When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

CTH;

Finally, the DOJ has moved to remove one of the biggest background corrupt officials within the FBI. According to multiple media sources FBI chief legal counsel Dana Boente was forced to resign on Friday. Finally, sunlight has removed a very corrupt player.

In prior positions as U.S. Attorney for Virginia; and while leading the DOJ National Security Division; and then later shifting to the FBI as chief legal counsel under Chris Wray; Dana Boente was at the epicenter of corrupt intent and malign activity toward the Trump administration.

Another good thread here.

  1. It’s for all the marbles. Dems and their handlers will do anything, including burning the country to the ground.

It’s really the only option they have left.

Trump doesn’t need to do anything. Dems and their thugs can’t stop now. They have to escalate.

And that will lose them a big chunk of votes as the public is enlightened as to who the left really is.

    1. The Anti-Trump conspiracy in the FBI and the rest of the DOJ, which is only begun to be addressed, and the Antifa guerrilla warfare make the Dem claims of Trump being a dictator look absolutely absurd.
The Dem’s only chance in November is mail-in fraud, which should not be allowed to happen. Challenge in now in the Supreme Court.

    2. Maybe … I think many are still too dumb to get it, Just as Trudeau voters are in Canada.

      Mail-in fraud may happen

    3. Now if only people could figure out just what the whoowho flu is all about.

      1. A lot of people have figure out that it was a Chicom attack on the US to get rid of Trump and go back to the oral gratification provided to the Chinese by Democrat presidents.

        1. I would say that is very close. They read the probability of fear far better than America did. The virus is a nothing burger as a weapon, not even as effective as the regular old flu, but when you get the democrats and liberals on side it becomes something amazing.

  2. NBC News says FOX News gets results! Can hard liberal nooz people beclown themselves any harder?

    That’s an aside of course.

Long read, but at the end it says:

“Generally speaking, DC provides identified corruptocrats with an opportunity for a graceful exit before the evidence against them surfaces publicly.”

If the rats are abandoning the ship, maybe finally something right is happening…

  3. President Trump made a big mistake in January 2017. He should have gone through the DOJ and FBI HQ, and ordered retirement of, and then given a hearty handshake and a gold watch to everyone eligible for retirement; and transferred everyone else to staff sub-saharan embassies, or if they were not eligible for overseas service, to provide federal law enforcement support on the Western Indian Reservations.

This is what they do in South America after a change of government. Everyone is either pensioned off, or sent far away to an obscure post where they will not cause much trouble. Better than the old way of phony crimes, walls, blindfolds, and firing squads, which sounds a lot like what the previous Obama junta has actually done with General Flynn, Carter Page, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, and almost the President himself.

Instead he listened to the Deep State or if that is an offensive term, to the corrupt Washington DC old hands. They gave him Rod Rosenpenis, Dana Boente, Mueller, and Wray. They also gave him some big clinkers in the National Security areas.

    1. 20:20 hindsight is unhelpful, even if the advice was offered at the time.
Trump’s error was in assuming the uncivil service actually put the needs of the nation ahead of their partisan hatreds.

  4. Very interesting idea that the Antifa-led riots are a diversion from the web that Barr and Durham have uncovered.

Could well be, but looters, rioting and burning police precincts will not go over well with mainstream (and now unemployed) voters.

    Globalists are a scary bunch.

  5. It’s interesting that the American bottom feeders will push their favored argument that there is the rule of law.
The republican* sort of arrangement is wont to argue in front of the plebeians.
Of course, that meme is for the plebeians.
Apparently, the bottom feeders don’t think, possibly insist that it does not apply to them. They have, as in they have, the idea that with their lingo gymnastics the can fool people and the people will acquiesce.
They, the bottom feeders make the law, mostly for the purpose of making killing in the process of arguing the same law.

Would like to say that as unpopular as it may sound, everyone should have an opinion, then it can be argued and polished to something resembling common sense.
Common sense is something that the bottom feeders can not accept from the plebeians and will subject them to ridicule with their lingo gymnastics.

Consider the argument of the bottom feeders that for example you can’t have something that mentions God on a public property and insist that it’s the law and constitution.
The 1st amendment states that ‘Constitution prevents the government from making laws which regulate an establishment of religion, prohibit the free exercise of religion’, then it would follow that if there is mention of God on public property, there is no law that limits that situation.
If such should or should not happen is in the public domain so to say, an agreement of disagreement of the citizens, clearly outside of the reach of bottom feeders.

*not Republican party, as in republic.
    Whatever.

  6. More accurate: Barr was forced to force Boente to resign (retire). This ties to the criminal referrals Nunes has sent to the DOJ. Originally, it was thought that there were one or two (McCabe being the publicized one). But, about a week ago he let it slip that he sent quite a few. One was obviously, Boente. Nunes isn’t going away.

However, keep in mind that what Boente did relative to the Class A Warrant VISA Apps was known for years now. And, just now he’s being shown the door? Barr didn’t want to do it…he was forced to. The reason he’s being forced is that information is coming out that is just too damning. Grenell is more important than perceived. Sure, he was over at the ONI and not affiliated with the DOJ or their subsidiary, the FBI. But, he set the tone of how Trump is going to do an end run around all the bureaucracy and obstacles (which includes Bill Barr). Barr figured out it’s only a matter of time before someone gets canned (Wray) and Trump presents a difficult replacement to pass the Senate while putting someone into the Directorship who will do his bidding. It’s a catch 22 for all parties.

Now Trump’s warning to McConnell makes a bit more sense. He told him to do the right thing or suffer the consequences. Well, here come the consequences.

  7. I wonder if Christopher Wray can hear the footsteps? He is getting fired on November 4th as the second most useless FBI Director – immediately after James Comey. He was an appointment forced on Trump in the midst of the Mad Mueller inquiry.

  8. Would it be ok to commute Flynn’s sentence? …. to Boente?

‘Fox Business host Lou Dobbs said on April 27 that, “Shocking new reports suggest F.B.I. General Counsel Dana Boente … was acting in coordination with F.B.I. Director Christopher Wray to block the release of that evidence that would have cleared General Flynn.” ‘
