He Admires Their Basic Dictatorship

As our press and politicians poke about in their navels searching for racists;

While the rest of the world has been paralyzed by COVID-19, a virus the Communist Party’s cover-up helped to spread, China has been busy.

The draft decision to usurp Hong Kong’s freedom is merely the latest power play that takes advantage of the distraction caused by the pandemic.

Beijing has also increased its efforts to dominate the South China Seas, through which 30 per cent of the world’s shipping trade travels, by creating two new administrative districts to govern islands in the Spratly and Paracel chains that are also claimed by Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines. The neighbourhood bully has made it known that any resistance will be crushed – a People’s Liberation Army ship aimed its gun control director at a Filipino anti-submarine corvette earlier this year.

The dismembering of Hong Kong’s Basic Law is hardly more subtle. […]

Trudeau sounded as if he still believes mollification is the way to go when he said on Monday that “it will be important for the Chinese government to engage in constructive conversations with the citizen of Hong Kong.”

Does he really imagine the Communist Party is willing to engage in constructive conversations with anyone these days?

  1. The Chinese Communist Party represents the greatest existential threat to the world nowadays and what does our spineless, utterly corrupt political and business elite do? They keep fellating the Chicoms. The Liberal Party of Canada has betrayed this country to the Chinese. Anyone who still votes liberal is no longer my countryman.

    1. This is what happens when one country owns large portions of real estate, business and infrastructure in another’s. Politicians addicted to money start working more for the foreign money than for the citizens. The foreign country starts having agents and politicians pushing their interest. Look at Saudi money in the US. Qatar. So the CCP is starting to throw its weight around in Canada. Money talks, shit walks.

    2. “The Chinese Communist Party represents the greatest existential threat to the world nowadays”

I disagree, the Communists like Islam is an old ideology basically boiled down to totalitarian control of the masses for some elitist power. The greatest threats to Free Democratic societies are the “Progressive” Useful Idiots that OPEN our doors to the totalitarians of the world, and enable the ones within. They force good governments to leave Totalitarians unchallenged to spread their poison.

These are the same Idiots that open Jails to pedophiles and murders into our society and help disarm good public from protecting themselves and their communities.

This is the real threat to western nations, the barbarians will always be at the gates.

  2. He is still running interference (albeit poorly) for his Chinese bosses.

Canadians knew about his love for China in 2013 and voted for him anyway.

    Canadians want their organs trafficked.

    1. Canadians (if you haven’t already come to the same conclusion) are STUPID. Brain dead, low voltage stupid.
      Sue me.

  3. The sock monkey and his retinue of fart catchers earnestly believe they can negotiate with anyone to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome no matter what the issue, the context, or the belligerents, with one exception. They scoff at anyone they see as right wing or conservative.
What he/they misunderstand is that communist dictatorships do not bargain. They impose punishment as an example of what happens if you do not comply with their demands.
And the punishment is not rescinded ever.

    1. They only believe in talk when in a position of weakness. Ask Canadian gun owner what happens when Trudeau has the big end of the stick.

    2. They have bar codes on their foreheads: “bought and paid for, with your money”

  4. Hong Kong is not an optional matter for Mainland China. They KNOW a lot of manufacturing is going to be pulled from them…it’s already happening. Apple is going to India, and already it Texas. TSMC is moving an operation of Arizona. That’s just the beginning.

In 2013, China held 67% of US bound Asian manufacturing goods. In 2019, that had dropped to 56%. That was BEFORE the China Pox. Remarkably, guess where all that manufacturing is going. Vietnam. Additionally, with the US/ Mexican trade deal (I guess I should, also, include Canada in that :P) Mexico has been able to increase their exports to the US by 4% already (which is assisting in picking up the slack from the reductions through China).

Simply put…China is losing market share to just about everyone, and it began before any virus. It’s going to get a lot worse They need Hong Kong under control…and that means TOTAL control.

    1. Theoretically, it should totally backfire on them. It’s going to get them into a multi-front war, if they’re not careful, and there are several million HKers who would rather die on their feet than live on their knees. Unlike most Canadians. China would likely win the war in HK eventually, but there won’t be much left to possess.

      1. Canadians will stab them in the back, with the connivance of the LPOC and their “Laurentian Elites”. You know who they are by now, I don’t need to point them out to you.
I’m expecting “an offer we best not refuse” coming soon from our next door neighbor. Consider wisely. Consider being in cash, or gold (strange, that stuff is recently unavailable to us common serfs) and recoup what you lost in the COVID CRASH, because from where I sit we’re in that Phoney War Period scenario 1940 before TSHTF. God help you if you owe any money to anyone.
Consider this: We’re broke. We’re spending (printing) more money we don’t have to send OUTSIDE Kaneduh than we are INSIDE. What resources or industry is left to pay off those debts? SFA. Some clown from Baluchistan (and living there) can apply for CERB, no questions asked. Not a squeak from the “opposition”, they are all in on the destruction of this country and sell off to Chinah, or anyone for that matter with 2 bucks to spare. How much is the Trudeau Foundation worth today? Yeah, go figure.

  5. Sorry but it is not just the Liberals, our entire UniParty is onboard with the Chinese takeover.
We are apparently locked in to some really foul trade arrangements with China, thanks to Steven Harpers Parliament and look where all those fine “servants of the people” are now, servicing China.
We need to Separate and start working for our own futures with our true allies, because Canada, apparently, is locked into serving China for the next 30 years.
If we continue to enslave our selves and China continues to become more aggressive, our American cousins will have to take over Canadian resources,to protect their own backs.
A Chinese vassal state on their unprotected northern border is not something the Military Complex will stomach for long.

Of course the Chinese will point to the “Asian Ancestry” of our native peoples as a reason to invade.
    Protecting the people..
Canada is done, nothing has changed in human nature and power structures.
A state too weak or lazy to defend itself gets eaten.

    1. “Of course the Chinese will point to the “Asian Ancestry” of our native peoples as a reason to invade.”

The Greater Asian Co-prosperity Sphere” on steroids.

Not so suddenly, it’s “Back to the 1930’s”.

  6. The only way to “negotiate” with China is from a position of strength, and they’ll always hate and resent you for it. There are no true cultural concepts of fairness and community, especially after the imposition of Maoism. The CCP will do literally anything that they think will maintain or advance their power and control. Control of the press and the internet have been crucial in maintaining their hold, as well as their infiltration operations in the west. Western corporations were blinded by the promises of those sweet, sweet RMB, and the democratists were blinded by the promise of freeing the people from their oppressors…people who wanted no such thing. Grandiose self-delusions. The leftists just wanted to import more socialism.

You cannot treat with China as a rational state actor, because in western terms, they are not one. Not even close. Our appeaser-in-chief is unlikely ever to understand that, not least because he has too much invested in it at this point.

  7. Yes, it’s going to be the same kind of constructive conversation the Prime Minister had with gun owners.

  8. Hong Kong is done.
You got to grasp the fact that there are 1. something billion Chinese and nobody is going to do anything about it,

Been thinking about this for some time.
China, or Chinese must by a collection of nationalities, much like Germanic, Romantic, Slavic in Europe, yer basic Caucasians.
Yer basic Chines is conglomeration of Han and other nationalities living in the north, south, east and west. They may or may not have anything common as Chinese other than communists dicktatorship (sic).

    1. Something between 1.3 and 1.7 billion, I think. Officially, they’re about 92% Han. The remainder is divided among (officially) 56 different ethnic groups, the largest of which is Zhuang at 1.27% (around 17 million). None of the rest exceed 0.8%, which is around 11 million. They are both monolithic and not in their culture, but almost all of them will defend China to their last breath, because the rest of the world is effectively nothing to them. Only a small number of those would ever change their minds if exposed to sufficient evidence.

  9. All Trudeau needs to do is go to China and do his Aladdin dance at party headquarters, in full Hindi dress. They’ll fall in love with him, it worked for Liberal Canada.

    1. Yeah, Turdholes dancing moron routine should do the trick… also, don’t speak too moistly (lispy).
Juthtin Turdhole and his handlers are all employees of the CCP along with hundreds if not thousands of other “Canadians” who are also on the CCP payroll, so if HK is looking for support for their crumbling democracy they should not look to corrupt vassal States of China like Turdholeland. But yeah, if HK needs a globalist psychopath dancing like a deranged asshole, then we got it covered.

  10. “…“it will be important for the Chinese government to engage in constructive conversations…”

    Sure turdo. They will.

Just like the constructive conversations they have with you: Drop your drawers and bend over.

    1. LOL – in 40 years people will still laugh at the thought of that painting with all the Indian women laughing at the little gay man with his bare ass in the air – ROFL!

What a legacy. Well that and legal marijuana, wow how embarrassing.

    2. Mao said it once: “….something out of the barrel of a gun”. Clear enough?

  11. True North reports that yesterday the Liberals with the help of their lapdogs in the NDP and Green parties, voted down a Conservative motion to reconvene the committee on Canada-Chinese relations. The committee among other things would have addressed the Hong Kong situation. Silly MPs don’t they realize that Canada is a dictatorship?

  12. Soon high social credit score will be an automatic Canadian visa qualification.

Trudeau The Dumber is cheering for Stalin and Hitler.
The idiot is on the wrong side of history, probably because he is unaware of any history.

    1. “The idiot is on the wrong side of history”

      It is a family tradition.
