It should have been one of the most prosperous countries in the world, but a bout of bad leadership put a stake through its heart. Canada may be next. The list of weapons that are being prohibited are not the type used by criminals, they are the type needed to protect citizens from criminal government. We elected him, it is our hot mess.

  4. Liberals in general, is that they have a defective world view. This means they live with serious psychological stress and make decisions based on falsehoods.

    A single individual operating like this is not so much a threat to society. But what happens when you place one in charge of an organization, a town or province, a national government? Look out. What happens when large numbers of these whack jobs take over businesses, governmental agencies, educational institutions, media, and courts worldwide? We are about to find out.

    As they go about their daily business, liberals must deny all that they see and feel because reality, ie., truth, doesn’t fit their mental model of what the world should be. They develop serious mental problems. They are immature and irresponsible and act like spoiled infants.

    How many people are you willing to kill to enforce this?

    How many registered firearms owners are you willing to kill?

    How many family members and children who get caught in the crossfire are you willing to kill and accept as collateral damage?

    1. See, there’s the thing about “legal gun” owners – all good people support these laws against bad people and only bad people oppose them. Therefore, if you support these laws, you’re a good person and the law need not apply to you but if you oppose these laws, you’re a bad person and you’re exactly the reason we need these sorts of laws. We’ll only confiscate the guns of people who resist having their guns confiscated; as long as you voluntarily surrender your guns you won’t have to worry that they’ll be confiscated. See how nice and logical that is? Now please voluntarily give me your wallet so I won’t be forced to use force to take it from you. Surely you’d agree that it’s much more civil that way.

      1. Traditionally they used bows and arrows and buffalo jumps. Why do they need firearms? Perhaps as a concession they could be allowed a flintlock weapon to be used only seasonal hunting only.

    1. The overwhelming majority of Canadian women support all types of gun bans. The majority of non gun owners support bans. They are the majority and the tyranny of the ignorant majority is in play here and allows the Liberals to maintain power.

  14. Liberals aren’t totally stupid – They’ve crunched the numbers and not unlike cigarette smokers of yore, know that firearm owners are a demographic they can abuse without election consequences. They neither care for your vote or want it. I think you’ll find there are even a number of small C conservatives who’ll question your need for a firearm…they’re out there because I’ve run across a few. A mindset borne out of being harangued by Liberals causing them to wet their beds.
    In the meantime we’ll be shorn like sheep every four years.

  18. The institutional left runs Canada. As illogical, immoral, or impractical this latest gun control measure is, the majority of Canadians very likely support it. There has been two generations of Canadians since the FAC was introduced and it’s only gotten more onerous since, discouraging many from acquiring, keeping, or handing down their firearms to younger people, particularly in urban environments. As stated above, gun owners are now a politically insignificant minority and being law abiding in the extreme, they haven’t acted on the truth that when it comes to the right to self defense including the ability to stand up to the state, if you aren’t prepared to use them (successfully), you lose them. I doubt that there would be enough freedom loving gun owners to attempt anything kinetic (and suicidal) as this measure is aimed at those who are serious collectors of firearms that merely look “cool or scary” and no one stood up to the FAC when the ball started rolling in Canada. We all know total confiscation in the ultimate target. It as obvious as the mumbling blather that comes from the lying mouth of the Spawn.

Does he realize (obviously not), that the average .30-06, .303, or M98 deer rifle is exactly the same as a WWI assault rifle? Or that any of these, with or without a telescopic sight, make a splendid sniper rifle? The .30-06 (the 06 refers to the year it was accepted by the U.S. Army) was designed to hit a target at 1,000 yards (914.4 m). I’m not defending his actions; just showing how stupid they are.
