  14. Something in U.S. law about after 20 years certain things like the Star Trek logo, which this new Space Force logo only resembles, becoming public domain is pretty rudimentary. Also a statue in U.S. law says if something differs about 5% it becomes “new and original”.
    Pepsi cola, Coca cola, yeah they’re both colas and some people can’t tell the difference. Nobody gets to sue.

    Gene Roddenberry ,a proud patriot,never made any secret of where the logo came from.

    1. Roddenberry wasn’t just a patriot but also a WW II vet. He served with the U. S. Army Air Force and flew a number of combat missions.
