    Also Christian Prince is repeatedly showing that the Koran represents polytheism and pagan rituals, including the trinity of Allah, Muhammad and the Koran.

    Every single Muslim is now guilty of shirk, and blasphemes.

    There simply is NO way to defeat Islam in a PC environment except with superior theology.

    These are religious people, seeking relationship with God. Atheism and counter-terrorism have zero chance of success.

    Counter-ministry is proving about 75-80% successful at converting Muslims to Christianity, and ending their jihadist tendencies.

  12. Anyone who is honest about slavery, knows that most nations and races around the world practised slavery at some point in their history. European nations did not invent slavery but were the leaders in stamping it out, especially Britain. The British Empire was at the forefront of abolishing slavery, and used the Royal Navy to enforce it.

      The GB sent white slaves to the colonies in greater numbers than blacks, and their living conditions were much worse. But in your royalist Utopia this never existed.

I am of Canadian Irish heritage and know of what you write but that does not obviate the simple fact that it was the British government, inspired by British Protestants (I am Catholic), using the Royal Navy, that ended slavery in much of the world. That is a matter of historical record. Canada ended slavery in the early 1830s.

    3. Exactly. In 1803, Britain outlawed slavery. Upper Canada and the Maritimes were governed by British law. But our pathetic leader only studied history superficially. Black old stock Canadians have never experienced too many problems, certainly no more than, say Old stock Chinese or, say, polish immigrants in the 1930s. Their offspring did well. Sure, we have a bit of racism, but not so much.

      Some of out new immigrants from third world countries may have issues, because they did not grow up here and their parents may not be able to give them a head start. Some teens in Toronto, Edmonton and Montreal are behaving badly.

      Canadians do not need BLM, as we have very little to apologize for. We are correct in calling out unacceptable behaviour, but I have a very hard time believing that any of our institutions are structurally biased against any sub-group of Canadians, except maybe the Indian Act, which should have been repealed decades ago. We do not share the history of the USA or South Africa. We have a history of standing up for equality of opportunity, including publicly-paid universal education, which used to work well, until the curricula was stolen by social activists.

    1. Slavery under Moses was restricted. Whomever kidnapped a person to keep or sell as a slave, was under the death penalty.

      Only close family members could be “sold” into slavery, as debt repayment. And after 7 years’ loyal service were intended to be freed, the debt considered paid.

    2. Interesting … I have always been a champion of Israelies, since reading Exodus when I was 16 during a summer holiday in Calgary. Growing up there, many of my neighbourhood friends were Jewish, and we girls had a project to go to each other’s churches in grade 8.

      United, Presbyterian, Anglican, Morman and the Jewish home of worship. It was fun and we learned a lot. I am now a nominal, non-practicing Anglican, but enjoyed attending my friend’s bas Mitzva. She got a lot of really terrific presents and it was not even Christmas.

Identity politics is the toxic brew that, above all else, evokes the national and historical trauma of slavery and racism – the great impugner of character and silencer of debate. Despite that its ugly presence only exists as a small remnant of its past, it galvanizes the left like no other issue, despite the Democratic Party being its last actual institutional stronghold. Thanks now to the academic rot of post modern nihilism in various forms, in otherwise polite company, they seem to be able to get away with such blatantly racist statements like, whites need not offer their views on such issues unless subordinate to and supportive of non-white grievance.

    The Canadian left, never to be seen as anything but second-handers, have jumped all over this issue.

    Abram, who was later renamed Abraham by God, kept a slave girl Hagar, among others, a young girl of dubiously marriageable age whom his wife procured for her husband’s pleasure. A real noble start to the religion of God.

    Let’s not talk about the disciple Paul’s support for slaves which has as many variations as there are opinions.

    All the Abrahamic religions have engaged slavery as good for business. If you had a better class of reader, they would have already pointed this out to you, but unfortunately, you don’t, so they didn’t.
