  1. Good article,it reinforces the suspicion I had about,who are these people trying to buy guns during this shutdown?
    For it seemed unlikely those already with weapons would be unprepared,thus these late comers must be “trusters of Government”.
    So it does amuse me to read of their anger and confusion to discover how invasive and useless the gun laws are.
    So will mindless shootings be increased after the Wuhan Panic recedes?
    For these are the very people who believe in “Assault Rifles” which by their description are self loading,self directing and self firing..an amazing weaponry group..
    Imagine the relief over at Army Central,can’t recruit physically fit , mechanically competent grunts…don’t matter we will send in the
    ‘Assault Weapons” instead…
    Now having been raised by a war vet,hunter and farmer and with a mother who could shoot the eyes of a Hawk out..we had it beat into us..tools,dangerous tools,handle with care and respect..
    Not Magic self directing killing machines..
    But that idiocy does go well with all the other impossible things our progressive comrades know for sure.

  6. The Canadian version is, they’ll ask to borrow one for a while. It is assumed they tried to buy one from C Tire. They get quite shirty when you tell them no.

  10. After 63 years of observing liberals I’ve concluded we don’t need them. They contribute nothing but criticism, they are stupid, incapable of looking after themselves without conservative ingenuity, they loath work, can’t add 2 and 2 and for the most part, their women are butt ugly. What’s there to salvage? They are useless to a productive society. Just imagine that dope leader of theirs thrown out in the wilderness by its self, with no other peoplekind around, it would be screaming moistly for a juice thingy while the wolves laugh and circle it in short order.

  17. L-Clearly, P.M. Justin Trudeau Liberals have a wild lust for the power to spend money without the approval of Parliament. Something they almost got away with recently, of being able to spend money without the approval of Parliament for an 18 month period. But for a single opposition M.P., Scott Reid, who noticed it, and refused the unanimous consent required.

    Since, the Emergency Act would allow, not only arbitrary spending by Trudeau et al, but to by-pass Parliament
    and make whatever regulatory and criminal type law by Order-in-Council, deprive Canadians of their property and Rights. All this even though the Trudeau Liberals refused to close down flights from China.

    When Justin Trudeau said in an interview the country, he most admired was (the Communist Party run) government of China, because of how quickly their (totalitarian) government could implement it’s (politburo) policies. Most people thought he was not serious. Clearly, he was and is. It is only the gravitas of the Premiers who object to the Emergency Act being declared, that is holding Trudeau back, at least for the moment. Trudeau governments zeal is to sidestep the awkward fact, he governs only with the consent of Parliament, with the co-operation of many Opposition M.P.s , in a minority Parliament.
