  1. Looks like another dead cat bounce, but I guess an 8.7% bounce looks better as a percentage than a whooping huge 4 cent hike…

    1. No, we can’t start on the CBC because not only do we not have a conservative government but we would need a conservative party with a conservative leader for a good start.

  2. The kerfuffle in The Democrat Primary is just part of the whole effort by the Democrat Party of america to — Push aging and obviously corrupt and corrupting ‘Joe’ Biden as the only possible selection of Democrat Presidential Candidates.___ e.g. 1). day after 2016 Election — Impeach Trump; 2) gathering of Trump supporting players into custody by pre-dawn FBI Raids; 3). the Mueller Clown Carnival spend-away make non-Government Democrat Lawyers employed & wealthy; 4). House Faux and unconstitutional Impeachment Process; 5). House Clown Managers under the Wizard of Zid-Schiff try to tell the Senate how to become unconstitutional during the impeachming Senate Trial __ while the Process deliberately keeps non- ‘Joe ‘ Biden Democrat Senators away from Iowa Primary; & while ‘stumble-along’ Joe ‘ Biden keeps on stumbling; 6). Iowa Caucus counting deliberate kerfuffling even at the Risk of Iowa losing — First– Line — Democrat Priminary Position.
But this what the Democrat Party of america has become ever since the Arkansas decent folk threw the Soros/ “come back Kid” slick willy and the Twitch of Everest Historical? naming of Hiil arbitrary exploited the next stage of Female Emanicipation to establish a ‘Hundreds of Millions of U$ by fooling the sincere and mislead reason to be With Hillary <<<<.

  3. Living here in the UK I can report that the BBC news is a joke, a few dragged out news stories over a bulletin. The content is always left and you will never hear of things such as the yellow vest protesters in France or good things about Trump. The fact that they can fire 450 journalists and still have enough staggers me, their current output would be a disgrace for 50.

    1. the BBC news is a joke

I became painfully aware of that when David Beckham decided to move to Spain and play for a team there some 15 years ago. The BBC World Service devoted close to an entire hour-long news program to that, making it appear as if it was an earth-shaking event. I fired off an e-mail message in response, giving all and sundry a good dressing-down, criticizing the BBCWS for having become little more than tabloid journalism.

It was actually read on air a day or so later, but it was treated with an air of contempt. After all, I was one of the “colonists”, so what did I know about what was important.

There is one thing, however, I will say in its favour. When Neil Armstrong died in 2012, the BBCWS devoted much of its news programming for the next day and a half to that sad event. After all, Armstrong was the first man to set foot on the moon and had, thereby, earned a place in history. Its coverage and commentary respected his memory and achievement, much to the Beeb’s credit.

    2. I recall watching a BBC panel of 5 journalists discussing something that Trump had done. The first one described Trump as “he who shall not be named”. There were giggles all round and then in succession they continued to use that phrase, never mentioning Trump by name. I thought anyone who sees this as news must be very stupid. The CBC in Canada is very similar.

  4. Sad in a way!! When I was a kid, I had a shortwave radio. BBC World Service was the tops in bringing world wide news. I was 14 when John F Kennedy died. The BBC World Service had details that we didn’t hear until weeks after the incident.
I do however understand that they have now reached the same point as the CBC, and a lot of other fake news leftist networks. No consideration for the truth, only leftist propaganda. So long folks!!
