   This is similar to the PC’s after Mulroney, provincial parties in the west divorced the federal party, and voters out west abandoned the party.

   It seems like only the west has a sufficient population with integrity to make a viable country, the rest of the country seems content with corrupt third world shithole government, which eventually leads to third world shithole status.

Not from AB, so I don’t know what the local politics are there, but in municipal politics in general, the right is not organized and tends to field multiple suitable candidates, while the left organizes around one. Sometimes, like in the case of Winnipeg recently, they will have the media run a bunch of crap promoting a progtard as the candidate of the right, then the morning after the election do a urinalistic felatio piece about all their wonderful progressive virtues and policies to prevent rioting by the leftists who were not in on the scam.

Infrastructure will collapse, services will be drastically reduced, chaos will rise in cities, law enforcement will be stretched too thin, crimes will be rampant and poor urbanites without guns will suffer.

         I spent 27 years in our military. I had to get out in spring 2016. It didn’t work for me any longer.
         I have 141 parachute jumps in the army & earned my US army jump wings with the 75th RR.
         I did three combat tours in Afghanistan where I lost 26 friends KIA in 2007 alone.
         I also deployed to Haiti & Bosnia.
         I attained the rank of Warrant Officer.
         I was also a senior intelligence analyst at the end. I did long term assessments on the tactical and strategic levels.
         I was diagnosed with severe PTSD in 2017, after retirement. Almost cost me a divorce too.

14. 25 years ago, the Liberal gov’t. banned small framed handguns, ones well suited for women’s hands.
    I’m sure that is merely a coincidence.

       Sorry I gotta make a correction for your post! They didn’t ban small frame handguns, they banned short barreled handguns and two calibers. The 25 and the 32. They lumped all these together. The idiotic thinking was short barrels were easier to conceal, and the two calibers were the most employed for robberies and murder, again usually small guns that used these calibers. Again the thinking, if you can call it that, was that these were the kind of firearms that were known as Saturday Night Specials, cheap, plus cheaper ammo and easily concealable. The irony was, they didn’t ban the 22 caliber, even cheaper both the gun and the ammo, presumably because they were only rimfire, not heavier centerfire, and so many out there, therefore it would be difficult to “Police” said firearms. Of course, any firearm with a barrel length over four and one eight inch with the rimfire 22 cal, and any other caliber but the two above, was left as restricted. The irony was 22 cal, is commonly used for “Wetwork” as they are ideal for such a purpose, and easier to muffle than larger calibers. Any thug out there, will now of course dutifully obey the law, and only mug and kill with larger caliber longer barreled harder to conceal handguns! Being Canadian, or being a landed immigrant, they gotta play fair! Of course, just like the current attempts to ban and restrict guns, there was nothing really done about the criminal side of firearm use, only legal gunny’s get to be assaulted by the Libs. They need the criminals to keep the electorate in order and fearful!

    LIberal MP Marwan Tabbara was arrested for assault, harassment and resisting police. He is from the middle east, so one would think this is wife- or girlfriend beating, and then he resisted police. But even with the corrupt media ostensibly against female-batteting, this incident will be quickly ignored. The monetary payments have been made to the right people.
