    1. The Lady has bigger Cajones than any of the Pigs leading all of the Political Parties in Canada. Greasy Shithouse Rat Politicians are lower than a snakes ass in a wagon rut.

  1. John Tory (mayor of Toronna) objected to Ms Bowles position in favour of free speech. He came to City Hall from talk radio, where they have a kill switch if they don’t like what a caller says. And apparently he still has an itchy finger.

  2. Leftists always say they love strong women – until a strong woman takes a stance against them.

  3. Uh oh! Trouble in the echo chamber. Can’t have the State apparatus sanctioning Free Speech! What do think we are? Ugly Americans?

  4. “”allowing men to identify as women” undermines women’s rights, and that transgender women should not be allowed in women’s spaces. ”
    Hello!!!!
A sane voice that will be silenced unless more stand with her.
The hypocrisy of the women’s movement is almost astounding as Trudeau’s.

  5. What madness! The CBC wanting to silence a “feminist” opposed to guys with or without dicks claiming to be female honing in on their gender spaces. State enforced nihilism with the CBC in the role as Gestapo interrogator.

  6. Freedom of Speech?? Yeah, as long as you’re workinf at the CTV or CBC and venerating Trudeau, you can speak freely.

Interesting to note that just before reading this article, I had my comment labeled ”awaiting moderation” because I made the following comment on a National Post Article about violent drug wars in Mexico.

”Don’t worry people. Trudeau will legalize cocaine and all will be well. Then we can allow all the drug dealers from Mexico to come to Canada where they will build wind generators and solar panels.” (End of Quote)

    The article: https://nationalpost.com/news/world/el-chapos-cartel-launches-military-style-assault-on-mexican-forces-securing-his-sons-release-from-custody#comments-area

  7. It occurred to me while reading this article that if the subject matter being discussed was the right to access abortion there would be no question about it going forward. Equally controvertial topic.

  8. I find Carol fOff line of questioning aggressive, threatening and hateful.

I am sorry your feelings are hurt but free speech is much, much more important. Get some counseling.

  9. Ah yes, the Feminazi’s vs the Trannies. What does Kate say? In a dispute between the Nazis and the Communists (CBC = Communist Broadcasting Corpse) your supposed to pray for an asteroid, not take sides.

  10. Insanity rules. Don’t ever try to convince an insane person of anything, even if they are on their meds. Dismiss them and avoid them.

  11. “There are limits to free speech. ”

And if you are unsure about the limits, just ask any cbc employee, from receptionist to head of news. They have a thick manual of guidelines with them.
I can’t stand carol off’s self-righteous attitude and figured it was her just from reading the questions.

  12. Reminder that the only “speech” our masters tolerate unconditionally is pornography and propaganda for their own mad schemes to destroy western civilization and replace it with something more to their corrupt tastes.

Calling a spade a spade and a tranny a pervert belonging in an insane asylum? Jesus was crucified for far less.

  13. I would pay big bucks to watch a Roman-arena style combat between the Chicks With Dicks (and their minions) and the Bitches & Witches. That’s about all these man-hating mental defectives are worth: a bloody screaming death because they can’t seem to realize what luxury and safety they are afforded in this society.

  14. This Carol Off character is completely unhinged and probably deaf. How is it possible that someone of her incompetence is employed by such a prestigious an neutral news organization as the CBC? ; )

    1. Carol Off has always been a rabid leftist. All of her interviews show her political bias clearly. She attacks interviewees who espouse a conservative world view in an obvious attempt to disparage and discredit them. This interview/interrogation is typical of her modus operandi.

  15. No one who works for the state can be a hero. The only heroes are people who make the state smaller and less powerful.

  16. Offer the speech fascists this deal:
“I’ll support every one of your efforts to ban hate speech as long as I am the only one who gets to decide what speech is hate speech.”
It is simply an offer to switch places with them.
They want to be the ones that decide.
And assure them that every word out of their mouth, including ‘and’ and ‘the’, will be considered hate speech.

Ask them if the talk about giving women the right to vote was upsetting to some people and should have been banned.
Hate speech seems to be defined as anything that upsets anyone.
Ask them if allowing gay marriage was upsetting to some people.

How would you ever change anything in society if no one could ever say anything that upset anyone?
That’s a pretty obvious and mundane observation.
It’s sad but as the clip shows the very very obvious is completely lost on a journalist who should know it better than anyone.

  17. While I give her a lot of credit for walking into the lion’s den on this one, I think more people in her position need to adopt the Carl Benjamin response: “I’m not taking any questions. I’m not apologizing for anything, you dirty, dirty smear merchants.”

  18. The interviewer makes a presumption that access for trans people to the facilities, etc. of their “identified gender” is a settled human right (and therefore opposition is “hate speech”). But it is not settled. It is still being discussed and debated. Which is seems to be the actual point of the meeting — a presentation of one side’s view in the debate. But of course, she’s with the media, so she *must* be correct — just ask her.
