There is now talk of American Election Day turning into Election Week this year. This would be an alternative to the notion of nefarious mail-in ballots.

Of course, the Democrats and their comrades are against this common sense idea … and we all know why.

  1. Not sure you are following this properly. It will be election “week” because of the mail-in ballots. This is what happened in California in the 2018 midterms. 7 Republicans were ahead on election day, and lost a week later as the avalanche of mailed ballots was counted.

  2. One person, one vote. When you vote, your thumb is dipped in an ink that can’t be washed off, wears off in a week. If you can’t vote in a week of advance polls, I think that should be your problem, not the gov’ts. Ink…just like 3rd world, UN supervised elections.

    2. It’s time to have a third party … with NO agenda certify the US elections … NO, not the UN. NO, not Jimmy Carter, or Barrack Hussein Obama.

      ALL in-person votes, with picture identification and signature. No new registrations within one week of the election, then a one week election period. NO absentee or mail-in ballots. None. In-person voting only.

  3. Does anyone out there get the feeling that they are living in the middle of the dumbest sci-fi movie ever made? A flu virus kills 11% of those killed by the seasonal flu and it is pandemic. Hysterical insanity and fear grips the populace and they march like robots to any tune the morons in government play. I know that mankind has many weaknesses but this has gone beyond foolish. Someone somewhere please wake the hell up. The flu is about to have a major effect on the most powerful nation in the world and the very stupid people can’t grasp the problem. Where are the millions of armed patriots invoking the second amendment and the freedom given under their constitution? Where are they? I guess in this sci-fi movie they no longer exist.

    3. Sadly, OWG … the majority of Americans want the government to tell them what to do. They want government-mommy … government-husband … Government-Obamakkare … to take care of them. They don’t want to grow up. They don’t want to think. They just want a distant, disembodied entity giving them stuff, and telling them how to be “safe” … and how to think.

      I don’t understand it. And these people will never learn, that the government only takes in money from them and their friends … so they are effectively couch-surfing the government as sure as if they were sponging off friends. Hint: There is a limit to your “welcome” … eventually everyone wants their own couch back, and they boot you to the street.

      2. Kenji and Dan, correct. I have been beating my head against this wall for decades. Voting no longer matters. I have written PMs, members of parliament, mayors all to no avail, just a bloody waste of time. Time to stand up and face the police and let them know you are not going to follow illegal orders and commands. Face to face folks it is the only way we have left. At least in America they do have the first and second amendment. Ten thousand armed men would be one hell of a message for a mayor or governor.

  4. Destroying the integrity of elections seems to work out for liberals in the short term, but with the margin of fraud they’re trying to gain here, it may come crashing down hard.

      In a society of angels, you might be right. But we’re dealing with real people and real cultural differences. King County miraculously having 2000 more votes for the DEM than the number of signatures of voters was the best instance I’ve seen, the DEMs love to cheat on elections and are very good at hiding it. You did note the recent election official who was busted and found guilty for being bribed by the DEMs?

      1. There’s still no evidence for systemic large scale voter fraud in America. It’s been investigated.

        1. And Bill Clinton never lied under oath (or anything else). And there was Russian collusion. And Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. All were investigated.

          When the ones doing the investigation are a large part of the problem, you know what will be found. I gave you a prime example (King County) and you go back to theory.

        2. Voter fraud of various types is well-documented stateside. Why does it have to become large scale before it’s an issue to you? Why not nip it in the bud before it has a chance to become large scale? Before someone actually gets elected because of it (if someone hasn’t already)?

        4. OK … I’ll accept the NYT “investigation” (read; cherry picked examples which support the desired result … with no examples to the contrary).

          But all of those examples were limited mail in ballots … this is going to be UNIVERSAL mail in ballots … across the entire country. So the “limited” amount of FRAUD … will statistically expand tremendously. This is nothing more than a pre conceived massive Vote fraud effectively canceling my ONE legitimate vote. A prearranged strategy to manufacture illegal votes for Creepy, Sleepy, Joe Biden.

          1. Kenji fraud already occurred in a states primary with mail in voting. There is no way to track the vote to the person who actually voted.

  8. Why not have advance polls in October, as we do in Canada? That works very well. Probably 70% of Americans will not change their vote between even now and November. Any country that does not ask for ID to vote is stupid, as you can not get by legally in the USA without some kind of ID.

    1. Remember in Canada elections are run through Elections Canada, a federal agency, while in the United States, each locality is responsible operating under Federal and State laws.
