Renegade Regulator

Someone – finally – has been paying attention.

The Government of Alberta has advised, thus far informally, that it will not comply with Manson’s Law, the Court Ruling which permits private ownership of legislation. The Government has advised that a formal declaration on the matter will be released this summer. Watch for it folks, this is big.

  1. “This means the law means nothing. It’s whatever you want it to be, if you’ve got money and power. It’s a stick for the mighty to beat upon the rest of us.”

    EXACTLY.

In no human society have men been equal under the law. The law has been a weapon to be used to liquidate anybody posing a meaningful threat to a small elite, who themselves do whatever they see fit to do.

(You really think your masters care if thugs not licensed by the masters to do so kill you and your entire family? Only to the extent they’re out a tax-peon—and don’t appreciate competition.)

Our Creator gave Moses a perfect Law Code on Mount Sinai, which, if strictly enforced, would have made the world a freer, more peaceful and more prosperous place than it is. Forget being easy for lawmen to understand. It is impossible to misunderstand unless one is deliberately obtuse.

No such attempt was ever made, even in Israel, as it would have required the execution of our entire master class just for violations of the long list of prohibitions of unnatural sex acts.

  2. The law must be the property of the state, or the state is no longer sovereign (God knows what the fools on the Federal Court thought they were doing).

In a democracy, the legislative weapon of the citizen is the ballot box.

    Good for Alberta!

  3. Is it too much to hope, that Kenney actually wants to expose corruption in government?
Is it too much to hope, that Canadians can be persuaded to take an honest look at the oppression foisted upon us by CSA and the ridiculous decisions of their cooperative courts?
Probably. Cause then they would have to admit that, “The emperor has no clothes.”
And that might be the end of all comfort.

    1. If a guy can pretend to cut his dick off and instantly become a woman, then I can announce I can cure cancer.. And then have you jailed if YOU say it didn’t work, I am sure.

  4. this got anything to do with red rachel nutcase getting kicked to the curb?

those clamouring for more action by ‘da gubbamint’ forget ‘da gubbamint’ is ONLY ever *other people*,
thus fallible as the pope. despite claims to the contrary by one of them.

  5. Played properly, this issue, which has been swept under the carpet by Cons and Liberals alike,is a perfect lead in to Separation.
Canada is openly acknowledged as a lawless state.
Our Prime Minister is a OK with changing the law, retroactively.
Elections Canada has blatantly different rules for each political party.
GENOCIDE is the new word our clueless PM has learnt to pronounce.
Truth is NOT a defence, according to our Supreme Court.
Private Law..Throw out our traditions of British Common Law,scrap the Magna Carta.
Maybe Kenny has seen the fiscal numbers and where that road leads, maybe he too wants a New Country.

  6. The provincial government should declare PS Knights code book the only guide contractors can use when working in Alberta. That would bring some attention to this issue.

    1. Nope, only the electrical codes, (not the B149-15 natural gas and plumbing codes I generally buy) and for now this is posted at their website store as “restricted” which I’m guessing means, no and nada.

  7. This was fully on Wildrose’s radar. I had the complete binder on it. I know that I had discussed this with Brian Jean and the relevant shadow minister in 2016 and 2017.
I really hope the Kenney government acts.
