However, there is lots of room between Cornwall Ontario and the Quebec Boarder for an Oil terminal feed from a spur of the Energy East pipeline. Why not load Oil Tankers there sail up the St. Laurence through the two remaining locks and on to the Irving refinery in N.B.? Might help Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and New Brunswick.

Considering Alberta is The Most Prolific Supplier of Petroleum products used in Washington State, BC, AB, SASK, Man, ONT, and FORTY F/N PERCENT OF KAYBEC’S…we should do our bit and shut in all production, including PROPANE….that’s you KAYBEC. Have at it with your electric conveyances, heating your homes and powering industry. We, like China can use cheap coal. We’ve got about 300 year’s supply. That’s just Alberta, too.
