It says something about our society that a failed hippie, communist, and carpenter (yes, he failed at all of those) could be a politician for so many years, and even be considered as a candidate for president after sponsoring only two pieces of legislation (and both of those failed to pass). He is an older American version of Trudeau – can’t do, can’t teach, becomes a political figure.

    1. His wife failed at running a university. Drove it into the ground. But they own two houses.

      2. His first full-time job came at age 39 and that was because he won an election. He has never fully supported himself with privately earned money. Kinda like Juthtin only I don’t think Bernie disrespects black people.

  4. Sanders never wanted it, he never wanted to play hard ball. He was just in it, to get what he could, maybe an upgrade to his macmansion. Wifey raked it in, with her political service company. They’re set now, he doesn’t really care who wins.

I’d like to believe that Americans who rejected Hillary so significantly will also reject old fossil Biden, but given the rampant plague of TDS that’s run down there for so long, plus the inherent unpredictability of political fallout from the coronavirus… who the hell knows how it will play out.

    Five minutes watching Biden try to campaign ought to convince anyone of sane mind that he’s simply not up to the demands of being POTUS. Not mentally and certainly not physically. Simply put, he’s too damn old, long past his prime, and even in his prime he wasn’t POTUS material. That the Democrat bench is so depleted as to leave him the only viable candidate is an utter damnation of their party. Not that they care any more. They’re all about Republican hatred now; sanity left them long ago.

      The democrats are having a primary?
      Nobody cares now, so if Biden isn’t able to be seen or heard above the apocalyptic reporting on the pinko pox Sanders will barely register a fleeting mention.
      The democrats strategy now is to blame Trump for the fallout from the China virus, aided and abetted by their stenographers.
      In about two weeks if this turns around expect them to talk about a reenergized Biden with anecdotal stories of those who suffered irreparable harm due to Trump’s handling of the crisis.
      Hey, I didn’t say they had a new strategy.

  8. The millennial man’s base crumbled. Even the commies are suffering from the ideologically crippling effect of the more “moderate” mindless mushy middle personified by the crooked, creepy and senile Joe Biden. A slower form of decline (than Bernie) to go up against the loose cannon populist.

    There maybe a skeleton in the Biden closet that comes in to play.

    1. If the campaign is suspended expect Biden will be flown to a secure isle somewhere to convalesce until there is no danger to his health. Well, at least live long enough to make it to December.
      If he had to campaign it would mean Biden could end up in a situation where he speaks what is left of his mind. Too risky. They want him acclaimed now and then they are free to work uninterrupted with their stenographers and swamp dwellers.

      1. It would be so arrogant, cynical and sleazy for the DNC to announce Hilary as Biden’s running mate. Which is why I still haven’t ruled it out.

        Whichever woman is chosen ‘just because of her genitalia’, I suspect it will be the DNC’s choice, not Joe’s, as he’s just as liable to announce Rosa Parks or Amelia Earhart as his VP.

      2. It’s going to be “Tank” Abrams the “real governor” of Georgia, or Kamala. Both have more baggage than the dems realize. Kamala has a really bad record of jailing blacks for simple possession, and tank is really just a nobody who lost and won’t admit it. Trump will destroy either one with ease. Biden will destroy himself, despite the media.

  11. Joe Biden has already said he’d choose a woman VP candidate, so there’s Liz warren, Kamala Harris , and last but certainly not least, Hillary. Oh yeah,and Buttigieg.

    I’m not quite willing to bet the farm that it’ll be Hillary, but I’d bet the South Forty.

The choice of Joe’s VP means they would be President in ~ 18 months if Joe won…..The list actually is self defeating… A mouthy Black female loser from Atlanta….A Jamaican Black female from California….Amy the Mid-West milk maiden… and a Michigan female nobody……Roll the dice = Snake eyes…… Joe would do better to pick Bernie, but that would carry a high rejection factor…….Nothing but Trump’s 100% wipe out of Communism……House /Senate/WH

    In Joe’s Corn Pop story they went face to face @ the Girls bike racks…. Corn Pop defending his favorite girls bike seat from Joe’s nose…. Joe may have stolen 100’s of Girls bicycle seats….

  19. Biden is just a handshake or a nose scratch away from ending up on a respirator for 3-4 weeks with irretrievably damaged lungs. Sanders could be the default candidate.

  20. Bernie was done weeks ago. He took the bribe the DNC offered and is now just trying to make it look like he didn’t take the bribe. Expect him to buy another house soon. It would seem he has found the perfect way to make money. Fleece the party that he is not a member of by running for its leadership.
