  4. The President of the United States is head of the Administrative branch of government including DoJ. In this role, is it not within his jurisdiction to pursue justice in the case of the racketeering by the Bidens in the Ukraine. Biden is dead in the water as far as running for the Democratic nomination so I see no political gains for Trump in this pursuit. Given the lack of success in cleaning the Swamp from his Cabinet appointees, someone should work at it even if he has to do it himself.

    Today, while everyone is distracted by the impeachment drama, Congress will vote to extend warrantless data collection provisions of the #PatriotAct, by hiding this language on page 25 of the Continuing Resolution (CR) that temporarily funds the government. To sneak this through, Congress will first vote to suspend the rule which otherwise gives us (and the people) 72 hours to consider a bill.

    The scam here is that Democrats are alleging abuse of Presidential power, while simultaneously reauthorizing warrantless power to spy on citizens that no President should have… in a bill that continues to fund EVERYTHING the President does… and waiving their own rules to do it.

    The CIA Whistleblower will not openly testify, he is that spook that leaks hearsay…..Could know where Valerie Jarrett has hidden her stash in Iran …… I have never heard of a CIA whistleblower NOT limiting their complaint to the CIA , he must have a lot on his mind about the Executive Branch

The true identity, partisan connections and motivations of the “whistleblower” are about to see the light of day, and voters will once again be outraged at learning the obvious, he was a fake from the start with the whole thing cooked up between him and the disgrace in uniform that is Vindman. Meanwhile, nobody can demonstrate anything approaching an impeachable offense.

      I went to the bank yesterday and withdrew some money. Schiff was behind me in line and said I wrote a threatening note to the teller with my “please give me $100 in cash,” so obviously a case of bank robbery.

      The teller says no, he simply withdrew his own money, but Schiff said he was under the impression the bank teller thought I was trying to rob the bank, which never happened.

      It turns out Schiff doesn’t think I should have the $100, that it’s illegitimate, so must therefore be criminal.

      CNN later reported this as a bombshell that proves I’m a bank robber rather than Schiff being a liar, which he is.

  9. The Democrats are wishing they could drop it because they know there’s nothing to it, they know the public isn’t behind it and they know it’s going to hurt Biden but won’t touch Trump. But it’s all they have and the optics of just dropping it would hurt them worse. They have a tiger by the tail. Pelosi must be kicking herself for giving in to the radicals and allowing the impeachment to proceed.

You were convicted just on the word of a couple of people who hated you, and claimed that they heard you had been speeding.” In addition ” you were going 45 mph in a zone posted 45 mph, but this was immaterial because your accusers, agree amongst themselves, that the speed limit should have been 35 mph.”
