  1. Ah, so that’s why Prinz Dummkopf is having all those renovations done at Harrington Lake…. Yeah, I feel so much better knowing that….

  2. Hey, I watched Connor McDavid and Wayne Gretzky chat and I just wanted to Thank them. They helped me get through today.

Their GQ video led me to a couple Ryan Whitney and Sydney Crosby videos including one of them playing golf with some no-name hockey players: Nathan McKinnon and Nasty Biz. So, I want to thank them too!

    p.s. Send me your money.

  3. I don’t mind listening to Wayne and Connor talk hockey.

Or other sports players give interviews post game on previous game. Because that’s what sport is. Watching athletes do their thing. It’s cool. If I spend X on tickets to sporting event that’s OK. Sports and hockey specifically, keeps politics out.

I’m 50ish. Years ago when I was in my prime. 22 or 23. I had opportunity to skate with former NHLer. He was maybe 45. So big and so fast. Appreciate the speed and skill sports is. And that’s why I watch. Long rant. Just don’t make fun of Wayne.

Hollywood can kiss my … I’ll listen to Wayne talk hockey any day. The vids the celebs posted in the link? Think anyone there will be embarrassed? Yeah I doubt it too.

  4. Celebrities are so yesterday. As a matter of fact, so is Greta and the global warning against taking your kid to the park.

  5. Awwww crap. I recognized one of them.
    Eff all leftist cabal.
    Oh, and by the way.
    THANKS KATE!!!
    We’ll celebtate you instead.

  6. Hmm, these broke people still have wireless internet on their $500-1000 smartphones.
    Interesting!
I do not have a smartphone and know none of those celebrities. Cellphone is for emergencies.

  7. That was obvious sarcasm. People are realising we can get along just fine without celebritards.
Entertainment used to be a form of begging for hand-outs. It was only in the late 19th Century that entertaining started turning into an overpaid vocation for an elite few.

  8. I’ve noticed somehing lately that I find kind of amusing.
It seems that a large percentage of YouTube ads now feature celebrities teaching us their “art”.

Helen Mirren said that, believe it or not, one of the hardest things for an actor is learning how to walk onto the stage or film set.

  9. Yeah, if you give any weight to words “celebrity” and “star”.
First you gotta understand that these are, in words of a presenter of globe things, “Apart from the gigs that were postponed, my life hasn’t changed much,” he says. “I didn’t go out a lot, and there’s always enough booze in the house for a nuclear winter. You won’t hear me complain. Not when, every day, I see some millionaire celebrity going, ‘I’m sad that I’m not on telly tonight.’ Or, ‘I had a swim in the pool that made me feel a little bit better”, kind of people.
If you have a perspective on life, those people only pretend, in movies and life. They are generally told what to say and what not to say by some smart asses behind their backs. They are also told, because they are by their nature completely insecure, that they are great, do great things, they are legends in their own minds. The truth is that they get well paid for the bullshit.

Those that have realistic expectations of life are wise to leave it alone.

    That should suffice as summary.

  10. My cell is also for emergencies only.
When I must shop, I must go myself. Nobody shops for me.
I take a list. I know how much I can spend. When the money tails off, I quit shopping and go home.
I wear a mask and gloves when I must be out.. I try to take care of myself.
I have no staff to wipe my bum and clean the kitchen.
I am not a celebrity and when they try to tell me why we’re all in this together, my response is “fuck off forever”.
Celebrities are not any smarter than we are and some are sub moronic.
My best to all who are trying to get through this without much help.

  11. The smarter celebrities, if such there be, know that this is a game changer; it will be harder in future to get normal folks to pay attention to their meaningless vacuities.
