Let the Provences look after matters that are Constitutionally their responsibility & problem. If the universities think they are educating the young they can issue grants and loans to these students. Otherwise it looks to me they are just bumping up salaries to the employees.

Universities were already on the path to becoming the opposite of diversity when I was within the ivy walls about 50 years ago. But they sure seem to have accelerated in that direction in the last 10 years.
