    CPIP was first published in 2004. In 2006, the Pan-Canadian Public Health Network (PHN) Council approved an updated version of CPIP as an evergreen document to be updated as required. In 2009, Canada’s pandemic preparedness planning efforts were tested for the first time, with the emergence of the H1N1 influenza pandemic. In 2012, a CPIP renewal process was initiated by the PHN Council. This latest version of CPIP, was approved by FPT Deputy Ministers of Health 2014, with further update in 2018. It incorporates evidence from H1N1 lessons learned reviews conducted at the FPT and international levels and by various stakeholder groups, and scientific advances. As an evergreen document, the CPIP main body and each annex will be reviewed every 5 years, with updates made between review cycles, if necessary.

    Step 1: explain to Joe Biden that a playbook is not a colouring book.

    Step 2. explain to Joe Biden that corona virus is not a new brand of beer.

    Step 3. explain to team Biden that ‘cisease’ (it’s in the Biden playbook) is an ancient word that means ‘creepy old man who sniffs hair’.

    step 4. stop the pay of all members of Congress and the Senate until the pandemic is over AND the unemployment rate drops to 5%. This so we are all really in it together.

    step 5. move Joe Biden and all Democratic members of Congress and the Senate to NYC senior’s care facilities so they truly have skin in the game.

  6. China Joe Biden tried to have a video message today. An iphone kept ringing, and a security guard wandered into the picture. Canada geese kept honking to the point where he had to address it, by saying they are honking in support of him. More likely the Canada geese are upset that he stated he will cancel the Keystone pipeline.

  8. The main reason for these studies and “playbooks” is to take money from the taxpayer and give it to friends of the party. And that’s about all they accomplish. Nobody is supposed to actually look at them.

  9. To be fair, President Trump reminded everyone today that the Obama/Biden administration was the most incompetent and corrupt administration in American history. So there’s that.
