  1. OK, now how many Americans will pay any attention to the truth? Americans are just as stupid as Canadians, and I know just how stupid Canadians are. Look at the state of the Canadian economy, government, schools, army, navy and what little air force we have left. The education system is beyond being a joke and the medical care system is just about broken. Housing has become far more expensive than any real value it possess, a million bucks for crap in almost any province, and 2500 a month to rent an less than mediocre apartment. Something has to give folks we cannot continue to allow ourselves to be used by anyone.

      No. This is the law. Opinions and adjectives just don’t cut it. One of us went to law school, and it wasn’t you. I listened to people like that for three years – brilliant in their field, but once they started ranting they were generally farther left than you.
      And in the end, who cares? Trump’s popularity jumped five points since this started. Nice work.

    6. You left out the part where Trump demanded an investigation in return for mililtary aid, which is a curious omission given that could be the clincher. Oh it never happened? Never mind. But Trump had bad motives to commit some unspecified crime?

      Is that because the investigation never happened but the aid did? Look Ma another sin of omission.

      Requesting a head of state investigate anyone is not impeachable any more than offering another “more flexility” post election.

      But surveilling world leaders, sending the IRS after conservative groups, and allowing Comey et al to run amock might be.

      I don’t think so, but yours and Dem logic leads to a different conclusion. Anyway, this is a smoke screen for real Dem offenses.

      They are what they accuse Trump of; in it for themselves, dishonest, unethical and desperate to regain power over the people.

      Let the real show begin. Meanwhile Trump at 51% approval with Rasmussen; was at 53% when Ukraine hoax began.

      They managed to drive him down to 43%, now he’s fully recovered.

      Now they want it to go the Senate, hoping Chief Justice presiding over trial will carry their water? Is that their next tactic?

      Like their chances in 2020, a forlorn hope. Better ramp up another fake impeachment hoax.

  5. If this fiasco makes it to the Senate, what evidence are they going to present? Everything so far is hearsay, conjecture, or opinion. The Senate trial is presided over by the Chief Justice, a Republican appointee. He will allow almost none of the evidence we’ve seen to be presented. The only thing I’ve seen as direct evidence was Trump quoted as saying, “There is no quid pro quo. We just want him to do the right thing.”

    We have 9 trillion spent in the ME ..Who & how is fair game & the Trump Administration better find all the stashed money… some maybe Republicans & some maybe Democrats, but they must not get a free ride…

    The impeachment is a fraud used to smoke fools…..Investigating USA citizens in foreign Countries by foreign agencies is a common practice,,, or the FBI & CIA are criminals for obtaining & sharing foreign intelligence…

    I disagree with Senator Grahams statement that “It will be short” .
    Longer the better,make every rat testify.
    But that itself could be a headfake to encourage the Demon Rats to impeach.
    Can you imagine the photo op’s of poor Shifty having to testify under oath?
    Hell if I was a Republican Congress Critter I would agree to vote Impeach!, just to get the lying bastards under oath,on national TV.
    What the Demons are claiming here,without any ambiguity, is that “They cannot trust the voters”.
    That they will not trust the voters.
    So even the Demon-Rats know that voters are not stupid enough,there are not enough Ume’s willing to allow politicians to abandon due process.

    I have stopped following closely US politics but find the Dementocrat slow-motion train-wreck so compelling, I have occassionally to take a peek. they have become so overcome by a blind-hatred, it is hard to believe.

  11. I wonder when a Republican is actually going to start using the New Rules. One of the New Rules, is that you are allowed to use impeachment against anyone you don’t like.

    So, why not start impeaching the judges of the ninth circuit?
    Why not start impeaching anyone on the supreme court, who was not appointed by Trump?

    They won’t stop making New Rules, until the New Rules hurt them so badly that they can no longer stand…
