Biological sex is immutable.
It is molecularly written into our genes at the moment of conception. It cannot be changed by any means short of total destruction.
Any surgical or chemical treatment is cosmetic only. To believe otherwise is a rejection of objective reality and is intellectual dishonesty and moral cowardice.

Real science is the study and reflection on reality. Not hopes, not dreams, but what actually exists. You can put lipstick and a prom gown on a pig, but at the end of the day, it will still return and wallow in the mud. You can cut off whatever appendages you feel offend your sensibilities, you can surgically modify whatever features you want to change to align with your internal views, but your cells still preach the same message. And if this is step is so positive, so life-affirming, why does the suicide for transgendered people not change one decimal place after surgery?

All I know is that woke progressives better stop mocking Christians about immaculate conception and a virgin birth because woke progressives belief that the male and female sex are biologically interchangeable is on the same unbelievability spectrum.
Every time an “expert” or “academic” scolds or lectures us regulars, I always wonder what is their opinion on biological sex and the ability to actually change biological sex. It should be a standard followup question because it lets people know how susceptible they are to group think, peer pressure and gullibility.
