  1. Is it time yet?
Affirmative action is from the soft smothering racism of our progressive comrades, who destroy by helping.
Without the “help” our natives might be free citizens, instead of constantly insulted for their enterprise and told “Back to the reserve, where we will take care of you”.
Makes one proud to be a Canadian to see how long and successfully we have imposed the Apartheid System on our natives.

Yes those poor weak natives, can only face modern society with our “help”.
Its people like our progressive comrades that make me agree with the native’s lament.
If we could only have united and thrown them back into the sea.

Funny how once, being a full citizen and taking on those responsibilities was a mark of pride and adulthood, now we are all special wee victims, fiercely competing for the meaningless title of Supreme Victim of The Moment.
Every self made person of native descent I know, is offended by these pointless and stupid games.Which demean the real effort and hard work each of them put into creating their own skills and lives.
The contempt and hatred our effete elites project at the native peoples of Canada should make every citizen fear for our elites sanity.

  2. This is just another aspect of the theme we explored in the comments, and alluded to by Dr. Ball, to the previous “Strong Planet”, thread.

Class warfare is only just recently become one of the more open strategies of the cultural Marxists out to destroy western civilization.

  3. Bias in academic hiring has existed for decades.

If one happens to be white, of European ancestry, and, possibly, heterosexual, forget about a faculty position in a university engineering department nowadays. Also, actual industrial experience, as in having actually having gotten dirty on the job, is also a liability.

That’s quite a change from when I was an undergrad more than 40 years ago. Back then, all my professors were men and many of those had actually spent time in industry. The latter were the ones that my classmates and I paid particular attention to as what they said was likely based on actual experience.

  4. I am indigenous… to this planet.

But seriously, these days anyone can self declare to be anything.

And are we even sure the current natives are the original settlers?

    1. There are Indian bands in Ontario who haven’t been here as long as some white settlers. They came as refugees from the US after the revolution.

  5. When it comes to the chemical determinism of racism of lowered expectations, the Canadian Indian trumps all other races. Apartheid not only exists but thrives in the deranged dominion. Those actively living off the Indian industry never advocate for elimination of apartheid but strive to invert the relationship, continuously teasing the Indians with expectations of sovereignty over every hectare in the nation with nonsensical obligations to consult with the racially watered down 3% remnant ancestors of conquered stone age tribes of early Asian immigrants over every technological development that might have had a minuscule impact on how their ancestors lived.

The Indian industry exists to keep one variously pure racial demographic dependent on but yet forever apart from all other racial demographics. White guilt is the pathological fuel that sustains it.

  6. There’s BC government RFPs that are for indigenous only. At least the left’s racism is more open now.

  7. The downward spiral continues unabated. Faster please…I know the plot and just want to see the ending. 🙂

Soon, only the most severely incompetent of the “victim” classes will be running the show. I am kind of curious to see how long the makers are willing to be slaves of the takers. Surely there must be some breaking point…or not.

    1. “Soon, only the most severely incompetent of the “victim” classes will be running the show. ”

“Soon” is here/now Johnboy – and it’s been around for quite a while.

Everything is all about victimhood: our immigration policy; our Indians; cabinet selection; the gay/queer/whatever movement; our farm organizations; PTSD; Metoo; the AGW/CC bullshit; etc etc.

And the victim classes certainly have their incompetent champions running the show: turdo, McKenna, Nenshi, Horgan, Robertson, etc And should Scheer the steer get in, he’ll wave their flags too.

  8. “How indigenous is indigenous?”
    One name comes to mind.

    Elizabeth Warren.

Pretense seems to be the problem.

  9. Funny that no African jurisdictions are paying any attention whatsoever to restoring ancestral tribal lands and boundaries – aside from their enthusiasm for throwing white farmers off of the land. And despite all their bleating about colonialism and white people drawing arbitrary lines on maps, you cannot find two African nations that are even discussing boundary changes to accommodate the integrity of traditional tribal lands. it seems that the injustice of white people creating borders is somehow expunged when people of colour take over the levers.

  10. holy jamoly.
Western Diversityuniversity. my olde stomping grounds, land of the mainframes where I learned to hack systems and take short cuts in the early 70s before the term was invented.

until recently it was called University of Western Ontario. then the new nom de plume.
bit of western envy going on?
watch for new and interesting developments @ whateverthefcuktheycallthemselveslater.

  11. The takeaway I get from that tweet was that the writer didn’t really mind too much when it was only “Whites need not apply”, but now that it blacks as well, they’re offended.

It’s been white men need not apply for decades in Canada already, or at least white men can apply if we can\’t find someone who is not a white male who has a pulse.

  12. Dr Verwoerd the architect of apartheid in South Africa would be pleased. He always said different races with their different worldviews and different abilities could not live together since one group would always have to be given preference over other groups in different circumstances.

Clearly Canada is trying to prove Verwoerd right.

    1. A pretty strong case can be made to prove that Verwoerd was right. Is there any empirical data from anywhere in the world to demonstrate he wasn’t right? The example of his home country shows he was right.

  13. This is happening now in various government departments, and even in major institutions such as banks. Which means that ordinary Canadians who are trying to access their government accounts or even bank files are now subject to the vicissitudes of dealing with ‘affirmative action hires”.
