      1. To avoid the radicalization of the middle? I think it is way pass that regardless of the result of the Dairy Queen vs Little Potato contest.

        1. The globalist left media, Governments do try to paint the picture that it’s to late.

          I don’t buy it

I have been here way to long and in my travels I firmly believe that we can still make positive changes.

          I believe

          That’s why I’m voting PPC.

    1. Only Social Justice bills for Jr. It’s a crime. How is every piece of tender in the USA minted or printed since 1776 still valid.

      1. Withdrawing the pink $1000 bill is supposedly a trap for organized criminals—from older gangs from ethnic backgrounds now considered “white” and no longer useful allies to the globalists—who still settled debts in “pinkies” which will now be worthless.

        1. 50 years ago hundreds had value equivalent to thousands today. My father would have a wallet full of hundreds to buy farm machinery or big stuff. I didn’t realize he was an organized criminal. Chinese criminals can launder billions in open view in Vancouver without consequences yet the government employs thousands of people to annoy businesses and private citizens in a reporting scheme involving large transactions that has likely failed to catch one money launderer. I’ve sold lots of items to drug dealers and they don’t even use hundreds. They use twenties, big stacks of twenties. Funny how everyone including an old man like me can know who the drugs dealers are but the police can’t catch them. I suspect they aren’t even trying. I am not sure what banning the thousand dollar bill will accomplish other than proving the Liberals are in charge..

  1. In Vancouver, if you have a property that someone else would love to tear down to build a high rise, the government has created a scheme to make you pay taxes as if you were a high-rise. Small businesses pay some amount of tax on the airspace above their businesses, which they have not developed. Yes, the B.C. government taxes property assessed on their “highest and best use” value. Essentially, a single-story building for a small mom-pop business is taxed as if they had sold out to a land developer and now own a multi-story commercial building.

    https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/taxes/taxing-you-on-what-your-should-have-done-with-your-property-but-didnt/

    1. But Martin, our Dear Leader said small business is just a tax dodge for the rich, so of course they should pay higher taxes. 🙁

      1. and yet, who gets the votes? who the hell votes them into orifice umpteen times giving them the powah to SHYT all over the nation, SHYT all over small businesses, SHYT all over taxpayers, SHYT and SHYT and SHYT and SHYT.

1 month ago, 1 month from now. THAT is the frame of reference for the leftoids.

    2. And another Great Reason to DENY the Lower MAOLand and their demented Island dwelling cousins entry into our up and coming – soon to be Newly minted Western Country.

Let the BIG one take them all…I could give a shit.

    3. Like I’ve said, if I had what it costs to buy a house in Vancouver, I’d buy a Russian passport instead and retire to a real country with low taxes, a proud history, and a refreshingly realistic attitude about the Chinese.

Clearly I would be forced to sell the house at a heavy discount anyway— to a developer of apartments for sale only to people who speak Mandarin.

    4. OMG, that is just like the “mine tax” that the Ming emperors developed, which is one of the reasons I think Ming emperors were depraved and the Ming dynasty by far the worst in Chinese history.
The Ming dynasty began just as the world was falling into the Little Ice Age. Agriculture slowed down, and the Ming emperors compensated by increasing taxes, until it got so bad peasants could no longer live off the land because of the exorbitant taxes, and began mass revolt. One of the worst excuses was the “mine tax.” Now it isn’t necessarily exorbitant to levy taxes on mines which deplete resources, but the Mings levied taxes on land which they claimed had valuable minerals that could be mined (which of course the peasants had no way of doing), as though the mines really existed and were profitable.
I never thought I would see a modern day equivalent.

    1. I used to be very good with a rifle on the range but this guy is something else.

  2. India has chosen a site where it will build a 44 billion dollar refinery. It is partnering with the UAE and the Saudis.

Guess they’re planning to be off fossil fuels in the next 5 years….

  3. The President that never leaves

BARACK OBAMA IS ‘VERY CONCERNED’ ABOUT COUNTRY, WILL GET INVOLVED IN 2020 CAMPAIGN, SAYS FORMER ADVISER

A former senior adviser to President Barack Obama has said that the president is deeply concerned about the direction of the U.S., and that the two-term president plans to be involved in Democratic efforts to defeat President Donald Trump in the 2020 election.

    https://www.newsweek.com/barack-obama-very-concerned-2020-election-donald-trump-democratic-party-valerie-jarrett-1444717

    1. That’s hardly surprising. There have been reports that Kerry has met with Iranian officials on how to counter anything that Trump does against their country.

Why isn’t that entire lot on trial for seditious conspiracy?

    1. WTF
Great link to Tucker…well worth the watch and listen – as ALWAYS.
Historically. The Elites with their money, arrogance and condescension have always “known better” and have no compunction of spending billions ensuring their desires are enacted. For some reason, they always seem to be SOCIALISTs.

Nothing has changed since man crawled out of the caves.

      1. Biden said that he wanted to merit the Democratic nomination and that was why he didn’t get Obama’s endorsement. He didn’t seem so convincing.

P.S.Unless you’re kidding, pardon me, if I may: 160/105 is high! You might want to get a cuff and start charting it while sitting at rest for a bit. Show your results to a Doctor. He may prescribe BP pills.

    1. Then it is vital that those frauds get exposed before the next election kicks in. What has happened to Bill Barr’s investigation.

  4. Just saw another ad for Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale. The media are such cowards. Take another swing at Christianity when the reality occurs every day in Islamic countries.

    1. The only thing that could possibly be more overweeningly tedious and charmless than The Handmaid’s Tale is its author.

    1. The approval of the Pipeline by Turdo is bogus… How does an Investment by Indians in a ZERO profit return not be just a hollow worthless bribe….Turdo is freaking out by throwing everything against the wall to see what sticks….The Union between Liberals & the NDP now seems impossible…The PM of Canada is guilty of Genocide…..Why hasn’t the CROWN Courts stepped in…Queen is deaf?

McKenna can’t explain the Co2 climate ” Mission Statement” & verification… The Paris Agreement is nothing but Counting Coal Cars….NO results are measured, or expected, except MONEY Streams…..When the EU/UN collapse the fraud will become obvious… UK out by October … Hole in the wall

  5. 9-1-1 call deemed non-emergency: Saskatoon mom
“She said police showed up at 10:39 p.m., about 90 minutes after the initial call was made. West said the sergeant who showed up was great.

She said in no way is she trying to discredit the police department. On the contrary, she said she thinks they are “doing the very best they can.”

“…I am very upset with the 9-1-1 call,” West said. “(The teens) could have easily gotten into our home. There was no follow-up, no phone call to say, ‘Hey, did your mom arrive?’ The 9-1-1 operator didn’t even keep (Emma) on the phone until we arrived.”

West said she was told by police it wasn’t an emergency, most likely because Emma was safe inside the house…”

    ———————————————————————————————————————————————————–
L- “The police are guardians of society, not guarantors of individual safety.”
    – Justice Ross Colver, B.C. Court of Appeal, some years ago.

The police have no legal obligation to protect individual citizens, nor is it practical to expect them to do so. The view of the Cult. Marxists politicians/judges is that individual rights don’t exist or are abrogated by (identity) group rights, the collective. It has been a step by step process over the last 30+ years.

Formerly guided by what produced peace, order and good government in Canada. That has been so corrupted into a growing state of: tribal warfare(street gangs, terrorist), chaos and with much hubris, increasingly capricious government.

Those who live in the ever larger area qualifying as “The Hood” do not enjoy the Rule of Law and have not for some time.

The right/responsibility of the citizenry, under Common-Law, to suppress crime ensured a majority of good citizens would never be terrorized by misbehaving, savagery that unrestrained humans fall into. Sir Robert Peel promised to parliament that the introduction of professional police would never be used to usurp those Common-Law rights/responsibilities. To do so would violate the justification for self-government by sovereign individuals.

No where in Canada are citizens any longer safe from home invasions, muggings, rape, terrorism and even murder. Nor are they safe acting as witnesses. The disarming of Canadian civilians was a pivotal step in violating, in effect, individual rights( life, liberty, security of the person and property) in one foul swoop.

The politicians/judiciary didn’t need to rewrite the Constitution. They merely abrogated it’s meaning much as the Red Queen in Alice in Wonderland, “Words mean whatever, I want them to mean.”

You were told that, we won the Cold War. Think again. We were infiltrated deeply, and the sleeper cells decades of subversion have proven their effectiveness far beyond what the Soviet armed forces could ever manage.

The mother and daughter in the news article are only one example out of thousands, as anyone who lives in the hood or who knows those who do, already know. Those children/teens who threaten a home invasion will soon be old enough to join the real power, the criminal subculture, one bred, born and nursed by utopians.

If the news media were to thoroughly research and publicize how bad things are. They would be subject to either political and/or gang intimidation. The few incidents that are exposed are a tip of an iceberg.

A flurry of politically correct apologies from a police force, who now not only carry handcuffs but wear handcuffs, as per their “handlers” will ensue. Nothing will change, in the mean streets of our cities, nor countryside, not provincially, not federally.

By mid-Century, there will be nothing remaining in Canadian political life that the fathers of Confederation would recognize.

  6. Trudeau’s CBC is in full election mode to get Little Potato re-elected. Heart warming coverage of Groper arriving in Washington. Then the CBC UNIFOR journalists trash Hitler Scheers climate plan. And of course the CBC continues its smear job of MP Cooper. Great Leader Groper explains to the CBC that the Conservative Party is full of Nazis.

  7. A new poll by Trudeau’s CBC has gone horribly wrong. The poll shows that most Canadians have hardened their attitudes towards accepting more refugees. This is CBC double talk that most Canadians don’t want more refugees. Expect more refugees are wonderful stories from the network.

    1. along with story how climate change was the cause of civil war in Syria that caused all the refugees (no mention of Canada’s role in Libya war & how weapons were smuggled by NATO member countries & allies to the radical Islamists in Syria) ….and we can brace ourselves for more climate refugees in the future unless Canadians make more sacrifices as the state demands.

    2. This was such a major issue in the last election, with parties looking to up the numbers of refugees brought in. Liberals came up with the most grand number. Harper, as always, was measured and thoughtful. Even the NDP consulted various community agencies to assess what was doable. Meantime, the Liberals were “negotiating” with our UN friends to agree on how many Canada would take. (They were not even in office yet, so it tells you who is running Canada’s affairs). Then, after they won, they had a hard time finding refugees willing to come to Canada. Some of the people were already in Turkey and had apartments, so they went around knocking on doors to get enough people (reported at the time). Canadians were taken in by the hype — much promoted by the CBC. At this point I think many of the Syrians are not doing well as the men have not found jobs. After a couple of eary happy stories, the CBC seems to have forgotten all about them. It appears that Canadians have started figuring out the the Liberal’s interest is in serving the globalist immigration agenda– rather than Canadian needs as the priority, which is why that immigration pact (kept secret until the very last minute) is so dangerous.

  8. Things you will always see on the CBC.

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/fed-canada-poloz-1.5178457

“As the U.S. economy tilts toward concern, Canada’s is on the upswing” by Don Pittis who [indirectly] praises Justin while [directly] trashes Trump. What Don forgets is (70% of the Canadian economy is with the USA) where the US economy goes so goes Canada. The only question is can Canada’s economy hold out until October. The CBC will give its best.

    1. A painful article.
Many sheeple will only see the headline and then repeat it as if its true.

    2. In 2008 the TSX index was at 15,000, now it’s 16,500.

In 2008 THE Dow was at 13,000, now it’s at 27,500.

In other words, the Canadian economy has been stagnant for a decade, while the American index has more than doubled. If you’re a Canadian, retirement is pretty much not going to happen, unless you were smart enough to invest somewhere else.

    1. Go Canada!

And Go Refugees! – somewhere else.
      *****************************

      – And Go Trudeau and the Liberals! – go and perform an offensive and anatomically-impossible act on yourselves…

  9. Could Canada be a safe haven for climate refugees?

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/canada-climate-refugees-1.5165029

“In 2015, Ioane Teitiota, a resident of Kiribati, sought (and was denied) refugee status in New Zealand. His reason for seeking haven? It’s estimated that by 2100, the Kiribati islands — as well as others in the Pacific — will have disappeared entirely, succumbing to rising sea levels, displacing potentially hundreds of thousands of people.”

    Only problem is…

    https://www.researchgate.net/publication/227978225_A_study_of_sea-level_changes_in_the_Kiribati_area_for_the_last_16_years/download

“What must be acknowledged at this stage is that there is no clear evidence of acceleration in sea-level trends over the course of the last century based on the long-term data available elsewhere.”

In other words, the scientific evidence shows that Kiribati is not in danger due to global warming and its inhabitants can look forward to decades of romping around in the sand and sun. But when their island disappears, would they even consider moving to a frozen wasteland like Canada?

    1. Why in hell would someone want to leave heaven on earth in the South Pacific to be a cab driver in the white world?

      1. Relax. They don’t want to come to Canada. They want us to pay them not to come. Which makes Canadians exceptionally stupid and Kiribatians extremely smart (and warm and sun-tanned).

  10. Oh wonderful! The National Post website reports special sentencing for black criminals, just like indian criminals. Can’t wait for special sentencing for muslim criminals.

    1. “These are systemic and case-specific factors that lessen your moral blameworthiness for this offence and soften the impact of general deterrence and denunciation.”
If I’m a hard-working, family-loving regular dude or dudette and just happen to have skin that isn’t white, I’d be pretty insulted.

  11. “The Band – Moondog Matinee”
First cover album. Levon Helm, in his whiny girl book, said friction in the group was too great to come up with original material. Helm didn’t like that Robbie Robertson took writing credit for most of the hits. Robertson wrote the songs while the group developed them. Without Robertson, no-one would have ever heard of The Band. It is interesting how the 2 most talented members Robertson and Garth Hudson are still alive while the drunks and heroin addicts are long dead.

    1. When the British invasion made it to Toronto the musical prowess of the Band was already well known to the musicians. Herman’s Hermits played a gig in Toronto in the early days and the guys went to see The Band. After seeing Robbie their guitar player said he felt like going down to the peer and tossing his guitar into the lake.

A good buddy of mine played with Bobby Curtola (there’s a name from the obscure past). They were the warm up band for the Hawk at Wonderland in London. They did a sound check before the gig. The Hawk was doing his sound check ahead of Curtola and my buddy said he didn’t even want to pull his axe outa the case after listening to Robbie. He was intimidating.

Ronnie Hawkins had an unbelievable influence on rock n roll. Far beyond what he receives credit for. He was an innovator way ahead of his time and the Toronto music scene was a mecca for rockers because of him and his musicians.

      1. I got a grudge against mr hawkins.
he had a bar in downtown london, the former city hall bldg.
so, drinking age changes, check. in hawkins bar I go.
live music stops, money into the juke box.
live music resumes, juke box silent.

        closing time.
? what about my juke box money?
bouncer: YA NEED HELP GETTING DOWN THE STAIRS PUNK??????
which I took as a threat to heave me down said stairs (the bar was on the 2nd floor)

I conclude ronnie ha-ha-hawkins makes money by ripping off people for quarters and dimes.
plus, no signage anywhere about the ‘rules’ when closing time happens b4 the juke box investment has ‘played’.

        yearrrrrrrrrrs later I exact revenge.
the ad tells of a # to call to book tickets for ronnie’s show.
so I punch up a 1 page gwbasic routine which
calls the number and hangs up after a random number of rings
then waits a random time between oh, 4 to 10 minutes (cant recall exactly)
then calls and rings a random # of times and hangs up.

        etc etc. infinite loop.
        I let the thing
        run
        all
        night
        long.

then halt the program next day, and call the number feigning dismay at not being able to ‘get thru’.
        yada yada yada.
and then introduce myself as the bloke ronnie ha-ha-hawkins THREATENED to heave down the stairs in london.
‘ceppen NOW Im about 50 pounds heavier, all muscle so feel free to drop by, here’s my address ya fcukin thugs and thieves.

what ho? no one showed up. not even the bouncer.
so ya, I got a grudge against ‘the hawk’ who hires bullies to ‘keep things in order’ acting like loan shark mob enforcers.
I also believe he LOST money on the ‘city hall pub’.
good !!! ha ha ha hawkins !!!!!!

ah the good old days. that’s when I found out gwbasic did NOT recognize ‘com3’ or ‘com4’ aka the serial communications ports set for the dialup internal modem. *I had to reconfigure my internal modem port to inflict revenge on ‘the hawk’ so that’s what I did*

ya, I got REAL big grudge against bullies. Ive had cops at my door more than once in response to demands for a ‘rematch’ with some of the more notorious bullies I had to deal with in my teens.
funny thing eh? NONE of them took up the challenge.

and remember, *Im* the bloke who beat the living shyt out of a ‘hitler youth’ in 1964 (he went home and HUNG himself) when he decided it was his turn to beat up the kid who alwyas lost the fight. why are people like that? get an edge somehow and IMMEDIATELY throw their weight around?

    1. The ‘Killer” rocks hard doesn’t he.

Promised Land was written by Chuck Berry when he was in the bucket. The guards thought the song contained some message about a prison break that Berry was planning….. I’m not making this up.

      1. “Introducing Berry at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones said, “It’s very difficult for me to talk about Chuck Berry ’cause I’ve lifted every lick he ever played”

  12. Who Are the Rich, White Men Institutionalizing Transgender Ideology?

Exceedingly rich, white men (and women) who invest in biomedical companies are funding myriad transgender organizations whose agenda will make them gobs of money.
    By Jennifer Bilek

Who Is Funding the Transgender Movement?
I found exceedingly rich, white men with enormous cultural influence are funding the transgender lobby and various transgender organizations. These include but are not limited to Jennifer Pritzker (a male who identifies as transgender); George Soros; Martine Rothblatt (a male who identifies as transgender and transhumanist); Tim Gill (a gay man); Drummond Pike; Warren and Peter Buffett; Jon Stryker (a gay man); Mark Bonham (a gay man); and Ric Weiland (a deceased gay man whose philanthropy is still LGBT-oriented). Most of these billionaires fund the transgender lobby and organizations through their own organizations, including corporations.

    1. Gender is s part of personal identity. Like other aspects of identity (family, church, country) globalists are working to destroy our traditional understanding of gender. Confusing people and separating them from the things that provide a sense of self and strong social connections is the goal. Without any sense of identity or traditional social institutions, people will be easy to manipulate.

    Scheer’s climate plan:

-confirms he is committed to climate alarmism like all other parties

-brags he has more measures and better chance of reaching Paris targets than other parties, and yet has no specific number.

Like Trudeau, it’s just HYPOCRITICAL VIRTUE-SIGNALLING.

    Trudeau’s plan is tax-and-rebate.

    Scheer’s plan is TAX-AND-SUBSIDIZE.

-$900M/y boutique tax credit for home reno

    -inefficient subsidies for electric cars

-subsidies and tax credits for businesses developing green tech when there are dozens of programs already doing this.

Scheer also wants to “take the climate change fight global.”

Like Trudeau, he wants to spend billions in other countries.

    Conclusion:

With Scheer, Canadians will pay for another COSTLY, INEFFECTIVE, GLOBALIST, CLIMATE ALARMIST plan.

  15. Steve Bannon: Crisis under Pope Francis will worsen, laity needs to act

President Donald Trump’s former strategic adviser predicts an “existential crisis of trust” in the Church will worsen, especially if Pope Francis fails to dialogue with those he considers to be his opponents.

Widely recognized as a pioneer of the “sovereigntist” movement which claimed a number of victories in the recent European Parliament elections, Bannon believes an absence of such dialogue will lead to growing disaffection in the pews, the Vatican becoming increasingly a “green” political party of the “far-left,” and a possible schism within the Church.

The best news websites to visit each day to beat the censorship purge by the evil tech giants

How do you beat the malicious censorship purge that’s being aggressively pushed by the tech giants? You seek out independent media websites that bring you all the news being censored everywhere else.

The trick is that you have to visit all these websites directly by typing the URL in your browser. Don’t rely on Facebook, Twitter, Google or anyone else to determine what news you read. Go directly to these sites to bypass the censorship of the tech giants.

Three news aggregation sites to watch daily

News aggregation sites list headlines from multiple independent media sources. This is the best way to get a quick overview of the day’s independent media news:

#1) Whatfinger.com – This site has emerged as the very best news aggregation site on the ‘net, beating Drudge with rapid updates and more focus on independent sources rather than lying mainstream sources. Every headline is manually curated by patriots / veterans.

#2) Censored.news – These headlines are automatically gathered from the most censored sites on the ‘net. It’s updated every few minutes and shows only headline text, no photos or videos, so it’s great for mobile devices too.

Freedom of Expression: Protecting Canadians from Censorship and Discrimination

      Issue

The rights of Canadians to freely hold and express beliefs are being eroded at an alarming speed under the Trudeau government. Some of its recent decisions even require that Canadians renounce their most deeply held moral convictions and express opinions they disagree with.

In 2018, the Liberal government denied summer job funding to organizations, including charities, that would not sign an attestation supporting abortion. It also passed bill C-16 as part of a trend to force Canadians to express support for the existence of various gender identities beyond the biological categories of male and female, and to use pronouns demanded by those who identify with these other genders.

In addition to these assaults on conscience, the government launched a series of regulatory attacks on free speech on the internet and is pressuring social media companies, which are already censoring speech that isn’t politically correct, to crack down even more. It is also considering bringing back Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act. This hate speech provision was repealed by the Conservative government in 2013 because it was being used arbitrarily to censor statements that offended some people on the internet.

In what appears to be a first step towards restricting our right to criticize some religions, it adopted M-103, a motion that condemns religious discrimination but only specifically mentions one religion, Islam, and without defining the term “islamophobia.”

Finally, on university campuses, a growing number of faculty and administrators—those who should be fighting for open debate of controversial ideas—have become aggressive advocates for censorship.

      Facts

History and social scientific research show that freedom of conscience and freedom of expression, when maximally protected, advance the intellectual life of a nation, foster greater ideological diversity and societal understanding, and nurture other freedoms necessary for a successful democracy.

This is why Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees citizens freedom of conscience and religion, as well as freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication.

      Our Plan

What some people find politically incorrect, offensive or even hateful cannot serve as the legal basis for discrimination and censorship. Canadians should be able to enjoy maximum freedom of conscience and expression as guaranteed in Section 2 of the Charter.

      A People’s Party Government will:

Restrict the definition of hate speech in the Criminal Code to expression which explicitly advocates the use of force against identifiable groups or persons based on protected criteria such as religion, race, ethnicity, sex, or sexual orientation.
Repeal any existing legislation or regulation curtailing free speech on the internet and prevent the reinstatement of section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.
      Repeal C-16 and M-103.
Ensure that Canadians can exercise their freedom of conscience to its fullest extent as it is intended under the Charter and are not discriminated against because of their moral convictions.
Withhold federal funding from any post-secondary institution shown to be violating the freedom of expression of its students or faculty.

Seamus O’Regan twitter feed in the attached article is priceless. What an arse clown. I don’t like to link to the envy savages at the telegram but this article is pretty good. It’s the number one read article in their news feed, will drive their journalists and readers even crazier. Not sure how this one slipped past the editorial board down there. Of course it comes from their business writer.

  19. This is outrageous. There may well be historical systemic racism in the states, but what would account for “systemic” racism against blacks in Canada? Nothing. A lot of the blacks who are in jail are there because they are dealing with drugs, guns, and violent gangs. These things are illegal. If more blacks proportionately are in jail for gun crimes, etc. It is because they are committing more crimes. Many are immigrants bringing thuggish behavior from places like Jamaica. If Canadians were systemically racist against blacks, we would not be letting them in. This is totally different from the disadvantages blacks have historically faced in the US. To claim systemic racism against blacks in Canada is a travesty of justice. It is also insulting to blacks who follow the law and do well.
