Regular watchers/listeners of the CBC will be upset that they’ve been deceived by the CBC while others have been telling the truth in the news.

The CBC siding with the Communist Party of China is not news. It’s their M.O. The CBC isn’t a news organization anymore than the CPC is. They are both variants of the institutional left that pretend to be something else while primarily engaging in propaganda. The CPC is disturbingly similar to Nazi Germany in the thirties while the western leftist media is like the leftist apologists of Heir Hitler all keen on eugenics. Ominous parallels indeed.
I liked the fact that they had a Canadian edition with Canadian content, unlike some other papers. And of course they have the charming Ms.Shakespeare.

Cable subscriptions crashing. And of those almost none watch the CBC. Completely irrelevant. Couldn’t care less what the CBC says about anything.

At various times, I’ve subscribed to the Post, Globe, Star, Sun, Macleans and occasionally even watched CTV, Global and CBC(hockey only, I’ve never been THAT dumb).
Then, years ago, I realized they truly were the enemy and voted with my feet.
