    “President Trump is well on his way to getting reelected,” Graham continued. “And AOC is probably glad she didn’t come because if you’re a committed socialist, this speech was a speech from hell because it talked about freedom, the power of the individual versus the power of government. He talked about prosperity for all best achieved through economic growth, lower taxes, less regulation. This is a speech a socialist could not stand.”

    Graham also commented on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) ripping up a paper copy of the speech after Trump’s conclusion.

    “And to Speaker Pelosi,” Graham added. “You can tear up the speech, but you can’t tear up the accomplishments. And that’s what this race is going to be about in 2020.”

      Pelosi’s acting out by rending these papers will be defended as an expression of free speech, guaranteed.
      As it stands, it should be remembered that the 3 people pictured during Sargon’s analysis represent the succession of American power.
      Trump, Pence, Pelosi; Americans should get off their asses this November and make sure Republicans take back the House.

      That said, AOC’s entire act here mirrors Colin Kaepernick’s refusal to stand for the American National Anthem. How did that work out?
      Tolerance for this kind of selfish narcissistic behavior is generally wearing pretty thin these days.

    The ladies all dressed in white sure didn’t like anything Trump said, especially about job creation for vets, for blacks and Latinos, getting people off food stamps, basically all the positive stuff where people are getting ahead. Maybe they just weren’t happy because their pussy hats were at the cleaners.

    AOC was probably flinging poop at her TV like an angry monkey.

  7. There was a certain amount of glee about Nancy’s gesture among Trump haters, but I suspect she alienated quite a few middle of the road people. Politically, ripping up the speech probably cost the Dems some votes. A great many people are sick of the anger and political divisiveness.

      This morning Jody Jones was asked about Speaker Pelosi’s actions last night and her shredding of President Trump’s speech.
      Jody Jones had this to say, “It felt like she ripped our hearts out. Everybody there, all the guests, we couldn’t believe it. Look, I don’t care how you feel about somebody. That was probably the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Because when she did that it tore us up.”
      Jody was the one who lost her brother to an illegal. I hope CNN doesn’t launch an investigation of Jody.

    2. CBS did a poll where 82% of independents liked Trump’s speech, so this is baked in the cake. Trump’s a leader, Dems are not.

  8. Democrats don’t do anything that hasn’t been focus grouped.
    My guess is this act was planned.
    There was a rumor that Trump was going to hit the impeachment hard in his speech.
    If he had this might have played better.
    But he didn’t, and Dems don’t know how to go off script , so Pelosi ends up doing it anyway and looks like a fool.
    Media likely had a full narrative to support it as well, which Trump rendered useless with the positive fact based pro American speech.

    1. I said to my wife, before the SOTU, that Trump will likely run rings around the Dems AGAIN by ignoring the coup attempt; as usual he was way ahead of them.

  9. What I noticed was all the negative head shaking by the Dems during the speech. I realize they are not pleased by the accomplishments but that is just juvenile and tells me they want the country to be worse off. Celebrate the good times or be the party of bad times and misery. Oh they are.
