  1. Yeah, he’s wrong. No matter what happens, the Tories will never deliver BREXIT. Two leaders have shown you that now.

    1. Well, no.

A clean break with the continent was only going to be feasible if Boris grew a pair and sent a few good men to Dublin to send the globalists packing and restore British law and order over all of Ireland, rendering the border issue moot.

The Irish Republic only ever made sense to continental warmongers like Napoleon and Hitler, who wanted Ireland as a parking lot for warships and bomber planes ahead of a future invasion of England.

As it is, Boris is happy to sell loyal Ulster to Dublin, and, I hear, most of his supporters are happy to let him do it just so they can say they “got Brexit done.”

    2. Well, he’s right. It is essential to have a solid block of Brexit party to keep BoJo honest. A tall order, admittedly.

  2. Doorstep Democracy is about to rein.
You can’t get democracy at the ballot box !!
I have a gun ,and you are on my doorstep !
The government wants to take away the last and only real vote you have left, they plan on coming through your front door to take it away.
As Meatloaf sings ” what’s it’s gonna be boy? Yes or no”
    GOOD LUCK ALL !

    1. It was tragic, really. All my guns, lost in a boating accident. I was so drunk, I couldn’t even tell you what river or lake it was.

  3. Unless the Brits fire all politicians they are going nowhere, their country and society has been destroyed by socialism and diversity just like Canada.

  4. Had to comment here before anyone else does about the similarity in Britain and America concerning the power of Democracy. Substitute Trump in Pat’s dialogue for Brexit and it all becomes clear as to what is happening globally. The Republicans and Democrats in America are opposed to Trump, and the Conservatives and Labourites in Britain are opposed to Brexit. Each faction in there own way are striving to maintain a system that is contrary to the will of the people. The present governments in the West are slowly wresting the social contract of power to govern into the absolute power to rule similar to the ancient belief of “The Right of Kings”. The politicians and bureaucrats are incrementally seizing control and the majority of the voting public are too immersed in eking out a living to understand that they are actually feeding the fire under the pot of water that they are being immersed in.

  5. So let me get this straight … leftists in the US decry the Electoral College as anti-Democratic … yet the PERFECTLY Democratic BREXIT vote is decried as … as … “too Democratic”?

It’s was the working class in America who “took a chance” on Trump … and their faith has filled their pockets $$. Come on England! Give your so-called Labor Politicians the BOOT.

    1. “leftists in the US decry the Electoral College as anti-Democratic”

The United States started out as a union of independent countries. The first 13 states, Vermont and Texas joined the union as fully independent nations. Hawaii had been independent prior to becoming a territory. The Electoral College reflects the geography of independence. Each state only has as much say as its population. The Senate, before the beginning of the 20th century, used to be appointed by the states to represent the states. Now elected they are beholden to the swamp, not each state.
