  1. Next will be “A TURKEY…er….FULLY CHARGED TELSA IN EVERY GARAGE!” The progressive Herbert Hoover.

  2. “Doctors should be able to write prescriptions for housing…”

    OK.
Rx: one house formerly owned by Nancy Pelosi.
Rx: one house formerly owned by Gov. Newsom.
    Etc.

    Homeless problem solved in California.

PS. Former owners are still responsible for mortgages, utilities, and taxes.

  3. Put de lime in the coconut, call me in the morning…Whoo-ooh! There are a lot of Bozos out there…

  4. Have we figured it out yet!? That once “The Government” takes control of your “health” … they take control of EVERYTHING!!!???

More taxes? How can you be AGAINST people’s … health? Pay up!
Free College? How could you deny someone’s “personal growth, and enlightenment?
Free Housing? How could you throw a fellow human into the street?
Ban Guns? How could you want people to get shot? It’s unhealthy!

  5. Heh. So it was either LA or Frisco that was planning a model town for the homeless, with highrise apartments for everyone – at $740,000 each unit. When it was pointed-out that earlier plans for homeless housing were in the neighbourhood of $30,000 each unit, the planners’ reply was “Well, everybody deserves granite countertops.”

So nice when you’re spending other people’s money…

    1. Didn’t we already TRY THIS in the 1960’s? Building massive tenement blocks, that rapidly turned into criminal havens and fell quickly into disrepair. Didn’t we already demolish most of these? Yeah … they all start out shiny and new … then … the granite kitchen countertops become stained from the meth lab set up on it … and baby feces from use as a changing table. And the elevators get vandalized and sit idle as the incompetent “maintenance women ovvv culler” … Watch Oprah reruns in the basement.

  6. “10 million Californians—1 in 4—suffer from some type of behavioral health condition.”

I didn’t know there were that many actors and actresses in Hollywood.

  7. Will those working in the trades be required to provide work for these prescriptions?

I know my rate for a water heater replacement (for example) isn’t going down anytime soon.
Unless you’re buying the unit and paying me cash just for the install … lol..
