at it. Do it faster.

      1. It gets better: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/alberta-coal-policy-rescinded-mine-development-environmental-concern-1.5578902

“Campbell estimates there are “at least a half a dozen” companies currently looking at developing mines on lands where it would have been previously prohibited and “there will be more.””

        https://globalnews.ca/news/6624175/accreditation-child-care-program-ucp/

The magnitude isn’t where I’d like it to be but the vector has a good direction. Beats tilting at windmills like equalization. Now cut the spending please.

  12. After talking to shithole nations this morning, Great Leader appeared before his awe struck media. He once again explained how wonderful he and his government are doing. He thanked public servants for the great work they are doing as well. His cooks, servants, and baby sitters make life easy for him and Queen Sophie at Harrington Lake. And he hinted that the program will be extended to pay Canadians to stay at home. This has nothing to do with getting NDP support of course. Questions from his faithful media consisted of whether Canadians will get more free stuff, the need for more immigrants, and Canadians being racist bastards.

  13. For those that follow Dr. Jordan Peterson, he has been quite active on his twitter account lately. I especially enjoyed his take on the lie of white privilege.

  14. The contempt in bongo’s voice for the Conservatives was obvious in his exchange with Scheer last week.

He can barely contain himself when replying to questions challenging his policies.

It’s obvious what he thinks of question period. Little wonder he doesn’t want to recall parliament.

    Sickening

    1. Bongs is likely still P.O. about lasting only 12 minutes in the HoC last week. It’s a standoff. He’ll ask for an election. Watch.

I posted this a few days ago:

Last Wednesday the House of Commons adjourned after only 12 minutes as a result of a standoff between the Opposition and Government over the latter’s latest legislative initiative.

      See these articles:

      https://www.ctvnews.ca/politics/a-12-minute-meeting-feds-fail-to-get-support-for-latest-covid-19-emergency-aid-bill-1.4977472

      https://www.ourwindsor.ca/news-story/10022172-chantal-h-bert-justin-trudeau-has-two-sets-of-pandemic-rules-one-for-parliament-and-one-for-himself/

Is Trudeau preparing for a Fall election yet? It looks like it.

  15. God opinion piece on the FOX news web page, by Liz Peek. This essay says that Americans who recent the woke BLM demos and rioting are forced to remain silent, given the dominant hegemony of our pro-crime establishment. She says that the silent majority will rebel against all of this in November:
    https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/left-silences-silent-majority-watch-november-liz-peek

Good read. Trump still faces long odds, but I hope she is right and that ordinary voters can see through the pro-thuggery propaganda.

    1. There’s no evidence of this ‘silent majority’. BLM is making massive massive gains in public opinion polling. It hasn’t been 1968 for a long time.

  16. We had Lee Greenwood doing a patriotic song two nights ago.

How about Sinatra’s ‘The House I Live In’ – That’s American to Me.

The Chairman of the Board nails it.

  17. The multi-billion dollar cost of our Dear Leader’s unwavering focus on CO2 “pollution” comes at the cost of ignoring real pollution.

“Saying Quebec’s waterways are being treated like “open-air sewers,” 40 environmental groups on Monday published an open letter demanding the Legault government invest massively in upgrading the province’s water treatment facilities.”

    https://ottawacitizen.com/news/local-news/quebecs-waterways-have-become-open-air-sewers-environmental-groups/wcm/b9a6b388-afb7-42d8-a7a4-c92e766d15ab/

  18. And now your Canadians are racist bastards story for today. Blackie’s Globe and Mail reports that a private member’s bill will be introduced this week on “Environmental Racism”. It tackles how polluting industries are more likely to be placed near black and indian communities damaging their health and well being.

  19. Wow! Great Leader Kim Sung Trudeau has a big list of shithole leaders to phone tomorrow, in order to get that UN Security Seat.

    1. He’s like daddy.

During his final months in office before PET took his walk in the snow, he went gallivanting from one country to another about something concerning world peace or nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, the disaster he turned this country into was wallowing in the aftermath of his phony-baloney constitution and bill of rights, not to mention the mess he created with the NEP. He, of course, couldn’t have cared less.

  20. Wednesday is the UN security council vote?

What’s the over/under on Canada’s chance? Is the bong sending off signals? Has he got a lock on this?
