  3. John McCain and Mitt Romney projected “asshole” to the electorate in their runs for president. They both despised Republicans and what they believe. Republicans stayed home in droves. Less risk with Obama than an erratic asshole. Republicans probably liked Sarah Palin more than McCain and he treated her like dirt. Romney was a near socialist as governor yet he allowed the media to characterize him as a bigot. Idiot.

    2. Both McCain and Romney threw their elections. At the time, Obama wore a halo and the prevailing wisdom was that he could do no wrong. McCain’s team leaked to the press that Sarah Palin had gone rogue. Romney’s son admitted that his father didn’t really want to win.

    3. McCain was very bitter about his first wife, seems she got to know Ross Perot too well while he was in the Hanoi Hilton. After a party she ran off the Road & hit a telephone pole….Ross was honorable & paid her multiple operation Medical costs.. She was said to have been 5″ shorter & handicapped….McCain divorced her when he came home, (Both Ross Perot & McCain served in the Navy & attended the same parties)

      In McCain’s own words he latter described the Missile that hit his plane was a like a Telephone pole, although in his first interview,by the French, after capture he said he didn’t know what hit him… He was betrayed by his first wife & he never forgave her….

The set up was orchestrated & Mitt the twit was tongue tied when CNN Crowley challenged a false premise….Understand that the Champaign has representatives that are physically on the Production Deck & attend the production Meetings.. The Camera Cuts had been rehearsed before the debate…..The Republicans set Mitt up for failure….. Crowley was fired…..

    5. I didn’t expect Romney to step up and fill McCain’s shoes. He didn’t telegraph this much “courage” when he ran for president. Frightened the media and Dims would play the race card.

I have lived and worked this type … big tithing … big shot Mormons who do EXACTLY what the church tells them to do. Yes, these “perfect” Mormons actually DO believe they’re better than you. Trust me. And they will step-on and crush their own “brothers” to get $$$$ ahead. But that’s why the church has amassed $100B in investments. $100B!!!! A church. Holding onto $100B. For whom? Moroni’s second coming?

    1. Romney brought a Heritage-instituted idea (mandatory health insurance) to a state that was inevitably going to adopt some form of government intrusion into healthcare. It was the lesser poison.

    2. The main ill effect of trying something at the state level and have it fail is that the perpetrator cannot then talk about how bad it is at the federal level and be believed. Mitt was the wrong one to put up against Obama because he’s the only one who couldn’t effectively go after Obamacare (because it was based on Romneycare) Anyone else running that year would have had a better chance of winning because of that one issue.

  8. Quite amazing that so many senators are lawyers and former prosecutors, especially those that voted President Trump =guilty.
    Me thinks any felon convicted by these clowns now has a case for retrial and appeal.
    Prosecutors flagrantly ignorant of American Law.
    As in Innocent until proven guilty.
    For form matters,if they are willing to support the Shiff Show,they probably bent the law all to hell to convict others.
    Romney was just positioning himself to run for President,as the Democrats candidate…He too can see how pathetic the current offering are.

    1. Well, his vote against Trump marks him as a treacherous, unprincipled, cares-only-about-himself opportunist – he’s infuriated his own constituents and shown everybody else he’s as slippery as new snow on black ice. Real stupid thing to do with Trump as popular as he is at the moment.

      As judge Judy points-out, the Repub’s (and likely quite a few Dem’s; they’re not all commie SJW’s) hate him now, the DNC know he’ll turncoat them just as fast if he thinks there’s a percentage in it, the odds of ANYBODY voting for him are down to sub-zero and he might as well pack his bags and catch the midnight-special home. Stick a fork in him; he’s done like Hilary.
